Hello, welcome to my world. This is going to be a stop-smoking
journal for me. It could turn into a lot more though. Depending
on the time I have to spend on it. Or if I come down from my
tree. The first tip I can give you to quit smoking is that you
have to associate smoking with some sort of pain instead of
pleasure. We are all pleasure seeking humans with desires. We
can control our actions but not our desires. So we must take what
we normally associate with pleasure..e.g.smoking. For instance, if I was 13 or
14 years old now, and my Dad caught me smoking, he would have
well..you get the picture. I would have hurt for a week.
