This will be the battle version of Denethor's robe, but with a slightly longer train as in the Robes of State version.
1/21/09- Check cleared. All fabrics ordered, except fur (samples ordered)
1/29/09- Fur samples received. Will choose best one when I receive the silk velvet to compare it to. (found out my other fur provider is now out of business) :( Still waiting for velvet and satin fabrics.2/6/09- Received silk velvet.
2/20/09--Front panels done, no sleeves:

2/27/09--Sleeves
3/3/09--Lining sewn into velvet.
Next: Fur trim and collar, and hem bottom edge.
