Educating the customer on Indigo's products and services and enrich their experience in our store. Maintaining stock levels and quality of presentation and cleanliness throughout the store consistent with Indigo retail process standards. Supporting other café staff as required to ensure the quality of customer experience in the store. Making recommendations to Café Assistant Manager or Café Manager for changes or improvements in the store or in the merchandise and service based on feedback or ideas from customers.
