Chapter One:Seto Kaiba's Game
(Seto Kaiba stands on a podium wearing a stern look across his menacing face. To his left stands his little brother Mokuba, who is fiddling through a few papers. Kaiba then motions for Mokuba to hand out those papers to the fourteen people who sit in front of the podium. Kaiba waits for all the papers to be handed out and he clears his throat as the fourteen people in front of him begin to converse with one another.)
Kaiba: "Silence! When I want you to speak, I'll let you know that you can, but until I've given the word, I'll be the only one speaking. Now...Read over the papers that Mokuba has handed you, and when you are finished, look up and let me see your ugly faces signaling that you have finished reading. The papers will describe why I have brought you all here, and what you will be vying for."
(Seto Kaiba gives them a moment as he speaks with Mokuba a little. When they have all finished reading, Kaiba motions for Mokuba to have a seat and then continues with his speech.)
Kaiba: "Good. Now that you understand the game, we'll see how many of you are still interested in what I have proposed to you. When I say go, stand if you are not interested in participating...Go!"
(Noone stands. Kaiba smirks as if pleased by what has happened.)
Kaiba: "Good, now to discuss the rules of ---"
(Joey Wheeler, one of the individuals who sits in front of the podium where Kaiba has been standing, stands up and speaks cutting Kaiba off.)
Joey: "But uh, Kaiba bro, der's only fourteen of us here. If I remember right, dosen't it take two teams of eight?"
(Kaiba's face grows cold as he leers at Joey Wheeler. Kaiba slams his fist down on the podium very angerily. He keeps his composure though and speaks back at Wheeler in his normal, sly tone.)
Kaiba: "Yes it does my moronic friend. I have two others who will join us courtesy of Yugi Mutou. Yugi, please stand and hold out your Mystical Elf and Celtic Guardian cards! (Yugi is puzzled at first but does what he is told as he reaches into his breast pocket and pulls out the exact cards that were mentioned.) Now Mokuba, use the transmogrifier on his Celtic Guardian and Mystical Elf.
(Mokuba raises the transmogrifier above Yugi Mutou's hand then flicks the switch on top of the device activating the machine. A small beam of light shoots out hitting Yugi's cards and in an instance, the Celtic Guardian and Mystical Elf stand before everyone else.)
Kaiba: "There's your other two competitors. I felt these two have what it takes to compete in my game, and if they win, they get an added prize as I will experiment on them with a prototype device which will turn monster cards into humans. Now if I may continue? (Silence) Thought so. Now, the game I have created will be called Survivor: Egypt, hence the reason we have met here at the Nile River. Yes, I know the name isn't very original, but I bought the rights to the Survivor franchise so sue me...Oh wait, you can't! Now, the rules are very simple, they largely follow the "Survivors" of the past with a few slight twists along the way. It won't just be ouwit, outplay, and outlast, it'll also be outlive as you vy to be the last person standing, competiting against your fellow peers. To the winner, a card I have created, the demon-linked Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. Only two exist, as I hold one, and one of you shall hold one, along with one-million dollars. To the losers, NOTHING! Why am I doing all this you ask? I want to see what skills you all possess other than dueling and bickering. Now...All I ask of you is that you sign the disclaimer and let the game begin!"
(Mokuba goes to those who have finished signing their documents until he has collected all of them and then hands them back in to Kaiba. Kaiba let's out a menacing laugh as the sixteen competitors and Mokuba look on.)
~~Next time, the sixteen competitors divide into two teams of eight and the first game begins here on Survivor:Yu-Gi-Oh! as Chapter Two:The game begins takes place.~~
