Death
Contrary to popular opinion, the death card does NOT represent death. What it means is change, and what change is greater than life to death,and rebirth. It symbolizes a great change, or a cycle of smaller change will soon change the course of your life.Whether for better or worse depends upon the surrounding cards in the reading.
Temperance
Temperance represents balance and control, and even gentle restraint.it can shows ones alternative approach and methods, and moderation in things like alcohol are indicated. Reversed, it shows gluttony, excess, intoxication, imbalance, and even abuse. If you pull a reversed Temperance in a reading, check the surrounding cards to see what type of imbalance is occurring, and then do another reading to see what can be done to rectify it.
The Devil
The devil card repsresnt strife, stress, and basically being chain to something, and feeling no matter how hard you try, you do not get anywhere.Reversed, it means the end of a period of strife, that things will finally start loosening up a bit.
