The Ender Way states one is to always live, die, and rise to the spiritual world with hope. Hope is the belief one can be relieved of tribulation. This hope is a right that can never be infringed upon, thus the Christian Hell does not exist. The Christian Hell is the place of eternal misery. In Hell one has no hope because there are no means to escape the suffering and rise to the gates of Heaven. Heaven is the utopia where one hopes to be. Everyone is guaranteed hope, so says the Ender Way, and therefore can aspire to enter the gates of Heaven. One is able to work his way into heaven through the ultimate penance, truth. There is nothing greater, more merciful, nor final than truth. Truth is the end and beginning of everything. Thus the understanding of truth is vital to the acceptance into heaven. * * * * * A sin of a mortal is the causing of unjustified spiritual pain to another person, God, and even oneself. God determines which sufferings caused by the spirit are vindicated. For example, the one's death brings pain to those around him but his death is not a sin. However, if the one's death was the result of suicide, then his death would be a sin. People that have truly paid the penance of truth during their mortal life are not required to repay that penance after death. Ensuing death, no one is immediately accepted into heaven. Instead, each spirit
is brought to Alai. At Alai, one is placed in a large room. Here one must pay
the penance for his sins by washing away his sins with truth.
The penance of truth requires one to see every sin he has committed until God
has decided that one’s soul has truly found enlightenment. Each wall, ceiling,
and floor is a screen. These screens chronologically display the sin of one's
life. Then the times of suffering by the people who were affected by that sin
are shown. This sequence of moments would happen over and over again until that
spirit has truly realized the wrong he has caused. Only then will the screen
display his other sins. If there is no real effort to understand truth, then
physical pain similar to that of Dante’s inferno are distributed as fit So is the Ender way.
Example 6.66
The terrorists whom crashed the airplanes into the World Trade Center buildings
would see their faces as they brought the planes into the buildings. Then they
would see the pain they caused. Every person in America’s suffering would be
shown. The Alkaida men should not derive pleasure from America’s suffering. To
see the screen display their actions is the immediate proof to them that their
attack was a sin. However, if they do receive even the smallest amount of
pleasure from the display, then airplanes with five inch needle pointed noses
will come smashing into their stomachs until the men make real effort to
understand their sin. Once they paid the penance for that sin, the screen would
display another sin until all sins have been paid for.
