This is our home in Douglas, Georgia.

Just inside my front door, to the left, where I do all my Church work, as well as a view of some of my Certificates.

A wider view of my desk and into the Living Room.  You can see my wife's legs resting on her foot stool.  To the left you can see the huge built-in library I built that also houses our TV.  Santa, in the background, stays up year round in our home.  Next to Santa is the Fireplace Insert that saves us a ton of money on heat every year.  To the left of the photo is a faux stair and rail upon which I placed some Angel Icons.  Next to that (can't be seen) is the door that leads to the back of our home and the three bedrooms and another full bath.

View of the Dining Area to the rear of my Work Area.  This part of the walls are reserved for family pictures.

Vera sitting in the Living Room next to the display I built for her to show off the many Christian Icons I have bought for her over the years.

This is the Living Room wall just past were my wife was sitting.  It was set aside to display photos of noteworthy news people and entertainers that were given to us over the years.

The divider on the Dining Area side showing more Certificates.  Notice that some of them are mounted to the brick portion of the divider.

The divider on my Work Area side with more Certificates.  Notice my drawing board that I constructed.  Our Kitchen, a bathroom with laundry is beyond the divider.

This is a photo of the inside of our Bedroom.  Across from Vera is a long dresser upon which we have another television, VCR and DVD player.  Further to the right of the photo is a door leading into her Walk-In Closet.  Beyond the door is a large Bedroom that I call the "middle room" with an outside exit as well as the doorway going into the front part of the house.

This is the view looking in the other direction from where Vera is sitting.  It shows some of her doll collection.  All the displays you see I got off the side of the road, cleaned, refinished and then added painted wall paneling as shelving.  You can see the open doorway that goes into our bathroom and an opening that goes into yet another Bedroom.  It must have been intended to have been either a Nursery or an Office.

This is the view of our Bed across from where Vera has her doll collection.

The view just inside our Kitchen to the right.  You can't see the divider and bird cage just to the right.  On the left is the large counter that divides the room.

This is the other side of the large counter showing the built-in gas oven (don't use it) and our new refrigerator.  The large bird cage has our Tweety Bird in it.  You can see some of the plants that I have brought in for the winter.  You can't see it, but behind the plants to the right is a 1000W microwave oven.

This is on the opposite wall from the photo above.  From right to left, you can see the door going into the bathroom where our washer and dryer is located, on the counter you can see a portable oven (it's 22 quarts and the one I use for everything), the Cook Top in the corner and then coming up to the window, the air conditioner and the double sink (it's one of those trailer sinks, smaller than I am used to).

This is continuing up the opposite wall.  You can just make out the divider at the left.  I put in all the cabinets and this became our refreshment center where we make all our coffee and other drinks.  I don't do perked coffee, only instant and why we have the small 600W microwave oven here.

This photo shows the divider a little better and the small, round table we have in the Kitchen.  You can also see more of Vera's Elmo collection, along with two of her favorite Angels.  The one on the left bows its head, closes its hands in prayer and plays Silent Night.
