You need a stone-cold killer on the blue line or in front of the net, look no further. This man is a solid mass of defensive muscle. He over-powers opponents in front of the net, making saving the puck the easiest thing in the world for the goalie. Ricci also floors those "pretty boys" as they try to fool him and go around him. He just crushes them with a huge body check that sends them reeling back into last week. As their teammates help them up he smiles and says "You want Chinee eggroll" and laughs at them. Ricci is also not afraid to let his fists do the talking when needed in defense of a teammate. Many opponents have felt the fury of Ricci's fists. He has been a long time member of Sanchez and a consistant and overpowering defenseman.
