Here are some more pictures of my Firebird and some info on what I've added to it.

The name of the design is "Shockwave".  As soon as I can remember the name of the company that makes it, I'll post the link.  I've had a better sound system and a security system installed.  For better sound I've added a Precision Power amplifier that sends 50 watts per channel to a pair of MBQuart speakers up front.  For bass  I've added a 10" JL Audio subwoofer, it gets 100 watts from the amp.  It's in a custom fit box that was designed for Firebirds and Camaros.  The main unit I've left stock for now - I'm saving up for a MP3 capable cd player.

I've also added a silver dash mat.  It looks white in this picture though.  I also have a radar detector, but I only use it for long trips.  Recently I added a hands-free setup for my cell phone.  Two reasons for that:  I don't want to wreck my nice new car because I'm talking on the phone, and my boss called me and I couldn't hear the phone ring over the stereo!

In the near future I'd like to add a K&N intake system and cat back exhaust.  Maybe after I move back to Seattle I can get a ground effects kit for it, but those are a bit pricey.  As you can see in this last pic, I've had the rear window tint darkened, the factory tint was hardly noticeable.  I guess I could've afforded a Formula or Trans Am version if I really wanted to.  The way gas prices have been though I would have cringed every time I had to fill it with Premium!  I think I'll take a picture of the engine compartment and post that also.  The car looks almost as cool on the inside.
