F-Zero, one of the fastest racers in the world. This started off as a 2D game for the SNES when racing was at it's need-for-speed peak, and it delivered. This game wasn't the best of the series, but it was a good starter and was vital in keeping the series going. It's been a good while and still F-Zero seems bigger and better as it launches itself onto all the new home consoles. F-Zero even had it's legendary (albeit most annoying) driver in Smash Bros and Smash Bros Melee. The Bounty Hunter/F-Zero Racer who is renowned for his courage and bravery (Shame everyone hates him).
ROAREYE!

The first F-Zero ever. This was relatively fast with a few quirks, but not many characters and nothing to really race for. But with those things out of the window, this game is actually good. The gameplay's great, but not the best.!
SNES
After much playing, this still didn't totally run out of playability. Of course, when you seen, heard and played it all before millions of times over, the game starts to lose some appeal, but somehow this game includes that Nintendo touch that makes it everlasting, no matter how many times you play it or complete it, it's always in the back of your mind...haunting you. If you own a SNES then you have to own this!
7/10

This game was the nervous point in which people wondered if F-Zero would ever make the leap into 3D. Would it play as well as the original, and would it have the same appeal? Thier answers came with the release of this game.

After this game was released people knew Nintendo could make any 2D game 3D! This game was not only better looking, but it was better in style, control, playability, longevity and speed! This game kicked it's predecesor where it hurt with lots of characters and cars to unlock and that special touch which haunted you. How do they DO that?
9.5/10

Since the GBA can't do 3D very well, Nintendo had to return this game to it's roots. We held our breath. And this one was better too! That haunting feeling strikes again! AHHH!
GBA
This game is in direct competition of Mario Kart Super circuit, and this game comes out on top. Having to return to it's roots wasn't so bad. The pre-rendered graphics are superb, the handlings great and the difficulty curve, faultless. Nintendo strikes our doubts down yet again, with this tasty and overly brilliant game. If it comes between a choice of this or Mario Kart on yer Advance, choose this!
