PAT R. of Kamloops: 'Someone gave a word about it being the time to put on the war-paint, and one of the things that has been resounding, resounding, resounding, is that humility is the place, that putting the towel around our middle and coming in humility is our greatest warfare in this valley. Salmon Arm walks in that. There's a double portion to be poured out, but we need you to remind us, we want you to remind us in this valley that we need to keep coming low, and I honour you guys. There is a humility, and I can just feel it and I know you'll be really good stewards of this double portion. Amen'.

DEUTERONOMY 28.

DANNY R. of Kelowna: 'For the past 8 years, I have said this over my own life. It's Deuteronomy 28:1-14

And it shall come to pass that if thou harken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all thy commandments that I command you this day that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations on the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon thee and overtake thee if thou harkens to the voice of the Lord thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed thou shalt be in the field. Blessed shalt be the fruit of thy body, the fruit of thy ground, and the increase by thy kind of thy flocks and thy herds. Blessed shalt be thy basket and thy kneading bowl. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. And the Lord will cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face; they shall come out against thee one way, and flee against thee seven ways. And the Lord shall bless thy storehouse and all that thy settest thy hand to, and the Lord shall bless thee in all that He gives thee.

This is going to come true in Salmon Arm. I've been through there several times, and God's blessing is going to rest upon that place like you've never dreamed it would. It's going to be beyond your wildest dreams. Bless you'.

THE DOUBLE PORTION.

ALEC D. of Vernon: 'Because you guys are humble, God is pleased to give you His grace, because the scripture clearly says that 'He gives His grace to the humble'. Some of us, we've had to go through the hard stuff, to be made humble, but you have chosen the humble way, as a city, not just as individuals. So God is going to give you His grace. Not only that but He is going to heap blessings upon you. We had a teaching in our church last weekend, not about the abundance of God's blessings, but about the 'Super Abundance of God's blessings' (click HERE - Super Abundance - to hear the sermon) and that's what He's going to heap on you in Salmon Arm.

At this point, I (Alec) asked the Salmon Arm folk to hold out their hands for a blessing and prophesied the following personal words over each one:

So you're going to get double; it's going to be too much for you to handle! You're going to see double, and it's going to be too much for to speak it out! You're going to be lost for words! You're going to get double, and your family is going to be adsolutely on fire for the King in a way that you haven't even dreamt is possible! You're going to be on fire in the healing and refining. The refiner's fire is going to come through your prayers in a way that you can't even imagine! Where I work we have a torch that we use for welding, and that's pretty hot. But you're going to bring people together and weld them together and heal families through the prayers in a greater way than I could ever do in my job. You're going to have a double portion of gentleness. You're going to be like the cool spring in the summer. You're going to bless them, and as they come to know you more, then out of that quiet place, as it says, 'the Lord leads them beside the still waters so that He can restore their soul'. You're going to see double restoration. It's going to be awesome! You're evangelistic! You're going to have such a huge haul of fish that you're not going to be able to pull them in on your own! Do you remember when all of the apostles had to grab onto the ropes to bring in the fish? Well that's how it's going to be for you. You're going to see the Lord bring in your neighbours, and the people on your street. The Lord says don't just think about individual families anymore, ask for whole streets, ask for the whole block because there is the super abundant blessing of God upon your life. And the Lord says don't be scared about what to say because His word is going to come through you. You're going to see an amazing haul of fish! But you're not going to be able to bring them in on your own, so you've got to think big. There's going to be a block party of praise for the Lord!'
