Nae Eardė - Tuvi

(Too-vere) [Pl.- (Too-vye)]

The Tuvi are small, fairy-like creatures, but the usually look like small Elves. They are a joyful people and never dwell in one place; they are constantly moving around. There was a Lady of all the Tuvi, but she was killed in a war between Teswer and Edaur. The war was immediately stopped, for everyone loved Veruil. The world suffered from a merriless time for a while, while the Tuvi mourned Veruil's death. Then they came back, stronger than before. They hit the world hard, but it seemed a merrier place than it had been for thousands of years. There was a land, hidden from most others, beside a river behind Ilnor Forest. They dwelled there for a long time and it remained nameless, until some Polats found it. They loved it there; it was one their most favourite places, but they agreed to keep it secret. It was discovered, however, by the Humans and Droels and later known to all. The Humans that found it, Nirleon and Irdur, made sure that it was safe. It was a beautiful land, filled with lakes and trees. The Tuvi decided to name the land Verhuel, after Veruil. The Tuvi are the creatures that people believed began merriment. They traveled through the lands singing, making sorrowful people happy, and already joyful people even happier. They are usually beautiful or handsome and majestic looking, though some resemble blissful Human children.

They are very well known for their singing (voices) and songs (poems). These songs were memorized and sung throughout the world. The Tuvi loved magick. Everything made them happy, but a wizard or mages magick kept them in awe Everytime they saw it at work. It fascinated them and they wished to learn it.
