How to Use Common Everyday Items as Weapons: Whipped Cream

How could a can of whipped cream be used as a __________?  To most people it is merely a __________ to be used on cakes, __________, or ice cream.  But to the most __________spy, it can also be an excellent __________ of self-defense.  Here's how:

1. Every time you go to the grocery store, buy a can of __________cream.
