There really is no set price for customs right now, it just depends on what it is you want and how long it takes.
I can give your Evran unique colors by using a background you've made if you like.
Please be specific about any markings or colors for eyes, fins, etc.
If there is a sale/auction going on, you can place your order there on the board or you can post it in the Dreambook.
(The Dreambook is the best place because I definitely won't miss it.)
