White Tiger Kung
Fu started in the Shaoling Temple. Later it traveled to Japan and
became known as Shotokan Karate. I am studying Temple Kung Fu by Grandmaster
Simon. His style is known as the White Tiger/White Priest. It is very
effective in hand to hand combat. |

So far I've learned Kenpo 1 and Lung
1(Dragon) forms. There are many different stances to learn, Front
Bow, Horse, Cat, Twist, Crane.. And I am trying to relearn my balance.
