The IRJ has been created to give serious
consideration to such topics as explosives
and related scientific topics . This
site is primarily intended for amateur
scientists, but we welcome all manner
of professionals, or the mildly curious.
Only
the ignorant and uninformed fear knowledge,
unfortunately that describes the majority
of people. Science has no right or
wrong, only its use does. The only
immorality is the fear perpetuated
by the media, and the stupidity of
the censors. Rogue Science is here
to expose the secrets of science for
all who wish to learn.
Let
it be known we do not condone any
of the knowledge at The IRJ to be
used beyond personal experimentation.
There are laws to be followed in the
use of explosives, and hazardous chemical
substances. The IRJ is not the place
for learning about building bombs,
weapons of mass destruction, or any
other device meant to harm others.
It is the spirit of the free exchange
of information that drives The IRJ.
In
previous decades, individuals were
encouraged to undertake scientific
research in their own labs. The US
government freely distributed documents
relating to
home and farm use of explosives, and
other hazardous materials. This attitude
is quite different in the 21st century.
Chemical suppliers rarely sell to
individuals anymore, information is
jealously hoarded or restricted to
professionals, and only corporations
are considered 'worthy' of conducting
research. The government now enforces
fear and propaganda towards those
who dare to learn science on their
own by declaring all chemistry as
drug manufacturing or bomb building.
Even
chemistry sets are worthless today,
being limited to making goo or color
changes. All that which once was perfectly
acceptable is now ostracized. The
IRJ challenges these misconceptions
by giving voice to those brave few
few who dare to learn. |
