The Elements
*Some decks say Fire=Wands and Air=Swords, some vice versa.
The Elements, also called the Quarters or Cardinal points, are used to represent the natural forces of the Earth. They are called, or invoked, in ritual, and are often asked to protect and bear witness to the Sacred rites that take place. Each Element carries many associations, as can be seen above.
