These sites all offer free Pagan clip art and graphics, and only ask that you give due credit. Sounds like a good deal to me. Also, these links are only to the graphics section of each site (if it is not specifically a graphics site that is), but feel free to look at the whole of the site as well.
Crystal Cloud Graphics has a lot of spinning and still 3-D gold graphics. Also, it has a lot of Pagan themed site designs and graphics from many religions and cultures.
Firesilk's Free Graphics contains pretty borders and backgrounds, nice for site design.
Hairfish Graphics Free Pagan Art is by far my favorite graphics site I've found so far. I love the animated gifs and all the different representations of Deity. Plus, tons of great pentacles.
Frank's AR Pagan Clip Art has work by two different artists, most of it quite stunning and intricate.
Magickalmoon has gorgeous digital clip art, that's very close to real life. Intensely mystical. I have used, with the artist's permission, many works from the gallery on my site.
Witch Way isn't exactly Clip Art, but dear Gods is it breathtaking! I managed, with great difficulty, to limit my use of these graphics to only two pages (Merry Meet and Sabbats), otherwise I would have ended up creating Witch Way all over again. I can't describe them, they have to be seen.
