Canadian Conquest
Canadian conquest is a very humorous game; however, there are a few things that turn you away from the game, one of them is the most annoying and it is the spelling. I mean every so often there is a word that is misspelled. Another thing that turns you away is the ability to use the stat building beer item could be used over and over again. Another problem is the battles were easy but drawn out, the only battles that were challenging were the beginning, and the first two boss battles, but after that it is a cakewalk (especially when you can equip two weapons at once). Finally the last thing that was not done correctly was the clown battles for the keys. You can battle for the keys over and over just to get a key you need only one of. Now I will break down the review into categories.
Presentation:
Everything was done pretty good overall except for the spelling, and the few bugs mentioned above. There are even some hidden items in the game. I especially liked internet town. I give it a 6.
Characters:
There was no character development and you hardly get to know the characters. All you know is relationship between the characters. It does not affect enjoyment of the game however. I give this category a 5
Gameplay:
Game play is simple easy. so I give this category an 8.Story:
The story is simple, effective, and very funny, to take over Canada. I give it a 9.
Overall:
I give this game a 8. Despite all the glitches and spelling errors this game is fun to play. I base this game not on the sum of the categories, but what this game deserves. If all the bugs, and spelling errors were fixed this game would have done far better. This game is a must play.
