Cry For Help

You made me understand,
that life isnt fair.
Why love is for losers,
and death cant be spared.
You opened my eyes,
to things blinded in the past.
Bitter sweet love, hate, self awareness
to destroy my heart, unmended by a cast.
Its hard to concieve,
what you wanted me to understand.
I tried so hard, it was all for not,
because now I'm nothing, a writer with no band

I don't hear the music,
this is just a tentative voice
crying for help,
wont the world just hear me?
I'm screaming my lungs out,
yet you just rejoice.

I've come to this realization,
that life just runs wild
That I can't take the reigns,
I'm like a hopeless child
It's unfair to think
that I might tame this beast
when I know it will engulf me
my soul matters least
So I'll just move on,
watch the sites pass by
Time waits for no one,
why live a lie?
