Eyes: Deep Violet

Hair: Charcoal black with violet highlights; extremely long but is usually up in two buns leaving no hair down; an intricatly beautiful hairstick securing each bun. Hairsticks are dark brown and have tassels of deep purple dangling from each.

Height: 5'9"

General Appearance: She's got beautiful olive colored skin. She usually wears rather dark colthing, including an interesting black trench coat that is always worn over a dark green skin tight long sleeved shirt and a short black skirt which is accented by tall knee high black boots. She usually wears purple/black lipstick and complimenting eyeshadow. She has an interesting tatto on her wrist look similar to plant life but is wrapped intricatly all around it and is a deep redish purple. A scar on her neck indicates she had a near death experience.

General Personality: Alexia is a gentle spirit despite her dark outward appearance. She is constantly trying to help all those around her and help people realize the intense beauty of nature. She has a mild temper and knows how to speak diplomatically to all those she meets. She is usually found smoothing over a misunderstanding with words and tries never to resort to any violence.

Inner Personality: Alexia is always on an inner quest to harmonize her spirit and body. She takes great care in her responsibilities and has a very serious nature. She respects all living things unless they live with the soul purpose of hurting and mistreating others. She has learned an intense control of her emotions, but lets them fly when she is pushed to far giving her an intense power beyound her usual limits.

Alexia holds her stick in the air and her body freezes in time, then streams of silky purple appear from the stick and engulf her completly, time unfreezes and the silky streams burst away leaving Pluto's sailor suit behind. As a finishing touch Pluto's Henshin object grows in length to become her time staff.

First Attack : Pluto Time Scream (Uses Staff to freeze opponent in time so that they cannot move and Neo Sailor Moon can finish them off)

Second Attack: Pluto Dark Destruction (Plunges staff into the earth causing a black fissure to open up under the opponent, then using the staff head a dark light glows from the sliver orb in the center and calls forth the dark energy which thus rises forth from the center of the fissure and consumes the opponent.)

::Section Six: Background::

Character History:
Alexia was born in Canada where she lived for the first five years of her life. Her parents were divorced at that time and she moved to the United States with her father, an enviormentalist. Living with him she learned a deep respect for the earth and vowed that she would always protect it. She went to school and learned of the hardships and cruelties that people inflicted upon each other. While defending a couple of her peers from ridicule she found herself making her first enemy of her life Dray. He was the school bully and since Alexia had the courage to stand up to him, Dray tried in every way to get her to concede to him. Finally at the age of 9 when Alexia had had enough of the torment she began to take lessons in the martial arts, so that she could defend those weaker than Dray or any other human that turned to prey on those weaker than themselves.

At the age of 15 Alexia had become rather skilled in martial arts and had repeatedly defended herself and other against the malacious tactics of Dray. One morning as Alex was walking through the nearby park, she saw a young girl being hounded by something supernatural. Without thinking much about how she was going to help this girl Alex stepped into actions, defending the girl from the evil forces. Alexia took a severe beating and just as she began to fade away she heard the cries off the younger girl, emotions welled up inside of her and she found an unknown strength inside of her. An uncontrolled power burst forth and consumed the evil force. Alexia passed out only to find herself awakening in an unknown place.

A young girl stood in front of her, about the age of 18 with long green hair. She called herself Sailor Pluto the gaurdian of time. Pluto informed Alexia that she now had the favor of the planet Pluto and therefore must take on the duty of becoming Neo Sailor Pluto and Guard the Gate of Time. Alexia realizing this was her purpose in life accepted the duty. However, wishing to remain in the stream of time to care and be with her father she hides her indentity to the world, letting her sixth sense tell her when she needs to return to the void of frozen time where she is the keeper. It's been 4 years since Alexia found the favor of Pluto.

Present:
She is a student at a nearby university, her duties of keeping time still first priority in her life, along with this she makes it her duty to defend the weak and mild of spirit.

::Section Seven: Writing Sample::
Alex walked down the busy hall. The bell had rung moments before and she was running slightly late. A fee of the boys that passed by her shot out rude comments and pushed her out of the way, however Alexia ignored them, her pacifisim controlling her.

She walked into the classroom and was finding herself a seat just as the final bell rang. Her professor stepped into the room carrying his brief case and a pile of papers. He looked calm and collected as usual. A traight that Alex deeply respected.

As her professor began his lecture, Alex began her notes. She was deep in concentration when she felt a twinge of negative energy nearby. Her instincts taking over, she knew what she had to do. Taking a quick glance around, she set her things down and slipped out of the classroom, thankful that she had sat near the back of the room. Then with quick reflexes she made it into a quite room and pulled out her Henshin stick.

With fierce determination in her eyes she called out for her power, "Pluto Planetary Power." Her hand abover her head, she felt time freeze and saw an illumination of purple light come from her Henshin stick, only when she was entirely engulfed in the silky light did time begin and she felt the light explode off her leaving her dazzling in her transformed state. She grabbed hold off her time staff as it emerged from her Henshin stick and with her tranformation complete scurryed off in search of the evil force.
