I cut off the beginning of this one because it wasn't funny. The guy in this one was trying to get me a better mortgage interest rate. It's probably a followup call from the telemarketer12__mad_cat_.wav.

Guy: Okay, (???) the price you're paying for it.
Devin: How much did I pay for it?
Guy: Yes sir.
Devin: Uh...
Adam: Hey! Where's my Kentucky fried chicken.
Devin: Hey, be quiet. Um... let's see here... how much did I initially pay for it? Uh... let's see here, it was a down payment... fifty thousand.
Guy: 50k, okay.
Adam: Where's my chicken!
Guy: Th..that's all?
Devin: Yeah.
Guy: I mean, that was the total price for the house.
Devin: Total price? Uhhh.. it was about a hundred and fifty thousand.
Guy: Oh, a hundred and fifty. That's what you're sayin'.
Adam: I said, where's my chicken!
Guy: Okay, so you probably got about let's just say uhhh... you have a eighty thousand...uhhh.... balance.
Devin: Okay.
Guy: Is that fair enough.
Devin: Yeah.
Guy: Okay. I'm taking a guess there but this does not have to be....
Adam: I want my chicken!!
Devin: Adam, we'll get the chicken in a little bit.
Guy: Boy, who is that. Heh heh heh heh heh. Were you looking for a (?????)
Adam: (?????)..I want my chicken
Devin: Say that again.
Guy: Are you looking for a straight refinance at a lower rate or did you want to put some cash up? fifteen, twenty thousand?
Devin: Uhhh..I don't know. Lower rate probably.
Guy: Ju...Just a lower rate?
Devin: Yeah.
Guy: Okay....and I'm supposed to ask you what you're occupation is sir.
Devin: Wait, you said what?
Guy: I'm supposed to ask you what you're occupation is.
Devin: Oh, I'm a salesman.
Guy: Salesman, okay. (?????) sir.
Adam: Where's my chicken ready?
Devin: Uh... I gotta go. I'm sorry.
Guy: Uhhh... Do you got just a minute?
Devin: Uh. Okay, sure.
Guy: Okay. Just..
Adam: I want chicken! CHICKEN!!!!!
Guy: (Sigh) Does your wife work sir?
