Hey! Thanks for downloading this program. A couple words. This program will enable you to change the caption of other programs Title Bar. Such as with aol saying at the top "America Online Service". The new title will last until that program, such as aol, is closed. Once it starts up again, it has it's old title (gonna try and make something so it will stay.) If you have given something a new title, you CAN exit out of "Caption Changer".
