My Theremin Page, made by me! :)

Here is the theremin i made. I used the Big Briar Etherwave Theremin Kit. I got it from www.bigcitymusic.com.
I had to paint, build, solder, all by myself...I am a woman of many trades :) i should have my own tv show, ha. i rule. yahyahyah

about the paint job: i used ordinary delta creamcoat paint. I primed the wood with wood sealer, then painted the design, "Moonfaced" by Sandra B. (you can check out her webbie at www.novim.net, i recommend going if you like to look at art, and read about an interesting girl...i also altered the design to close at one end), in a burgundy-esque color. I then painted the rest a black shimmer color, about 7 coats of paint for each. I sanded the second to last, then the final coat. I used Delta's Gloss Varnish, 4 coats total, and sanded inbetween each coat. then the final with some guitar polish.
