The Ager is the world in which Fallen Into Darkness is set. A rich combination of peoples and cultures, the Ager replaces the Oerth in the standard D&D universe. In most otherways, the basic D&D world remains unchanged (hey, I am but one person. They had a couple more when they wrote and balanced the game system.), the same planes system described in Manual of the Planes is used, the same gods rule their respective races and interact with eachother in the same manner. A number of new spells and creatures have been added, and will be added to this page as my group discovers them as they play.

Countries are color coded according to their political nature. Refer to page 156 of the DM's guide for more complete descriptions.Color Key:
- Blue: Ruled by a 'congress' of Nobles - Feudal
- Blue-Green: A true republic or democracy, ruled by elected officials
- Green: Unclaimed territory (or the inhabitants 'keep to themselves')(often tribal in nature)
- Orange: Magocracy - Ruled by mages
- Purple: Theocracy - Ruled by Priests
- Yellow: Classic Monarchy - Feudal
