Aske | Goddess of the moon, stars, night and horses. She is seen clad in white furs and linen
and with the moon crown on her head of silver. Her complextion is pale. She is the owner of
13 white swans, each represents a moon of the year. These are the swans that pull her bark across the sky at night. Her consort is Manno. The two were cursed to only meet once a month. And the full moon is that time. They can be seen kissing on in the moon.
Aske's cloak gives the lonely, security and love. Her counterparts are Selene and White
Wolf Woman. | |
Ajatar | This is the great dragon that guards the doors to the great meeting hall of the gods. He
is a blue dragon of peace, unless provoked. His counterpatrt is Ladon. | |
Beiwe | The sun god. Also the god of the arts, friendship and divination. He is considered the most handsome of the gods. He is the brother of Baeive and twin brother of Manno.
When the old sun god, Imbel, his father, became mad and started to attack the gods
it was Beiwe who tried to stop him. In the process both father and son were slain. It was
his sister who brought him back from death. He then became the new sun god. He is seen
with blonde hair and blue eyes. Baeive is hios consort s well. Beiwe's counterpart is
Baldar and Apollo. | |
Baeive | Goddess of love passion, desire, sexual inter-course and desire. She is also goddess of
beauty, summer light and protectress of virgins. She is considered the most beautiful
goddess. Her cosort is her brother Beiwe. She is seen with long flowing blonde hair and
ice blue eyes. Sacred to her is the silver white swan. She does have a sinister side as
well, for she hates the vain and evil ones of the world. She possesses the most beautiful
of gifts in the world and gives them to man as she sees fit to. Her counterparts are
Aphrodite and Branwen. | |
Brond | god of love, desire, passion and sexual behavior. He is also protector of children and
brond musicians. He himself is a child, son of Beiwe and Baeive. He is most beautiful and can be
seen wandering about woodlands with is flute charming folks into love. At times he can
be a trickster but is never malicious. His counterpart is Eros. | |
Buga | A giant who helped in the part of creation and all we know. He is the great spirit that is
above all others. By his dying, he became the heavens and celestial space. Among his
other gifts are astronomy and astrology. | |
chozjin | Goddess of the west and of Autumn. She is seen dressed in Autumn colors and a wreath
of wheat on her head. At other times she is seen in a cloak of black feathers, riding thru
the woods. When you do see her riding through the woods you can be assured that
Autumn is to follow. With her, she brings the cool weather, frost and the changing of the
leaves. SAcred to her is the black crow and birch trees. Her consort is Lu'ot. | |
Dellinger | Goddess of the dawn, dew and sunrise. Sister to Brond and daughter to Baeive. She, like
brother is a child diety. She is the one to wake her father up and harness his horses. For
she is the only other god who can keep Biewe's horses calm. She then leads the way for her father thru the sky. As she goes she sprinkles the ground with her jug of morning dew. She also is the creator of rainbows. She is seen winged at times and like the rest of
her family, she is very beautiful. Her counterpart is Iris and Eos. | |
Del Quin | The Force. The great power of nature, balance, fate and the 3-fold law. It is either a god
nor spirit. Even the gods bow to its power. It was the first thing in exsistance. | |
Erlick | A mammoth god. God of herds, forests, peace, power, strength, wisdom, council and
visions. He is a patron god. He was one of the last of the mammoths to died on earth, so the gods made him immortal. He died so mankind could survive. He mainly seen as a mammoth, but at other times he is seen as a old man with a sweet face clad in furs. His
counterparts are Athenae and Ares. | |
Hladde | The great spirit that rules over all of nature. She brings out natures beauty, life, change
and death. She is seen as no more that a wind, transparent and mysterious. | |
Hlien | God of the north and of winter. He is seen clad in furs with a long robe and hood. Seen
carrying a wreath of pine and a staff. He is an old man. If seen clad in white and riding
a white horse through the woods, you are sure winter is coming. He brings with him
the cold of winter, ice, and firewood. | |
Imbel | A giant and old god of the sun. Father of Biewe and Baeive. His rule of the sun was short.
For he became made with the sun and started to attack the other gods. His son
tried to stop him. In the process, both slew each other. During that time the world was
frozen over and all lived in darkness. For no other god was able to keep the horses of the
sun in control. WHen Beiwe was reborn, balance was restored. Imbel is not a god to
invoke or align with. His counterpart is Hyperion. | |
Illmater | Goddess of creation. one of the first gods. Goddess of molthers and womans rituals
She is call the great mother. Her name means "The Mother". Her counterpart is Rhea. | |
Jame-Akka | Goddess of health and healing. She is one of the Akka sisters.
She like her sisters are seen with pale skin, white dresses and a white flower in
her long white hair. She comes to the sick beds of those who suffer illness. Her
counterpart is Hygiea. | |
Juks-Akka | Goddess of health and healing. One of the Akka sisters
Particularly she is the goddess that aids in childbirth and labor pains. Her image is just like her sisters. Her counterpart is Eillythiea.
Jisen Olmai One of the last of the ice giants and a servant to Hlien. He is at times called "the
jason ol-may Winter Wizard. He was one of the few ice giants that did not war with the gods
thus spared the punishment that the others went through. He is the scryer of
the gods and giver of gifts. He is the patrons of magicians and witches. He is the
god that gives the world its first winter coating. He is seen as an old man in blue
and silver robes with staff and crystal ball. | |
Kalma | Goddess and queen of the next world. Goddess of funerals, tombs, funeral rites,
protectress of spirits and crows. She is sometimes seen as a crow or as a very
elegant goddess clad in a black dress and feathers, wearing a black feather mask. Despite her dark look, she is very peaceful and loving. The crow is her messenger.
She comes at ones death to insure there will be no pain and to ease the way, then to guide the spirit to it's next life. Her palace is full of warm hearths, where soup,
bread, great food and music are abundant. Her counterpart is Hel and Persephone. | |
Linda | Goddess who created and guards all the birds in the world. She is seen in the
woods, sitting and talking to her birds. She herself is winged, she has brown eyes
and hair. She at times is seen with a mask of feathers. All birds are sacred to her. She is called the most gentle of gods. | |
Leminkaines | One of the great heroes. He was the mortal son of Radein Ahzien. He had great strength
and wisdom. In one of his quests, he was
slain. But Kalma much faith in him and restored his life to him. In the end he was made
immortal to be a champion of the gods. His ownly weapon was a mace. His counterparts
are Thor and Herakles. | |
Lu'ot | god of the south and Summer. Seen clad in golden furs and skins, his hair and beard are
blonde and his eyes are of amber. When he is seen riding thru the woods on chestnut
steed, one knows summer is coming. At times a stag is seen with him. With him comes
hot summers, sunflowers and the greening of the trees. | |
Leib-Olmai | God of the hunt, woodland and a protector. Patron of archers and swordsmen. Born as
lab-olmay a mortal man. His heart was so pure that at his death he became immortal. He is seen as
a man clad in green and in skins. The stag is sacred to him. His counterpart is Herne and
Robin Hood. | |
Manno | God of the moon, stars and night. Tamer of horses. He is the twin brother to Beiwe . He
fell in love with Aske and went to a witch for a love potion. She refused his request. In
desperation Manno stole the potion. When the witch found out she altered the spell
so that they could only see each other once a month. Manno and Aske join each other
on the full moon, where they can be seen kissing. Manno is very handsome and is
seen clad in white and silver clothes clothes. He drives the wanning moon with his
13 white horses. | |
Madar Ahku | The great mother Earth. Goddess of the earth, fertility, nature, birth, creation and
healing. Mother of the giants and the gods. Even the king of the gods bows to her.
She is rarily seen, but when she is seen she wears greens and browns, furs, and
leathers. Her head is adorned with a great wreath of wild flowers. Where she
walks the earth, springs forth wildlife of all sorts. Everything that lives on the earth
is sacred to her. Her counterpart is Gaea. | |
Naininen | God of health, illness, healing, visions, strength and birth. By ________ , he is the
father of the Sisters Akka, who accompany him in all his work. He is seen at the
bed-side of the ill, clad in white fur and clothing, with dark hair. He is at times
seen helped in his hall by several elven attendants. He brought the arts of herbs
to mortals. The snake is sacred to him. His counterpart is Askelipos. | |
Numi Tarem | A mammoth god. God of the sky, winds, earth and wisdom. He is a great inventor
and giver of great gifts to mankind. He was one of the last Mammoths to walk the
earth. As a mammoth , he is seen with silver in his coat. As a spirit he is seen as an
old man clad in furs. He is the controller of the winds and stirrer of clouds. | |
Omai Varalden | Queen of the gods. Goddess of marriage, wildlife, woman's rituals, protectress of
children and virgins and giver of laws. She is a great mother goddess. She is the
sister and wife of Radien Ahtzien. It is said that their marriage was the most
beautiful on earth and the cereimony lasted for 2 days. She is usually seen wearing
a circlet crown and is clad in white furs and dress. At times she donns a mask of
white feathers. Sacred to her is the snow white owl and crane, horse and bear.
Her counterpars are Hera and Freya. | |
Panu | God of fire. He tends to all the hearths in the great hall of the gods. He is the protector
of the home, hearth, forge and creator of candles and lamps. He is the god of the fire
element. He is seen clad id black most of the time with muscular arms. His consort is Passja Ahka. At times he is seen with elf attendants. Sacred to him are lamps and
candles. His counterparts are Govannon and Hephaestos. | |
Passja Ahka | Goddess of the hearth and home, food, cooking and protector of children and of
storerooms. She was born mortal but Panu fell in love with her beauty and cooking,
that he made her immortal so to always be with her. Their wedding was said to be
lit with 5000 candles. She has female attendants that help prepare the meals for
the gods. She is seenclad in the ware of a simple housewife. Her counterpart is
Hestia and Sif. | |
Pierbmas | Son of Radien Ahtzien and . He, like Herakles was born mortal yet with great
strenth. By both gods and mortals, he was sent on many adventures to prove himself.
These quests took him all over Europe. After his death, he became a god of both physical and mental strength as well as agility. His equivelents are Herakles and Thor. He is
usually seen as a bearded strong man, carrying either a mace or club and wearing a
fur mantle or cloak. | |
POTZ-CHOZJIN | God of the woodlands and protector of the reindeer and elk. He is a horned god and the
consort of Luot. He usually hangs out in the wood or in the plains where the herds are.
He carries a bow and quiver which he uses to defend the wood and herds, should some-
one show disrespect. Yet he also helps hunters too, should they need wood or food. Potz
is seen as a horned god, clad in earthtone clothes and fur. His closest equivelent would
be Herne and Fergus. | |
Ruadna | A female tree spirit. Her name means "rowan". She is the goddess of gentle rains and ash and rowan trees. She is also guardian of the crows. She is seen as a young woman
clad in either brown clothes or black clothes with a black feather cloak and mask. She
is an elusive goddess. one never calls to her, she usually comes to those who she wants.
She can be a trickster at times and gift giver at other times. | |
RADIEN ATZHIEN | King of the gods. God of wisdom, justice, balance, families courts and mens initiation.
His consort is Varalden Olmai, whom he had to give many gifts before she agreed to marry him. Nothing goes by without his notice. He also created
writing and numbers. He is seen clad in silver furs and white clothes and wearing the
most majestic crown. It is said whoever touched his crown, will gain his wisdom. His
staff is of justice. He has two female elf children who are his eyes as well. Should any
person do wrong, they report it to him. He is still very gentle. His equivelent would have
to be Odin. Yet he has no temper and is no war god. He is of peace | |
RADIEN KIEDDE | The great creator god. He is the god of all things and all things are sacred to him. God of
balance, order, creation and the force. He is the element of Spirit. | |
RANA | Goddess of the Spring and the east. She is seen as a young woman decked in flowers
as is her horse. She is the one who brings the thaw and the growth of new spring life.
Rabbits, birds, deer are all sacred to her. When she is seen with her tan steed riding
through the fields, you are guarrenteed that spring has begun. Her closest equivelent
Eurus and Epona. | |
RUTA | King of the next world, guardian of spirits and protectors of souls. It is said that he and brothers drew lots over who would rule over what part of the world. Ruta reached into
the sack and pulled out a black shard of the pot. Thus the next world. His brothers then
mocked him buut he just said that his was the most important and took his position in
the next world. His consort is Kalma. Ruta is seen as a man with dark hair with beard
and moustache and black clothes. Some fear him, yet he is the most gentle of the gods.
He rules who will be reborn to earth and as what, who will live in the great gardens of
the next world and who will become a star in the heavens. There is no damnation in
his eyes. those who have done wrong all their lives are reborn to repeat life on earth.
His equivelent is Hades. | |
SARA-AKKA | One of the Akka sisters. Goddess of health and healing.
She, like her sisters, follow their father and heal those in need. She is seen like her
SARA-AKKA sisters as pale in flesh, gowned in white and with a single white flower in her hair.
She is also the goddess of spinning and weaving an goddess of invention. She is a
to all inventors. Also called a goddess of many gifts. Her equivelent is Athena and
Hygiea. | |
SMIERO GATTO | She is a divine deity of the home. A cat spirit. She is seen as a cat of white. She is the
protectress of the house and every house has a cat image in it , if not a cat itself.
She guards the house and keeps it safe, espcially the children. She has no true
equivelent to her. She also keeps plague and sickness away, by ridding of mice.
Very rarily will she be seen in humaniod form, her true self. | |
SERGUE EDNE | Goddess of spirit and soul. She is the goddess that, prior to birth, puts the soul and
spirit into each and every person the the gods create. She also is the goddess of
happiness and prosperity that all pray to. yet she only gives these gifts to those
who are in her favor and who deserve it the most. Likewise she can also take it all
away from those who displease her and fall out of her grace. She has too many
forms to list. Her equivelent is Tyche and Math. | |
SIGURD | A great hero who was sent on a great expidition to destroy a mighty dragon that
ravaged Europe. Through this he was successful and earned great honors with
the gods. He foound love and married. But somehow, he fell out of favor of one of
them and lost his wife and sons. He wandered the lands lost and lonily. He was
called again to slay yet another great dragon but in this fight, as he slew the
dragon, he too lost his life. It is said that is funeral was almost as grand as Beiwes.
Everyone from the northern lands attended. His spirit was lifted up and turned into
a star. It was Radien Atzhien who claimed to the mourners, that when he is needed
again, he will return. | |
SHELI | Mammoth goddess of the Earth and wisdom. She is protector of nature and the
plains. She is guardian of all the herds of the plains as well as the plains and
insures their fertility. She is the most gentle of all the mammoth gods. It was said
that when she gave her life to the tribes, all mourned her death and the ritual that followed was grand. Shelli is also a goddess of wheat and straw fields. In divine
form she is seen as a elderly woman of great wisdom, with lt. brown hair. Even
Radien Atzhien looks up to her. | |
Thairgin | Goddess of the dusk. She is the one who takes the horses from Biewe as he descends
and turns the sky to a multirtude of colors. She does this as a message to tell all
that Biewe will return every morning. Her gown has just as many colors as the
sunset. She is also stables and is keeper of the divine steeds. Her equivelent is
Hesperos. | |
TOGO MUSUN | God of the domestic fire, hearth, cooking, protector of the home and parton of
weedding couples. He is called apon to guard the home when new couples start
there new home. He has two images. As guardian of wedding couples, he is young
and seen in white attire. As guardian of the fire, he is older and looks like a bard.
Should one take in strangers and guests, he is their guardian too and all who enter
anothers home for the night, should leave an offering to him. Togo is also a candle
crafter and lamp guardian. His closest equivelent is Hestia. | |
TUONI | God od funeral services and tombs, as well as funerary offerings. He makes sure that
all spirits get their proper respected ritual and honor. He makes sure that the offerings
are healthy and full. His last position is to guard tombs from destruction and robbers.
He is seen as being rather young and wearing a huge black cloak and greenwood mask.
His equivelent is Tox. | |
TAPIO | Great horned god of the forest and wood. Guardian of all animal life and plant life. His
horns are of the elk. He is seen clad in hunting clothes. While he makes sure all animals
are protected, he also makes sure that the hunters have enough food for their families.
His other image is that of a great white elk. It is said that every 1000 years he takes on a
mortal student to be his voice and protector of the wood and people. His greatest gifts
are the silver bow and arrow. And the one who finds it will be his student. His equivelent
is Herne and Fergus. | |
TSHATAE OLMAI | King of the sea and the element of the water. All the waters are at his command.
It is siad that in the drawing of lots with his brothers he drew a chalice. It is from
this chalice that suppies all the water in the world except the rain. his wife is ________
and by her they have had 5000 children that are the water nymphs and spirits. He
also owns a water sphere that he uses to see what is going on in the world. He is
seen as a older wise god with blonde hair, beard and moustache and his clothes
are the colors of the sea and sea foam. His crown is magestic yet simple. His
equivilent is Manannon and Posiedon. | |
UK AKKA | The eldest of the Akka sister and goddess of health and healing. She is seen just
as her sisters, clad is white and with a white flower in her hair. Her shin and hair are white as well. Her equivelent is Panacea. | |
VARALDEN OLMAI | Queen of the gods as well as their mother. She is goddess of virgins and the great
wedding rituals. She is a majestic lady with dark hair, White and silver gown and
a royal crown. It is said that when Radien Atzhien came to court her, she refused
him until he had show that he was able to supply for her needs. She finally had
concented to marry after he brought her many gifts. She then enforced this rule
on mortals, to insure that the couple will survive as well as any children they have.
She is sometime just known is Varalden. Her equivelent is Freya and Hera. | |
VARE JIELLA | Goddess of the wood and forest and protector of the domestic dog and the wolf.
She is sometimes seen as a great white wolf. She is a reminder that the dog that
we use to protect us is her child. She is seen at other times as a raven-haired
woman wearing a white fur cloak. She is also a protector of the people in the
cold winter season. She is a goddess of the hunt as well. Her consort is Tapio.
By him, she born the children of the directions. Her equivilent is White Buffalo
Calf Woman. | |
VAINAMONEN | One of the first and greatest leaders of the Northern People. His early deeds
and adventures are numberous. But he was slain by one who thought by killing
him he would gain his wisdom and lands. | |
VE | Mammoth goddess of the earth, fertility and wisdom. Her role in the cycle is not
well known and clouded in mystery. Yet what is know is that she always shows up
at the harvest to help. Probably to rid of what was on suitable to harvest. | |
YUMALA | The great spirit of the sky and air. A god of the wind and weather and represents
the air element. He designed the great hall of the gods and placed it in the greatest forest on earth. Some call him father of the gods. He is seen as a great elderly man
with white hair and robes. His equivilent is Uranos. |
