Other: Dekim's original plan was to exploit Operation Meteor so he could place his family in control of the Earth. Although his plan didn't originally work the way that he wanted it to..he ended up getting Mariemaia onto a throne anyway, and the Barton Foundation declaired war on the Earth Sphere United Nation. Later, as he readied his forces in order to launch a invasion on the Earth, Milliardo shows up in the Tallgeese 3. Dekim is unfazed by Milliardo's threats to destroy MO-3 and counters by threatening to carry out the TRUE operation meteor and drop X-18999 onto the Earth. Dekim's threat is soon proved false when Heero, Duo, and Trowa disable X-18999 but launches all of his forces before Milliardo is able to destroy them.

After Mariemaia's forces have taken control of Brussels, Dekim (along with Relena and Mariemaia) retreat to a completely protected bunker that is practically buried underground. The bunker proves to be no help when Heero blasts it open. In this sudden moment of seemingly defeat, Dekim calls Mariemaia to join him at his side and rise up once again. Relena, in a desperate act to stop her, slaps her. Dekim, who's pissed off by now, goes to shoot Relena but ends up shooting Mariemaia who jumps in front of Relena. After shooting his own granddaughter and laughing about how he can always get another pawn, he is shot by one of his own troops and, thus, ends the war of the Endless Waltz

Okay, this is the way that I see it...it's about damn time that we get an ACTUAL bad guy in this series. Everything's always been shades of grey when it comes to good and bad. Example...Treize and Oz...good or bad? Milliardo and White Fang...good or bad? I guess it really all depended on your point of view but...I mean...Dekim is BAD! You can tell. And he's a cool bad guy. He's not a wuss who turns tail and runs at first sight of danger (allthough he does kinda wuss out when Milliardo comes after him) and he's not an idiot. He actually knows what he's doing. His agenda is for him and him alone and he does what he needs to do to get what he wants. The Epitimy of any GOOD bad guy. Props!
