- Slaves are not required to beg entrance - as it is not
required in the Gor books. Entrance without permission is
allowed for visiting slaves as well as slaves not
collared to the Palace, Jarl BlueTooth, Mistress Triesha
or courtiers.
- All slaves beg permission to go afk or exit, slaves who
must be afk will obtain permission and mark themselves as
such
- when Jarl and/or Mistress are in the Palace the slaves do
not travel but attend to Us and the home
- Any FreePerson present may grant a slave entrance (if
begged though not needed) and exit.
- A slave is to make sure their nick is correct before
entering The Palace.
- Slaves are permitted to be in only one IRC channel at a
time.
- FreePersons are to be addressed as either Master or
Mistress and greeted individually. Masters from
Torvaldsland - the part of Gor where The palace is
situated - often use the title Jarl - as it is in
the Gor books
- The first boy and second boy is to be addressed by slaves
as master and the first girl and the second girl as
mistress (all without capital). In the Gor books the
other slaves often call the first girl in the chain
mistress. And a new slave in some books is forced to call
every other slave mistress.
- Patience will be practiced at all times by slaves at the
Palace.
- Permission must be sought to message or ping a Free
Person.
- Serve every Master/Mistress as if your very life depended
on being pleasing.... it does.
- When a slave is not at the feet of a Master or a Free
Woman she or he will kneel in the slave furs, ready for
use or serve. Do not yell offering of service from the
furs, but kneel in front of each single Free and offer
service. Even the kneeling and offering is a way to show
submission and a gift for the Free.
- Slaves are required to focus their total attention on the
One that they serve, kneel in front of or lap. Greeting
or talking is not allowed without permission from the
Free.
- White silks slaves are - as it is all over Gor -
protected and restricted. They may not lap or be furred
by other than their Owners.
- Visiting slaves, collared or uncollared, are under the
protection of The Palace.
- The yellow and red silks slaves collared to The Palace,
Jarl BlueTooth and Mistress Triesha are for use as other
slaves - but only if their whois says "unrestricted".
- Normally a Free must not occupy more slaves for use, if
the slaves are needed for service to other Free.
- Slave hunting and collaring is not allowed inside the
Palace and will be followed by banning and kicking.
- Slaves may be used for furring in the alcoves of The
Palace, but not removed from The Palace for use.
Information of the alcoves from the OPed Free or from
first boy, first girl, second boy or second girl.
- While the Free Persons may not always be right, they are,
by definition, never wrong. slaves always have the last
word in any disagreement... the words "yes, Master"
- Jealousy and possessiveness have killed more slaves than
disobedience.
- Slaves are to speak in the third person at all times.
- white silks of the Palace are NOT allowed to travel
without permission from their Owner.
- Idle slaves lead to bored slaves... bored slaves lead to
the whipping post. Be warned!
- A slave who is new to Gor will be helped by an Op or
message a slave of the Palace. A visiting slave, who
wants to observe and learn, adds -obs to the nick.
- Any attitude from a slave other than one desirous and
pleasing will not be tolerated.
- The merest whim of a Master is your highest law and
lawbreakers are punished!
- Greeting order for entering slaves:
- 1. Ubar of the home
- 2. Ubara of the home
- 3. Any Masters
- 4. Mistress`s
- 5. first boy / girl
- 6. second boy / girl
- 7. all other slaves
- always remember the word CINBIAK, curiosity is not
becoming in a kajira.
- There is no servery or servy here. As in the Gor books we
have either a serving area or a kitchen. From the serving
area is a door to the outside walled garden, and close to
the Palace in the garden is an old ka-la-na tree and a
well. Plenty of dishes to be found, serving dishes are
specified below. These are the following items in the
Palace used for serving:
- Footed bowls of pewter or lacquered wood. Goblets of
pewter, steel or glass with gold embossing. Tankards of
steel. Mugs of clay or steel. In Torvaldsland and most
northern cities mead and ale is traditionally served in a
horn. Plates of lacquered wood, copper or steel. Bowls of
lacquered wood, copper or steel. Trays of red and black
lacquered wood. (there are no silver trays here)
- There are no kettles over the pit fire, there are copper
pots for brewing of blackwine or kal-da, both drinks must
be made fresh. Wines such as ka-la-na are in bottles NOT
botas. Botas are for traveling.
