Drink at least 12-14 glasses of water every day. 8 glasses won't do anything. Water helps to clean your blood, and flush out toxins. 2. Have atleast ONE raw fruits/raw veggies day a week. Not only will it make your skin glow, it'll also keep your body fit. 3. Do wash your face with a non-drying bar after an outing/shopping trip. 4. Switch soda for natural fruit juices. 5. A boiled carrots mask will work wonders to soothes your skin. 6. Tone your skin with rosewater. 7. Don't use products just because they are "hip". What suits Christy Turlington may not suit you. 8.
