Meldrath is a Necromancer (lvl 35) who is found in the Minotaur Caves, located at the Steamfont Mts, Faydwer. When killed Meldrath's skull is usually droped. Rangers need this skull to earn their Etched Ivy Tunic. I would advise that you have a full group assisting you when you go to kill Meldrath, because he is the hardest mob to kill in the Etched Ivy Armor Quests.
