Junlok Jure is a paladin in North Kaladim. By giving him bone chips (4 at a time), Junlok will reward newbie rangers with patchwork armor [equip it], and rusty weapons [sell em]. And Most importantly young rangers will be developing good faction with Kaladim's paladin and Cleric guild, which will be needed later in the game to earn the Soil of Underfoot (Quest component) for the Etched Ivy Boots.
