Things look a bit weird??

OK, if you think my page looks seriously messed up, please note that:
- This page was designed using Internet Explorer 5.0, on PC (non-mac).
- My resolution is set to 800x600
- I have a cable modem
- My main word processer is Lotus, so some fonts may not be viewable(sorry, I'm working on this one)
Try what you can based on this information, and maybe you'll get a better idea of what I'm going for :)
