BLACK SAINT OF THE DAY

Habedeum, Quodvultdeus with the persecutions of Valerianus, Urbanus, Crescens, Eustachius, Cresconius, Crescentianus, Felix, Hortulanus, Fientianus, BISHOPS in Africa. We were martyred in Africa, 28 Nov.

Hagio, African monk in the desert encompassing Ethiopia, Mazices, and Mauretania. Visited in the desert and Nitria by an old historian. Contemporary of Arsisius.

Helenus, I am from the desert. I followed the way of chastity and moderation, honed by the practice of fasting and prayer, to quell the temptations of the flesh. God always provided what I needed when I needed.

I once visited a journey to visit other monks. My load was heavy, and in the name of Jesus enlisted wild donkeys to carry my burden. On another occasion, I visited a monastery for Sunday service, but there was to be none, because of river crocodiles. In the name of Jesus, I bade the crocodile to give me a ride on its back to visit the Presbyter (Elder), to conduct services.

It did so, but the Presbyter (Elder), was too frightened to come. God gave me the ability to read souls and spirits, as well as to stop evil spirits from tormenting.

Dear Friends,

Jesus addressed this parable to those who were convinced of their own righteousness and despised everyone else. "Two people went up to the temple to pray; one was a Pharisee and the other was a tax collector. The Pharisee took up his position and spoke this prayer to himself, 'O God, I thank you that I am not like the rest of humanity-greedy, dishonest, adulterous-or even like this tax collector.

I fast twice a week, and I pay tithes on my whole income.' But the tax collector stood off at a distance and would not even raise his eyes to heaven but beat his breast and prayed, 'O God, be merciful to me a sinner.' I tell you, the latter went home justified, not the former; for everyone who exalts himself with be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted." Luke 18: 9 - 14

Here is another message from Jesus addressed to Joseph. Our Lord spoke to him in these words, "How do you pray? Do you concentrate on yourself or are you concentrated on Me? Do you show off before Me by telling Me all that you have done? In the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector, I show you the two approaches to prayer.

The Pharisee is full of pride and he only speaks about all the good he has done and he praises himself over the rest of the people. He enjoys saying that he is not greedy, dishonest or adulterous and that he is not like the tax collector. He presents himself as if he is a saint and he does not need any grace.

He thinks he is doing well on his own. He does not know that he is the worst of sinners as he is full of pride and blind to his sins.

The tax collector on the other hand is very humble. He stands in the back and he does not look up. He keeps his head down, as he knows that he is a sinner. He beats his breast as a sign that he has done wrong and prays in this way, 'O God, be merciful to me a sinner.'

He tells the truth that he has sinned and asks God to have mercy on him. Of the two, the tax collector is the one who touches God's heart because of his humility. He receives the grace he has asked for and he is filled with peace and joy.

I call you all to imitate the tax collector for all men have sinned and they fall short of the Kingdom of God. I told you that without Me, you can do nothing, nothing good. Those who follow the Pharisee will surely make a mess of their lives. Come to Me with a humble heart and I will receive you and you will be My friend." Father Melvin

We must be patient with them and gain from them through holy humility. Archbishop Fulton Sheen - Why do we try so hard to forget?

" Memory is the source of unhappiness to many people today; hence their attempts to stifle it with alcohol and drugs. What is the explanation for the vast amount of sleeping tablets sold to the American public? It has been pointed out that enough are sold to put every person in the United States to sleep twenty-two nights a year, or to put nine million to sleep three hundred and sixty-five nights a year.

Undoubtedly, some of this is medically necessary for the easing of pain, but more likely most of the pills are taken in an effort to `forget' or `get away from it all.' The memory has the peculiar trick of never asking our permission for anything it shoots up into consciousness; sometimes the more displeasing the ideas are, and the harder we try to forget them, the quicker and the more often they flash before our eyes.

It is a psychological fact that the more the mind fears a thing, the more that fearful thing comes like a ghost out of the past to torture it. What we hate and dread we remember best, and nothing that we present to our mind can blot it out. No wonder Macbeth in desperation asked his physician: `Canst thou not...pluck from the memory a rooted sorrow; raze out the written troubles of the brain...which weigh upon the heart?' (Macbeth, Act V, Scene iii, Line 40)."

Today's Tidbit St. Therese is one of the patrons of missions. Although Therese never left the convent, she had a great desire to be a missionary and prayed fervently for missions. One of the reasons Therese was chosen as a patron of missions is to highlight the importance of praying for the success of missionaries.

These thoughts for a day are taken from a daily meditation book based on the Messages of Our Lady of Medjugorje by Father Richard J. Beyer, Ave Maria Press. Oct 1 - THE MONTH OF MARY

The Blessed Mother speaks of grace today:

Dear children, pray during this month. God has allowed me to help you everyday with graces, in order to protect you from evil. This month is mine. I would like to give it to you. Pray and God will give you the graces that you ask for. I will support your requests. (WM 10-25-84).

St. Paul also speaks of grace:

But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died through the one man's trespass, much more surely have the grace of God and the free gift in the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abounded for the many (Romans 5:15).

Reflection:

The month of October is traditionally dedicated to the Mother of God, and parishes often honor her with votive Masses, community rosaries, and other special devotions. We are thankful that the effect or merit of these prayers are her special gift to us, for she says, "this is my month -- I want to give it to you."

In today's message she speaks several times of "grace," meaning "favor," the love or the magnanimity of God. Mary herself is often the mediator of this grace: "God allows me every day to help you with graces..." These cannot be earned, but are pure gifts: "But if the choice is by grace, it is not because of their works -- otherwise grace would not be grace" (Romans 11:6).

Although a gift, God always chooses to give his grace to all who ask. Our Lady says, "You just pray and God will give you the graces you are seeking." Other than this, the most important thing is to respond to the graces given: "As your fellow workers," St. Paul writes, "we beg you not to receive the grace of God in vain" (2 Cor 6:1).

Indeed, grace and works of charity are the heavenly treasure we are asked to store up instead of earthly wealth; in this task, we have the Blessed Virgin's words: "I will help along with it."

Application:

Let us pray that this Marian month of October will be a time of special grace for us as we honor the Queen of Peace, the bearer of God's grace.

To the World through Gianna Talone Sullivan September 7, 2008 The Vigil of the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Dear little children, praised be Jesus!

Thank you, little ones, for praying with all your heart. In this world there will always be inequality of the poor and of the wealthy. But in the next world, God dwells in glory and in equality. What you do in this world, God will reward you according to your deeds in the next. At some point, all can be in glory with Him, but the main key to dwelling in His glory is spiritual poverty.

In all humility you must seek meekness and pray with a humble heart. In everything that you do, you must seek humility. Everything that you are gifted is a grace from God and is not of your doing. You alone can do nothing!

Those who are poor truly have the upper hand, and it leads more quickly to spiritual poverty. However, there are many wealthy; and these, my children, give in the benevolence of their work. But everything granted is a gift from God whether it is your health, your appearance, your financial means, or even your spiritual component. Everything is from God! If He took that gift from you, you would have nothing!

Live in humility now, so that in the next world you are rewarded more quickly this greater gift of reigning in glory with Jesus. A wonderful gift indeed, spiritual poverty, humility of heart! Pray, children. Pray with all your heart, and remember: Whether you are loved in this world or hated, if you are forgotten or if your good name is remembered, it does not matter because God knows. He will never forget you. He will always love you.

If you continue to pray with a humble heart, your name is chosen to be among all the saints where a seat in His Kingdom has been reserved for you. So seek only God; and give Him glory, for He loves you. And if you desire to give me a gift, the greatest gift you can give to me is to live in humility and do all your works in Love, for Love, and through Love—that being my Son.

Peace to you, as I bless you abundantly with the great gifts of Heaven and graces from the abode of my Son’s Most Sacred Heart.

Reflection by Fr. John B. Wang

On the eve of her birthday, our dear Mother helpfully specifies the greatest birthday gift we can give her: To live in HUMILITY and do everything in LOVE. Clearly in this message, the Immaculate Virgin Mary is echoing the biblical Beatitudes, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land.” Just as LOVE is the crown of the spiritual life, HUMILITY is its foundation. Together, love and humility form a ladder to heaven.

We must be humble for, in truth, we own nothing. Our Mother reminds us that everything we have has been freely given to us by God. We must be poor in spirit, for on our own we can do nothing. We are powerless and depend totally on God’s grace. Furthermore, attachment to worldly concerns ties us down to earth.

If we are poor in spirit, we are ready to fly to God. So pray for the gifts of HUMILITY, SPIRITUAL POVERTY, and LOVE. Ask to be guided by these precious virtues in our daily living.

LESSONS from Our Lord for the World Final Lesson

Lesson #30 (Final Lesson) In private chapel at home November 11-12, 1995, midnight RETURN TO GOD

My dear little one, if ever I wanted to stress upon My people the importance and significance of prayer, there would be no more opportune time than the present. I am not asking My people to give Me all of their undivided attention.

I am asking them to return back to God and to give even a little of their time in prayer and thanksgiving to My Father for all the wonders He gives to all people continuously and unconditionally. If all My people would pray daily even for a small amount of time, there would be peace and unity. Some of My beloved ones are praying, yet many are not.

If ALL would pray, there would be peace through love and mercy. I desire to give to My people all good things from above. I have given My words of love and My teachings in hope that My people will return to the Way of truth. The future is contingent upon prayer. Much can be mitigated through prayer.

My Father is merciful and kind, especially to the repentant sinner. Just as Nineveh was spared, so too can the world in which you live be spared. Love and mercy are key elements and virtues of the truth. My Father is tender and kind. He seeks the humble hearts and He is a patient God.

There is tremendous hope for the journey for all who desire to know and live the truth. I would like to continue to give My lessons to My people, but I have given My Word through the Scriptures, and I am still waiting for My people to live My Word. My Word is THE Word. It is already written. It has been available to My people for 2000 years. No new words will make any difference if My Word through Scripture is not practiced.

My beloved priests, bishops, cardinals, deacons, religious, nuns, and even Christian evangelicals and ministers may have studied My Word, but I have invited ALL My people of the world to live My Word. There comes a time, little one, when no additional words from Me will make any difference or make a greater impact on people. Those who desire My Word have it already. For those who do not desire to know My Word, then no other words from Me will change their hearts.

Pray for all people. Pray and love all people, even those who seem to be farthest away. Do not be afraid to pray for those who are your enemies. Do not harden your hearts, but walk through clouds of anger and bitterness and meet them with love, strength and mercy on the other side. There is no need to take justice into your own hands. There is no need to take prosecution to the full extent of the law.

What are needed are contrite hearts, merciful hearts, patient hearts, and hearts of compassion. Those who live My Word have hearts of love, mercy, patience and compassion. Those who do not live My Word have hearts of stone and live not in My world but in their own. You cannot serve two masters. Those who live by My Word of truth and love know that justice will be fulfilled at the hand of My Father.

You cannot say you are a child of God, a chosen people, and then through words and actions contradict the law of love as I have given it to you. If you pray, you will know the truth, for the least contradiction to loving would cause inner division, for love and hate are not able to be mixed.

I await My people to return to Love. This does not mean that man is perfect or will not fail. If that were the case, My death for love of you would have been in vain. It means that through prayer and humility in accepting yourself in failure, you are able to grow in holiness and reach the Kingdom through patience and the virtues dispensed from God. It does not mean that you are not to live by the law established by mankind for structure and organizational standards in society.

What is needed to return to God is to live in a world by the virtues of love and dignity, not revenge, resentment, or hatred. It is so necessary, little one, that My people return to Me soon, before it becomes any more difficult to change. The longer My people delay, the colder the heart becomes, more and more like stone. But prayer, love and mercy chip away at the stony heart, and soon enough purity radiates beneath all layers.

I am here, little one, for all people. I love all people. I died for all people, and I would die again if I could because of My love for all people.

Listen to the teachings of My Church. Listen to My Word and live it. Just take a few minutes to be with Me, to ponder My love in your life. I want to call all My people to Me. Return to God, My loved ones. Please return. Change the current path towards human destruction to one of love, peace, unity and life. Live in freedom through living the truth of My Word.

I shall not give any new words until My people begin to live My current words, for all is written. My Word will not change. It stands as is for I am the living Word. Those who live in Me live My Word. So many have chosen to walk away. Come, return to My love. Live My Word of truth. I love you, My beloved people. I am your Jesus of Mercy.

I am Love, and I have so much to give you, more than you could ever imagine. Come, come to Me. Return back to Me. Return to God. All I can ask of you and all I can invite you to is to RETURN TO GOD!

The Words of God the Father through Gianna Talone Sullivan To the World September 8, 2008 The Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Children of Humanity,

v As your Father and your God, I always invite you to come before Me with open arms, willing to receive and willing to give. My “Words” are for all peoples of all faiths. They are not for a select few.

Be careful how you judge; for even in the time of My Son, prophets were ridiculed and mocked. The ancestors of the Pharisees and Scribes washed their hands of the blood of the prophets; and then in turn, those who followed later wondered about the outcome. (Mt: 23:29-32)

Is it not the same today? If you can now wash your hands of the blood of My prophets who both listen and give, then who will be responsible for what comes later? Will there not still then be the same blood which you are now dismissing yourself from dealing with?

My Son said, “Woe to you!”—to those of you who now kill the prophets and then later try to redeem yourselves. Is that not hypocrisy? Can you not even live and learn from the past?

I have given you very much—My most treasured Son, the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you, and the most pure and Immaculate Mother, Mary. To what extent will you desecrate her, only to go ahead and lift up your own self? It would be most wise and prudent for you to look to her and learn, O’ you of little faith. Learn from her conviction, her devotion, her meekness, her kindness, her fidelity and loyalty to God, at all costs, living in Truth.

I am a patient God. I am a loving God. I have only wanted, from the inception and creation of time, for you to dwell in complete happiness and total freedom. It was through the hands of humans who bowed to evil that mankind was therefore thrown out of Paradise. That was not My doing.

Initially, life was created forever to be lived in Paradise. You now have that opportunity once again by avoiding temptation. Through your free will, you can reject evil and be the Truth and the Light through compassion, kindness, love and fidelity.

Nothing goes unnoticed. For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, you have been given a gift. If you drape a cloth of negligence over your eyes and block your ears from hearing the Truth, then your own fate is what you make of it; for you do not allow Mercy from Heaven. Justice and Peace shall meet; and all must be held accountable. It is best to surrender and to have nothing in this world than to lose everything in the next.

Your time, as you know it, is limited; for the body only survives so long. The soul will have to answer, and yet cries out for Justice. You have the complete control over your vices, your thoughts, your muscles, your words, what you see and what you hear, how you act, what you say, where you walk and what you do, what you receive and what you give, how you give and how you receive.

For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, this is for you to behold. Peace.

 

SHORT POWERFUL PRAYER THROUGH ST. JOSEPH

"Glorious St. Joseph, tenderhearted father, faithful guardian of Jesus, chaste spouse of the Mother of God, I ask you to join me in praising God the Father through His Divine Son who died on the cross and rose again to give us sinners new life. Through the Holy Name of Jesus, pray with me that we may obtain from the eternal Father the favor we ask. (here state your intention)."

Say this prayer for nine consecutive days.

Fear not! God is your shelter (the 23rd Psalm and the Lord’s Prayer. God never fails. Don’t fail him. Call on Jesus. Jesus on the mainline, tell him what you want!

Dear Friends,

"After all the people had been baptized and Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, 'you are My beloved son; with you I am well pleased.'" Luke 3: 21 - 22.

It was cloudy all day yesterday but we did not get any rain. It rained during the night and it is supposed to rain during the day today. Although a hurricane hit Nova Scotia during the night, the only result here was the rain but the winds are only 10 km an hour this morning. It looks as if the hurricane just disappeared and we had hardly any sign of it.

Jesus, who is God the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, was the one who received the baptism. It was a ritual where He was immersed in the waters of the Jordan River to signify that He accepted the mission I had given Him. He said yes to be the Saviour of the people of the world. The immersion signified death and the coming out of the water signified the resurrection. Jesus said yes to Me, His Father.

Immediately as He came out of the water, the Holy Spirit came upon Him to fill Him totally with His power in order to carry out the mission He had to accomplish. He was filled with the Holy Spirit every day He was on earth until His death on the cross.

I was there too at this famous baptism of My Son. I spoke these words, 'You are My beloved son; with you I am well pleased.' I wish to let the people know that I truly love My Son Jesus and that I was pleased that He said His great yes to Me through His baptism. His baptism as you see was a very solemn moment.

All you who are Christians have been baptized in the baptism My Son Jesus brought you. In this baptism you said yes to Me that you would follow Me every day of your life. Many of you were just babies when you were baptized, so now renew your baptismal promises to Me and walk with Jesus every day. If you have done this, you too are My beloved sons and daughters."

Dear Friends,

Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news of him spread throughout the whole region. He taught in their synagogues and was praised by all. He came to Nazareth, where he had grown up, and went according to his custom into the synagogue on the Sabbath day.

He stood up to read and was handed a scroll of the prophet Isaiah. He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it was written: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor.

He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord.He said to them, Today this scripture passage is fulfilled in your hearing. Luke 4: 14 19, 21

 

I offer you today another message from Our Lord addressed to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him in these words, After My forty days in the desert, I came home to Nazareth. The news of my arrival spread quickly throughout the town. I always went to the synagogue on the Sabbath and I was there that day.

They gave Me the scroll of the prophet Isaiah. I read to them what Isaiah said about Me. Yes, I had come to bring good news to the poor, to free those who were in the grip of sin, to heal the sick and to let the oppressed go free. I told them that the words of this prophecy were fulfilled that very day.

Isaiah was speaking about the Messiah (the Savior) that was to come. As you know I am the Messiah sent by the Father for the salvation of all the people of the world. He sent His Only Son to come and offer His life for each one of you. I preached the good news to all the people who came to listen to Me. I called the people to believe in Me and if they did I would free them from their sins.

I would bring them out of darkness into My marvelous light. I healed many people from all kinds of sicknesses. I even brought the dead back to life. I had compassion on all the sick, those who were lame, blind or deaf and in a word they were made well. I came to bring freedom to all especially freedom from every bondage to sin.

I would free all those who were caught in the snare of the evil one. I broke the power of Satan by My death on the cross and My resurrection. Come and enter My Kingdom and I will take care of you. I am your close friend.

I began Holy Lent in the way that Jesus wanted me to, making myself totally dependent upon His holy will and accepting with love everything that He sends me. I cannot practice any greater mortifications, because I am so very weak. This long illness has sapped my strength completely. I am uniting myself with Jesus through suffering. When I meditate on His Painful Passion, my physical sufferings are lessened. (1625)

SEPT 28 - SATAN LIES IN WAIT

Our Lady speaks of the ancient serpent:

Dear children, Satan lies in wait for each of you. Every day he tries to plant doubts in you. Therefore, dear children, each day pray and abandon yourself to God. (WM 19-4-86).

And in Luke's gospel, Jesus confronts the Evil One:

In the synagogue there was a man who had the spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a loud voice, "Let us alone! What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are, the Holy One of God."

But Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be silent, and come out of him!" When the demon had thrown him down before them, he came out of him without having done him any harm. They were all amazed and kept saying to one another, "What kind of utterance is this? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and out they come!" And a report about him began to reach every place in the region (Luke 4:33-37).

Reflection:

The people were amazed at Christ's authority to cast out demons, those evil spirits ruled by Satan and sent to tempt people to sin. Like their master, demons are fallen angels who have joined him in rebellion against God. Christ faced many of them during his time on earth; yet his power over them was absolute.

In today's reading, not only does Jesus expel the demon, but Luke records that it left the man unhurt. Through his exorcism, Christ was demonstrating the advent of the kingdom of God, that he himself was Emmanuel, or "God with us," able to subject even the powers of hell.

Application:

In her message today, Our Lady warns us that Satan wants to plant doubts in us. But she also gives us the weapons to defend ourselves: Prayer from the heart and surrender to God. Today, take up these weapons.

Jesus Shows Us How To Live By His Example

Saturday I went to Confession in preparation of the 4th First Saturday of five to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We attended the usual 8:00 A.M. Mass today at our parish, Our Lady of Sorrows where I made small offerings to Jesus and Mary and prayed for all with special needs and intentions.

After receiving the body and blood of Christ in the sacrament of Holy Communion, I knelt in silent commune with Jesus. I thanked Him for all His many blessings and professed my love and loyalty to Him.

Asking Jesus to cover me with His most precious blood, I prayed that He would turn off all noise and distraction, allowing me only to hear and/or see that which comes from Him. Then I prayed, Speak Lord, Your servant listens.

Jesus responded to my prayer saying, My child Eileen, you are called as all My children are called to be of service to your brothers and sisters. Live a life of service by My example. In the name of My father, I love you. Go in peace to love and serve the Lord. Continue to pray for your brothers and sisters. Amen

My thoughts turned to Jesus' life and how He lived it. Jesus healed the sick, provided food for the crowds of people that followed Him and taught to crowds everywhere He traveled. Jesus was crucified and accepted His cross for us. He sacrificed Himself for the love of us!

USA Prepares For Chaos on it Soil

"My son, if you come forward to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for temptation. Set your heart right and be steadfast, and do not be hasty in time of calamity.

Cleave to him and do not depart, that you may be honored at the end of your life. Accept whatever is brought upon you, and in changes that humble you be patient. For gold is tested in the fire, and acceptable men in the furnace of humiliation. Trust in him, and he will help you; make your ways straight, and hope in him. You who fear the Lord, wait for his mercy; and turn not aside, lest you fall. You who fear the Lord, trust in him, and your reward will not fail; you who fear the Lord, hope for good things, for everlasting joy and mercy.

Consider the ancient generations and see: who ever trusted in the Lord and was put to shame? Or who ever persevered in the fear of the Lord and was forsaken? We have written much about the plan of evil men to destroy the US as the remaining 'superpower', and make way for their one-world government.

As of this writing, the USA is bankrupt. It's economy is being held together temporarily by the cooperation of central bankers around the world. At the designated time, they will suspend their support, and the US economy will overheat in hyperinflation resulting in an economic collapse, as planned. Such economic collapse will spread worldwide. The evil men, having long ago invested in precious commodities, will have preserved much of their wealth.

We now see evidence that the US President is making last minute plans for the resulting chaos upon US soil. He has ordered a brigade of the US Army to return to the US from Iraq to deal with chaos on US soil. Jesus said: "My people, your court system has usurped the laws of your land in the areas of abortion, your land rights, and even your elections. This power of a few are tearing apart your democratic republic. Even your executive branch has usurped your laws concerning the power to declare war.

Because of this confusion of power, the people of your country have had little to say in your government's way of spending your tax dollars. Jesus said: "My people, I have told you before that you would be fortunate to have another Presidential election before martial law is declared. This vision of a vacant Presidential voting booth is another sign that the one world people are ready to make their move for control.

Already you are seeing many ominous gyrations in your credit and commodity markets that are signaling a possible coming recession and even a created financial collapse. This is another means of control to introduce mandatory chips in the body for all buying and selling.

Refuse to take any chips in your body because they could control your minds. This is still another sign in mandatory chips in the body that will be the time to leave for My refuges. Call on My help to lead you and protect you."

Jesus said: "My people, you are a land of the free and the brave today, but it is a long time yet until your president is elected. A lot of turmoil will occur before this event that could change the landscape of your country's government as you know it today.

After his experience in the sea, he finally carried out My call. Jonah said: (Jonah 3:4) Forty days more and Nineveh shall be destroyed. At this the people were shaken and they repented, and put on sackcloth and ashes, and I relented from destroying that city.

Now, America, I proclaim to you the same warning. If you do not repent and change your lifestyles of sin, you also will meet with destruction from natural disasters, terrorism, and riots in chaos. Nineveh repented and was spared, and if America repents, I will spare you from this destruction as well. You saw the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, and the destruction ofJerusalem. So you know that I will carry this out if you do not repent.

I told you that this will be like a year as no other, so it is up to your people to heed My warnings, or you will be facing worse destruction than you have ever seen before.I did not give a long time to change, and you have been warned to wake up for many years. Now My justice must fall on your country, America, for you have not answered My plea in the right way in your actions.

Jesus said: "My people, you occasionally see shooting stars as a result of burning up space debris from various satellites. Recently, your military shot down a military satellite with dangerous unspent fuel.

These events can also be seen as signs or omens of events to come. You truly will be seeing some unusual natural disasters and man-made events this year. Be prepared for some dramatic damage and possible loss of life with all of these events.

Be assured that I will be at your side to call on Me for help in any disaster to come. Except for Katrina and your California fires, you have had a relative calm from disasters. Tornadoes, droughts, and ice storms have unsettled your people recently. These things will only increase in intensity."

Jesus said: "My people, I gave you messages about natural disasters and now you are seeing the floods that I mentioned a week ago with some loss of life as well.

This vision of parts of homes being carried away by a flooding river is exactly what you are witnessing currently in the middle of your country. Fast melting snow and heavy rain downpours are causing flooding in areas that were already saturated with water from previous storms.

Be prepared for more floods by seeking higher ground away from rivers and coast lands. Those, who are asked to evacuate, should leave quickly and not risk losing their lives by staying behind. These rainstorms are following tornadoes, and fires that occurred earlier.

Between natural disasters, recession, inflated goods, and your mortgage crisis, this year will test you like no previous year. Pray that those, who need help, will be able to find it."

May 5, 2008:

Jesus said: "My people, I am showing you this voting booth because several of your states are going to have problems verifying the truth of the output of their new election voting methods. I also told you before that you would be fortunate to have another presidential election.

This event is conditional on whether terrorism or natural disasters could be severe enough to postpone this election. With enough prayer, these things could be mitigated, but unless more prayer is multiplied, they will occur causing great damage and loss of life.

You already are seeing many earthquakes all over your country, and they will continue. I call you to do some extra prayers and ask to have them multiplied so these events do not stop your election. Be prepared also to send donations of money and time to help those who face losses from natural disasters."

Jesus said: "My people, before your election there will be several provocative incidents that could lead to another war starting. Such a war in the Persian Gulfcould cause a loss of oil tankers which could heavily upset the flow of oil to countries around the world.

This will not only raise the oil prices, but the supply of oil could be threatened. Pray that such a war does not start in this area where two conflicts are already in progress. Such a war would also test your military which is already overextended. The one world people will continue to draw you into more useless conflicts so they can drain your military and your finances"

Jesus said: "My people, this vision is a message of warning to your President that an attempt will be made on his life because of some coming decisions on a possible war with Iran.

Arab nations, Russia, and China are very aware of a possible United States strike against Iran because of Iran's making enriched uranium for potential bomb making. Some Arab terrorists will be planning this attack in secret because of their hate for America.

Jesus said: "My people, after Hurricane Dolly hit Texas, now you are seeing the cleanup after power outages and millions of dollars worth of damage. Mexico also had some flooding, but the worst of the storm went through South Texas. Pray for the people who are suffering home or job losses.

Thankfully, there was enough evacuation so there was very little loss of life. Your rains and storms have been unusually heavy in the Northeast with some damage as well. The number of storms and the violence of them have increased, and you will see more throughout the rest of the year.

Be prepared to suffer more natural disasters as I told you that they would be occurring in the months before the elections. You are also seeing financial storm clouds affecting your housing, jobs, and your economy in general. Pray for My help in providing for your needs and repent of your sins."

August 19, 2008:

Jesus said: "My people, this vision of a storm is another sign that there is a strong possibility of a major natural disaster occurring before the election. There is also another plan by the one world people to create another deadly scene to set up another war. This created incident could trigger at least a local martial law and possibly a national martial law that could postpone your elections. Such an event could also precipitate a planned collapse on Wall Street along with planned power outages for control of the people.

Be prepared to leave for your refuges if national martial law is declared. The one world people are very confident in their plans for a takeover, but the timing is dependent on all the parts of their plan working.

Such a takeover is only a matter of when and not if it will take place. Be prepared for both My Warning and a world government takeover. Pray for My guidance and My protection for all of My faithful."

Jesus said: "My people, this tactic of faking attacks by terrorists as an excuse for war provocations is getting very stale. The American people should start analyzing the source of these attacks.

They would see that they are direct plans by the one world people to get America involved in more wars to make money, and to destroy your economy and your military in the process. In order for these people to take you over in the North American Union, they have to weaken you so you are no longer a threat to them. These are the plans led by the devil as he prepares the way for the Antichrist to take over.

These events could even take place before your elections and precipitate national martial law. The Warning will happen before the Antichrist comes to power so souls will be prepared for this height of evil. Implementation of mandatory chips in the body will also be coming soon.

3rd Infantry's 1st BCT trains for a new dwell-time mission. Helping 'people at home' may become a permanent part of the active Army

ARMYTIMES - September 8, 2008 -- The 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys.

Now they're training for the same mission - with a twist - at home.

Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control ofU.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks. ---

--- this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.

After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be apermanent one. ---

--- They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

The 1st BCT's soldiers also will learn how to use "the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded," 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them. ---

--- "If we go in, we're going in to help American citizens on American soil, to save lives, provide critical life support, help clear debris, restore normalcy and support whatever local agencies need us to do, so it's kind of a different role," said Cloutier, who, as the division operations officer on the last rotation, learned of the homeland mission a few months ago while they were still in Iraq. ---

Pre-election Militarization of the North American Homeland. US Combat Troops in Iraq Repatriated to " Help With Civil Unrest"

CENTER FOR RESEARCH ON GLOBALIZATION - September 26, 2008 - The Army Times reports that the 3rd Infantry's 1st Brigade Combat Team is returning from Iraq to defend the Homeland, as "an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks." The BCT unit has been attached to US Army North, the Army's component of US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). ---

--- "Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks. ---

--- The new mission of the 1st Brigade on US soil is to participate in "defense" efforts as well as provide "support to civilian authorities".

What is significant in this redeployment of a US infantry unit is the presumption that North America could, in the case of a national emergency, constitute a "war theater" thereby justifying the deployment of combat units.

The new skills to be imparted consists in training 1st BCT in repressing civil unrest, a task normally assumed by civilian law enforcement.

What we are dealing with is a militarization of civilian police activities in derogation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

The prevailing FISA emergency procedures envisage the enactment of martial law in the case of a terrorist attack. The 1st BCT and other combat units would be called upon to perform specific military functions:

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack. ---

--- The 1st BCT's soldiers also will learn how to use "the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded," 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them. ---

--- Civil unrest resulting from the financial meltdown is a distinct possibility, given the broad impacts of financial collapse on lifelong savings, pension funds, homeownership, etc.

The timing of this planned militarization is crucial: how will it affect the presidential elections scheduled for Tuesday November 4.

The brigade in its domestic homeland activities will be designated as the Consequence Management Response Force ( CCMRF) (pronounced "sea-smurf").

What "Consequences" are being envisaged?

In a conference held under NorthCom last February, the mission of CCMRFF was defined as follows;

"How to protect communities from terrorist and biological attacks topped the agenda last week for more than 100 service members and civilians gathered at Joint Task Force Civil Support headquarters at Fort Monroe, Va. ---

--- What is envisaged is the possibility of a (false flag) terrorist attack on America, which could be used as a justification for retaliatory or preemptive military action overseas (e.g. Iran) as well actions on the domestic front. The ultimate objective of this deployment of 1st BCT is to apply combat experience in the Homeland: ---

--- The operation officially has an emergency mandate to "help American citizens on American soil, to save lives, provide critical life support, help clear debris", but it also implies the running of military style operations. in fact it would appear that the emergency tasks helping civilians is a cover-up. This is a combat unit, which is trained and equipped to kill people: ---

--- Other branches included The active Army's new dwell-time mission is part of a NorthCom and DOD response package.

Active-duty soldiers will be part of a force that includes elements from other military branches and dedicated National Guard Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Teams. ---

--- A national emergency could be triggered. "[H]orrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive [attack]" or a so-called CBRNE type scenario. Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of the Federal Government to ensure that each executive branch agency can perform its essential functions and remain an effectively functioning part of the Federal Government under all conditions. Accordingly, each agency shall take all appropriate actions to establish, maintain, and, as necessary, revise an order of succession, or to propose presidential action to establish or revise an order of succession.

Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this order:

(b) "order of succession" means a list of officials by position who shall act as and perform the functions and duties of the office of the head of the agency in the event that the office-holder has died, resigned, or otherwise become unable to perform the functions and duties of the office. GALASIUS I, I am Gelasius (Galasius), the African born in Rome, Latin Rite Pope. I was elected as chief priest of the Latin Church, Archbishop of Rome, in 492 A.D. and among the first serving as Vicar of Christ. Previously, I served as Felix the Third’s archdeacon.

My administration saw stresses n relations with The Eastern Emperor of the formerly Roman empire, Anastasius I.

I taught the separation of spiritual and earthly powers. The former is superior the temporal later. I despised teachings with which I vehemently disagreed (e.g. the Henoticon). I banned Christian involvement in the Lupercalia, pagan celebration. And, yes, I caused to be torched the books of the Manichean heresies. The 5th century year 496 A.D. saw the sunset of my life.

Dear Friends,

"Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news of him spread throughout the whole region. He taught in their synagogues and was praised by all. He came to Nazareth, where he had grown up, and went according to his custom into the synagogue on the Sabbath day.

He stood up to read and was handed a scroll of the prophet Isaiah. He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it was written: 'The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor.

He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord.' .He said to them, 'Today this scripture passage is fulfilled in your hearing.'" Luke 4: 14 - 19, 21

I offer you today another message from Our Lord addressed to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him in these words, "After My forty days in the desert, I came home to Nazareth. The news of my arrival spread quickly throughout the town. I always went to the synagogue on the Sabbath and I was there that day.

They gave Me the scroll of the prophet Isaiah. I read to them what Isaiah said about Me. Yes, I had come to bring good news to the poor, to free those who were in the grip of sin, to heal the sick and to let the oppressed go free. I told them that the words of this prophecy were fulfilled that very day.

Isaiah was speaking about the Messiah (the Savior) that was to come. As you know I am the Messiah sent by the Father for the salvation of all the people of the world. He sent His Only Son to come and offer His life for each one of you. I preached the good news to all the people who came to listen to Me.

I called the people to believe in Me and if they did I would free them from their sins. I would bring them out of darkness into My marvelous light. I healed many people from all kinds of sicknesses.

I even brought the dead back to life. I had compassion on all the sick, those who were lame, blind or deaf and in a word they were made well. I came to bring freedom to all especially freedom from every bondage to sin. I would free all those who were caught in the snare of the evil one. I broke the power of Satan by My death on the cross and My resurrection. Come and enter My Kingdom and I will take care of you. I am your close friend."

The Financial Endgame Slowly Plays Out

"Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. Your gold and silver have rusted, and their rust will be evidence against you and will eat your flesh like fire.

You have laid up treasure for the last days. Behold, the wages of the labborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts.

You have lived on the earth in luxury and in pleasure; you have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. You have condemned, you have killed the righteous man; he does not resist you. Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand." (Cf. Jam 5:1-8)

‘…(Isa 24), create chaos leaving them in control. Indeed the preeminent motto of the Freemasons is: "Order out of chaos".

Isaiah 24 indicates:

1 1 Lo, the LORD empties the land and lays it waste; he turns it upside down, scattering its inhabitants:

2 Layman and priest alike, servant and master, The maid as her mistress, the buyer as the seller, The lender as the borrower, the creditor as the debtor.

3 The earth is utterly laid waste, utterly stripped, for the LORD has decreed this thing.

4 The earth mourns and fades, the world languishes and fades; both heaven and earth languish.

5 2 The earth is polluted because of its inhabitants, who have transgressed laws, violated statutes, broken the ancient covenant.

6 Therefore a curse devours the earth, and its inhabitants pay for their guilt; Therefore they who dwell on earth turn pale, and few men are left.

7 The wine mourns, the vine languishes, all the merry-hearted groan.

8 Stilled are the cheerful timbrels, ended the shouts of the jubilant, stilled is the cheerful harp.

9 They cannot sing and drink wine; strong drink is bitter to those who partake of it.

10 3 Broken down is the city of chaos, shut against entry, every house.

11 In the streets they cry out for lack of wine; all joy has disappeared and cheer has left the land.

12 In the city nothing remains but ruin; its gates are battered and desolate.

13 Thus it is within the land, and among the peoples, As with an olive tree after it is beaten, as with a gleaning when the vintage is done.

14 4 These lift up their voice in acclaim; from the sea they proclaim the majesty of the LORD:

15 "For this, in the coastlands, give glory to the LORD! In the coastlands of the sea, to the name of the LORD, the God of Israel!"

16 From the end of the earth we hear songs: "Splendor to the Just One!" But I said, "I am wasted, wasted away. Woe is me! The traitors betray: with treachery have the traitors betrayed!

17 Terror, pit, and trap are upon you, inhabitant of the earth;

18 He who flees at the sound of terror will fall into the pit; He who climbs out of the pit will be caught in the trap. For the windows on high will be opened and the foundations of the earth will shake.

19 The earth will burst asunder, the earth will be shaken apart, the earth will be convulsed.

20 The earth will reel like a drunkard, and it will sway like a hut; Its rebellion will weigh it down, until it falls, never to rise again."

21 5 On that day the LORD will punish the host of the heavens in the heavens, and the kings of the earth on the earth.

22 They will be gathered together like prisoners into a pit; They will be shut up in a dungeon, and after many days they will be punished.

23 6 Then the moon will blush and the sun grow pale, For the LORD of hosts will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, glorious in the sight of his elders.

The era of peace website indicates ” The conventional wisdom of macro-economics holds that in the times of severe financial distress, depression or collapse, one can bridge his wealth beyond the financial catastrophe by investing in 'hard' assets such as: precious metals, precious gems, real estate, and artwork. But as Heaven warns us, what we experience at this time, and in the very near future is far from conventional.

Heaven warns us that the forthcoming financial collapse being orchestrated by the Freemasons will contribute to the forced acceptance of the subdermal microchip, the Mark of the Beast.

Revelation 13:16-17 tells us: "Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name."

At that time, it will matter not what investments one holds. He will be unable to buy and sell unless he accepts the Mark of the Beast --- and those who willingly accept the Mark of the Beast, will commit A SIN THAT WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN (Rev 14:9-11).

Many will find themselves unable to part with their money (Mat 6:24), and will opt for the subdermal chip.

Jesus said: "My people, the red color of this book indicates a book all about causing and fighting wars. The book itself represents how you can read the script of the masons and the one world people in their attempt to take over the world.

I have told you that through continuous wars, disasters, diseases and massive debts the one world people have a plan to destroy America.

The first steps you have already seen in two wars in Yugoslavia, one war in Afghanistan, and now another war in Iraq. You have not even paid for the Iraq war or its buildup and already your media are beating war drums again to fight Syria.

How long are Americans going to allow their government to force war after war on trumped up charges of dangerous weapons and terrorism? If you do not repent of your sins and stop these fruitless wars, you will soon let these madmen destroy you.

You cannot give your president free reign to invade any country he desires, or you will be no less a tyrant than any other dictatorship.

These are wars of aggression and they cannot be justified by their countless excuses and accusations. Pray for peace now before the whole world will want to destroy you, because America is out of control."

Jesus said: "My people, this deep sucking sound into a large vortex of water, as in a whirlpool, represents how fast your country is being drained of your money and your military capability.

Millions of dollars are flowing out of your country in trade deficits because you are allowing your manufacturers to export your jobs and your wealth.

Your unnecessary wars of killing are draining so many billions of dollars out of your country that your government is afraid to include it in your national budget. Your budget deficits are setting record amounts and draining further capital to pay the interest on your national debt.

These fiscal problems, which you have brought upon yourselves, are sinking your dollar and heading your country into bankruptcy.

Unless you stop your wars of the one world people, and control your spending, your country also will be sinking like a large boat going under water. Pray much for your leaders to change your course of action, or you will no longer have a viable country. Repent of your sins, or you will suffer the consequences."

July 31, 2003:

Jesus said: "My people, I have told you that your free trade policy is a plan for decimating your manufacturing. By buying products made from slave labor, you are keeping these people prisoners of their leaders.

None of your businesses can compete with the cheap labor of countries like China.

Unless your factories are given some measure of protection from cheap labor imports, your manufacturing jobs are all doomed to be lost. Look at every industry and you are losing market share to cheaper products.

The consumer buys the cheapest goods available, but with your purchases, you are putting your own industries out of business.This is the one world plan to destroy your country by constant wars and free trade with no subsidies."

September 22, 2003:

Jesus said: "My people, in older days America had many manufacturing plants with little competition from other countries because of protective tariffs.

People were satisfied with your own goods and prices were reasonable. Today, you have competition from many countries with cheap labor and your government is making little or no attempts to protect its home industries from unfair trade and artificially low prices.

Just as people buy the cheapest product available, there is no thought to buy only American products.

Even as your economy is struggling out of a recession, your industries have not recovered the lost jobs.

Many people are being forced to take low paying jobs or nothing at all. This lowering of the average wage has occurred by international companies exporting their manufacturing jobs to other countries.

America's economic power is slowly being drained away in war debts and deficit of trade imbalances to other countries. This is a planned destruction of America by the one world people and it is not happening by accident.

Your fighting forces are being depleted with so many occupations in unnecessary wars that you cannot protect your own country from potential invading armies.

Your moral decadence, national desire for wars trumped up by your media, and your affluent soft living has made America an easy target of destruction.

When you are weak in your perverted sins, you will be weak in every facet of your lives.

Your abortions, heterosexual and homosexual sins have left you with no blessings and a depraved society. It will take a miracle or My intervention to stop your course to your demise. Bringing you to your knees by natural disasters is My way of trying to wake you up to your sins. If you do not repent and change your ways, then you will see your country fall as previous civilizations have been destroyed from within."

June 22, 2002:

Jesus said: "My people, If you were brought before today's authorities, would you be willing to die for your faith in Me? This is a chilling question, but it would be a true test of your love for Me.

The same question could be asked in a different way. Would you be willing to give up the security of your home and all of your money and possessions when it is time to go to the refuges and avoid the Antichrist?

You have not known religious persecution, but events will be changing quickly that will make you liable to jail for protesting abortion, homosexuality, or pornography.

Standing up against the world for fighting against the moral issues of your day will become harder as you will be putting more at risk to fight evil.

Your religious freedoms will be taken away soon as mandatory smart cards and chips in the hand will be used to control people.

If you do not go along with the authorities, your money and freedoms could be taken away when you could not buy and sell. You can see slowly how your freedoms are being eroded for the sake of security. Your sinful society will out vote you on all of the moral issues and that is why your abortion laws are not changed.

Because the people are comfortable in their sins of lust and greed for money, there will be no change in repenting of their sins.

Because you are a stiff-necked people as Israel was, you will face the same chastisement in the loss of your freedoms and your way of life.

Your enemies will continue to harass you in terrorism and your natural disasters will bring you to your knees. Be prepared spiritually for persecution and physically for the fall of your economy and your country because you are not repenting of your sins."

"Glorious St. Joseph, tenderhearted father, faithful guardian of Jesus, chaste spouse of the Mother of God, I ask you to join me in praising God the Father through His Divine Son who died on the cross and rose again to give us sinners new life. Through the Holy Name of Jesus, pray with me that we may obtain from the eternal Father the favor we ask. (here state your intention)."

Fear not! God is your shelter (the 23rd Psalm and the Lord’s Prayer. God never fails. Don’t fail him. Call on Jesus. Jesus on the mainline, tell him what you want!

Dear Friends,

In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary. And coming to her he said, Hail, full of grace! The Lord is with you. But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be.

Then the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus Mary said, Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word. Luke 1: 26 31, 38

Here is a message of Our Blessed Mother addressed to Joseph. She spoke to him in these words, My children, I am your Mother who brought the Saviour into the world. It was a surprise when the Angel Gabriel came to Me one day and announced that I would be the Mother of the Messiah.

He greeted Me in these word, Hail, full of grace! The Lord is with you.? These words give you an inkling that I have been prepared by the Father for what was to come, namely to be the Mother of Jesus, the Son of God. At the end I gave My complete yes to the Angel that I would do all that God asks of Me.

It was through the power of the Holy Spirit that I conceived the Son of God. God had chosen His lowly handmaid to give birth to the Saviour of the world. Jesus was born as a baby like everybody else. He was cared for as a child until he grew up to be a man.

My message to you today is the message of a Mother. Accept Jesus as your Redeemer and friend. He is the Son of God but He came and was born as a human being among us to bring us salvation. He is truly both human and divine.

He gave His life for you by His suffering and death on the cross. Believe in Him and follow Him and you will be saved. I am your Mother who wishes to bring each one of you to My Son Jesus that you may know Him and believe in Him.

He is vitally important for you for without Him you cannot reach heaven. Join Me in prayer every day by praying the rosary for the conversion of all the people of the world. They need to turn their lives around, repent of their sins and follow Jesus as a member of His Church. I bless you all.

His zeal to help others was fueled by his intimate union with our Eucharistic Lord, the source of all love.

Mother Teresa - The aim of taking a retreat is to advance in the knowledge and love of God, to purify ourselves, and to reform and transform our lives according to the life of our model, Jesus Christ. It is not so much a looking back on the achievements and failures of the past, as a looking forward to a more generous imitation of our Lord Himself.

Meditations by Padre Pio - Don't try, excessively, to heal your heart, as your efforts would only make it more infirm. Don't make too great an effort to overcome your temptations, as this violence would only make them stronger. Despise them and don't dwell on them too much.

SEPT 27 - ST. VINCENT DE PAUL

Speaking of her plans for us, the Blessed Virgin said:

Dear children, today I want to call all of you to start living a new life from this day on. Dear children, I want you to understand that God has chosen each of you to participate in His great plan for the salvation of mankind. You cannot comprehend how great your role is in God's design (MM 1-25-87)

St. Paul also speaks of God's plan of salvation and our responsibility to participate in it:

Therefore we must pay greater attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it. For if the message declared through angels was valid, and every transgression or disobedience received a just penalty, how can we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? It was declared at first through the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard him, while God added his testimony by signs and wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, distributed according to his will (Hebrews 2:1-4).

Reflection:

Proclaiming the salvation of God through word and deed was the primary motivation of the life and work of St. Vincent de Paul (1581-1660). Ordained a priest in 1600, his work with the poor and his preaching attracted widespread attention.

In 1625 he founded his own community, the Congregation of the Mission, dedicated to the care of the poor and the formation of priests. Eight years later, together with St. Louise de Marillac, he founded the Sisters of Charity, whose main work was care of the sick, of orphans, and children in need.

He once said to his priests:

Do the good that presents itself to be done. I do not say we should go out indiscriminately and take on everything, but rather those things God lets us know he wants of us. We belong to him and not to ourselves. If he increases our work, he will add to our strength as well.

To all his religious he wrote, "It is our duty to prefer the service of the poor to everything else and offer such service as quickly as possible."

Application: In her message today, the Virgin calls us to pray to discern our role in God's plan. Today, simply, pray for the grace of understanding and for the compassion to serve Christ in the poor.

Gathering of Love With God's Action in , , Through His Instrument, The Girl of My Will in Jesus

2007-05-12 Part 1

The Girl of My Will in Jesus in the Holy Spirit: My name, that the Lord gives me, is The Girl of My Will in Jesus, and the name that I received from my parents is Francine Bariault.

Actually, it's my husband who gave me this name! My husband's name is Bériault, and my name is . This is Nicole. Nicole is married and her husband's name is Raymond; she has two children, two sons.

I have three children and I'm grandmother to five grandchildren.

The Lord sends me all over ; why does he send me throughout ? Because in 2001, something happened in my life.

While I was saying my rosary in front of the Cross of love, my hands began to ooze and during the night, I heard Mary's voice inside me; it wasn't here (points to her head) that I was hearing the voice, it was inside, here, in my heart.

It was as if Heaven had prepared me a few years prior, around 1998, two years before: I had gone on a pilgrimage people were saying that the Holy Virgin was appearing at Marmora.

I was very sceptical, I didn't believe in this, but I was so tired that I said, This will provide me with a day of prayers, and therefore, a day of rest.

The first time I went there, I felt a great peace within myself, and an inner joy of praying with many people.

You know, I come from a family of thirteen children and throughout the years, we prayed a lot in the beginning with mom and dad but over time, the external world attracted us; we began to pray less and in my family, there were some who no longer prayed.

When I say no longer prayed, to me this means reciting the rosary; I know that we always say our prayer before going to bed, but reciting the rosary, this is different.

The second time I went to Marmora I smelled roses; this was during a snowstorm. So, for the first time, I thought someone had played a trick on me. The other times that I returned to Marmora, every time I arrived at the farm, there was that smell of flowers again.

And I had many visions; I really mean dreams, but dreams that I was living.

I was also being attacked by the demon and those attacks, to me, were very troubling because I was wondering what was going on with these visions, the smell of roses, the attacks from Satan I was having a bit of trouble figuring out what was going on with me; what was keeping me balanced was the rosary.

The rosary had become a moment of joy to me; so, I added a second rosary, a third rosary, and then, I was up to three rosaries a day and the need to go to mass every day rose up in me. My husband, who was alive then, used to say to me, Why are you praying? It's not necessary for you to give so much of yourself! But I had that need in me and that need was accompanied by joy.

All this continued, but the attacks from Satan, they stopped. When I began to ooze, then I was no longer being attacked by Satan why? Because the Lord was showing me, in my dreams, what was happening externally; he was saying that externally, everything was black; he would show me light and I would feel safe.

But the doubt regarding what I was living was still within me: Am I schizophrenic? It's not easy, you know, to live like everyone else as a mom, a grandmother and to have that voice on the inside that was constantly there, because after Mother Mary, fifteen days later, it was Jesus' voice that I was hearing.

It was as if I was afraid of myself with regard to what I was living: I'm unworthy of this. It was impossible that I, I could hear the voice of Jesus and to hear Mary.

When I would go to Communion, I would find a great joy, a great peace this was nourishing me, this was continuing daily; Jesus was always talking to me, he would show me things inside myself, he would talk to me about love; everything was nothing but love and Mother Mary, she would always say to me: Be obedient, save yourself for my Son. She was teaching me about abandonment.

In the month of March 2001, the 4th of March, my husband died; he died of a it was his heart that stopped beating.

Heaven had prepared me the night before; I had gone to Marmora for the pilgrimage and then, from the beginning (of the trip), at s Oratory, they were saying to me, Abandon yourself.

During mass, I could hear, Abandon yourself, and afterwards, just before leaving, the Lord said to me, Give me your life, abandon yourself, and I would always answer yes.

On the bus, he was still talking about abandonment, but then I could see that he was asking me for a great deal of abandonment.

Why so much abandonment? I would always give my yeses, but it would always come back to: Abandon yourself, abandon yourself.

When I arrived there, in that place blessed by Heaven, during the Way of the Cross, I was still hearing: abandonment.

When everything was over, with the smell of roses, I went up to the Cross of love, and then, during the prayer, I saw Mother Mary, but inside myself, and she gave me many graces of obedience.

And when I arrived home, my husband asked me for the first time how my day had been.

I had a husband I have a wonderful husband, but he used to say, You, you pray over there and I'll pray over here.

But then, ever since I had been going to Marmora, for the first time he had just asked me how it had gone, and I told him, I told him that I had seen Mother Mary inside myself.

He was a man who was very calm, and since I had bought him earphones for Christmas so he could watch television while I prayed, when he heard that, he put his earphones back on. Then he removed them right away, and he looked at me and he said, Francine, are you telling me the truth? And I answered, yes.

Then, he smiled, he put his earphones back on, but I knew that he had just that he believed me.

And the next morning, he said, Son, come with us to mass this is my son, and the whole family was there: my daughter was there, and my oldest with her little baby, my son was there with his girlfriend, my other daughter was there with her boyfriend: we were all at mass.

My husband had gone to Confession and I had my eyes shut; after a few minutes, I was certain he was beside me.

After a little while, I turned around and it was a woman who was next to me, it wasn't my husband; so he, when I turned around, he was with my daughter, and he said to my daughter: Look, she thinks I'm the one who's sitting next to her.

When my eyes are shut during Communion, I see my Heaven; you all have a Heaven, we all have Heaven inside ourselves. When there's God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, we have Heaven inside us; so, when I receive Jesus Eucharist, I can, through the Divine Will, see my interior, my Heaven.

So, my eyes were still shut; I could see Francine, on her knees, and my husband, on his knees, in front of a railing.

Here, on this side, which is my left, I could see Jesus and I could see him from the side; then he asked me, Do you want to be my spouse? So, I said to him, I can't, I'm already married, but then, he explained to me that it was mystical.

I didn't know what mystical was, but I knew that it came from Heaven, and so I said yes. But when I said yes, he said, Your husband is witness to this. At that moment, I saw the heart: a red heart, a beating human heart; it was on this side, on the other side, up in the air because I couldn't see my husband anymore I could see the heart that was beating.

And so, Heaven was preparing me to live what I was going to experience that afternoon because I would lose my husband around six o'clock.

You know, when the Lord calls us, he calls us with love, he calls us in order to lead us to where he is waiting for us.

When we consider death on earth, we consider this with what we are here.

Before our birth, in our mother's womb, we received the flesh; flesh is matter, our soul is spiritual, it is spiritual life; in order to live on earth, God the Father gave us flesh because our soul lives in our flesh.

Before we received the flesh, our soul existed; our soul was in The Love, in the Son; the Son comes from the Father and the Father is in the Son, and so we, we were in the Son.

We received flesh so we could all be here on earth, together; we are all here together to live from our works; when we learn to behave as children of God, we live with our works.

We have received flesh that comes from the earth; since God the Father took some clay, he formed Adam from earth; us, we come from the earth, and so it is quite normal that we love the earth.

We are attached to what we are, we age and we don't want to leave our flesh. Why? Because God willed it like this.

When we were born, we came into this world with flesh, flesh that comes from the earth; it was necessary, it was necessary for us to be attached to the earth, for us to love the earth, in order to appreciate the flesh that was being welcomed by the soul.

It's the soul that welcomed the flesh, it isn't the flesh that welcomed the soul; and so, it's the soul that teaches us slowly to leave our flesh to go to God the Father.

Without the graces that come to us from Heaven, the soul cannot be in its movement of love for our flesh; our soul receives graces and it gives us its graces; when the moment arrives, the soul prepares our flesh to become separated.

For many people who pray, the moment in which they must go to God the Father is a joy to them. You will say, Oh! I'm not ready yet. I don't quite have that joy in me yet because I don't want to leave my children. I'm not ready, I want to go to Heaven, but I'm not ready yet.

But God, he knows this that you're not ready because you have a mission and it hasn't yet been completed; as long as it hasn't been completed, the soul will maintain that link between the flesh and Heaven, but when the moment arrives, then the soul, the soul will release a shower of graces and all shall be accomplished in peace and joy.

When we're on earth, we must fulfill ourselves every day; let's not think of tomorrow, tomorrow belongs to God the Father.

Every moment on earth is important. We have a duty to behave as children of God; to behave as children of God is to love the flesh that carries out its works, but we wouldn't be able to carry out works without the soul that receives graces from God.

Often, we have carried out actions in our life; however long ago as that may be, every action was nourished by Heaven: every action.

When we caused harm to our flesh, Heaven was nourishing our soul, thus enabling us to see our action; if we were all able to ask God for forgiveness, this was done through the graces that we received.

Every one of us, we have a will; that will is a human will. All that belongs to the human will is a yes or a no: I behave well or I choose to behave badly.

When we receive graces, we behave well; when we behave badly, we made a choice: to choose evil.

But Heaven doesn't leave us all alone; it bestows graces for our soul and our soul continues nourishing us with graces so that we may become once again children of God in the grace of God.

Mother Mary watches over us: she taught us how to pray, she opened our hearts in order to place her Heart there.

When we consecrate ourselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mary's Heart welcomes us, it takes the hearts of those who consecrate themselves and presents them to her Son.

Our children, our grandchildren, we worry because they no longer pray, or they no longer go to mass, or they no longer turn to the sacraments: when we pray, they receive graces. Remember, in the beginning, our soul gives us graces: when we pray, we behave well; when we behave badly, it continues to nourish.

How can the soul nourish the bodies of our grandchildren and our children if they don't pray? That's because you're still praying; your prayers become graces for them: aren't they the flesh of your flesh? When your flesh receives graces, they receive graces; the flesh of the flesh receives graces from Heaven: this is why Mother Mary is asking us to pray, to keep our peace.

Mother Mary is the Queen of Peace; she knows what we need: peace.

When we lose our peace and we pray with tears in our eyes, feeling hopeless because our children don't do as we do, inside us our soul is giving us graces of peace so that we can feel that peace, because our flesh isn't feeling it.

Our soul, it can feel it because we're praying for our children, but our flesh is agitated and our flesh needs to calm down, our flesh needs peace so that the flesh of our flesh our children may receive graces.

Let's take a window screen, for example: you live there, inside your house, and you don't feel the dust when it's windy; outside, the dust is rising: the dust is rising due to sin, due to our children's bad choices, and it rises and rises.

Our screen captures that dust and the entire screen is so covered in this dust that we can't even feel the little breeze that comes through; in order to feel that breeze, you're going to wash your screen; once it's all clean, the air can flow through.

Well, when you're praying, you're in your home; you pray internally and you pray for your children; your children live externally, you see their bad choices, you go on loving them.

They no longer pray, they speak against their neighbour, they blaspheme, they neglect their spouse, they turn to other women or to other men, they turn to what is evil: theft, murder, towards substance abuse that makes them think this is happiness.

You are witnesses to all this and inside you, you're crying; inside you, you're begging God to come help them; inside you, you're asking yourselves, Is he doing something? I pray and pray but nothing changes. And then, you go on, you beg; there are moments when you are discouraged, so you go on praying.

You see all this externally; and so, this is your screen: you see what's happening externally through your eyes but because of your worrying, you don't feel the wind of The Love, the wind of The Love no longer reaches you.

So, Mother Mary talks to you about peace: Keep your peace, pray with the heart, be tiny little children who trust in God. Give everything to my Son, he has been on the Cross and he took all sins and brought them unto death. Stop crying, keep your peace and give that to God.

And then, you say yes: the screen is cleaned, you become filled with love for God and then, the graces come through; the graces from our soul for them, they can get through now, for our flesh is at peace.

Our children have our flesh; with what did we nourish the little being inside us? Our flesh, everything came from our flesh.

So, our flesh didn't stop nourishing our children; it nourishes the little being of love that we carried and that we carry in our heart, for Mother of love opened her Heart and let all our hearts enter into it.

And so, we did the same thing: when we saw our child, our grandchildren, our hearts opened and welcomed them, and when we're at peace, they receive graces, so let's stop worrying about God's work.

Our children are God's work, this is his business and not our business. Do you think it would have changed anything for my husband, when he (God) asked me for abandonment, if I had said no? His time had come to reveal his works.

When I was constantly saying yes in that abandonment, he was receiving because I had become linked to him through the sacrament of Matrimony: my flesh and his flesh formed but one flesh.

And so, God, through my yeses, was preparing my husband; it was around four o'clock when my husband, sitting on the couch, said, I think the Father is coming to get me.

He hadn't had his heart attack yet, he had simply had indigestion, but to him, it was different from what he had experienced in the past.

So, why did he say that? Because Heaven was preparing him through graces of abandonment.

I didn't understand anything, it wasn't up to me to understand, it was God's business, not mine, but he was asking: he was asking my flesh that was linked to his flesh, for abandonment, and he was nourishing that flesh through Heaven's graces.

And so, we're all together; if only one person prays the rosary on behalf of his brothers and his sisters, then they receive graces and those graces nourish them so they can fulfill themselves in their daily lives, in the present.

Now, the Lord is saying, internally, that we're going to take a break.

So, let's take a few moments, fifteen minutes, sister And afterwards, if you wish, we will continue talking a little while longer.

Dear Friends,

After this Jesus went out and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the customs post. He said to him, Follow me. And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed him. Then Levi gave a great banquet for him in his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and others were at table with them.

The Pharisees and their scribes complained to his disciples, saying, Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners? Jesus said to them in reply, Those who are healthy do not need a physician, but the sick do. I have not come to call the righteous to repentance but sinners. Luke 5: 27 32

I send you now another message from Our Lord to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him in these words, When I was on earth, I chose twelve Apostles to be with Me. I chose twelve because I was starting the New People of God and the Father had started the Old People of God with the Jewish people by selection the twelve tribes of Israel. I chose twelve Jewish men on whom I built My Church with Peter as their head.

One of those I chose was Levi who is known as Matthew. He was a tax collector and he was hated by the Jewish people. Tax collectors were hated because they worked for the Romans who occupied Israel in those days. I simply went to him and told him follow me and he left everything and followed Me.

He had a great banquet where the Apostles and I were invited along with the tax collectors and friends of Matthew. However, the Pharisees were not happy that I sat at the meal with tax collectors and sinners. The Pharisees would never sit at table with them thinking that they were better than them. I told these hypocrites that I had come not to call the righteous to repentance but sinners.

You know that you have all sinned and it is you, therefore, that I call to follow Me. I came to redeem you by wiping away all your sins if you repent. I want you all in My Kingdom where you will be My friends. Live close to Me and our friendship will grow every day. One day you will be with Me in heaven together with all the angels and saints. Repent and follow Me.

Jesus Prepares Us For A Chastisement!

Today I spent an hour alone with Jesus in adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament where I made small offerings to Jesus and Mary and prayed for the intentions of all with special needs and prayers.

After some prayer time while still on my knees, I asked Jesus to empty my mind from all noise and allow only His word and/or visions to enter into my heart.

After asking Jesus to please cover me with His most precious blood, I prayed, speak Lord (if it be Your will), Your servant listens.

Vision: I soon began to see many buses all filled to capacity with people standing shoulder to shoulder, and all without faces.

Then Jesus spoke to my heart saying, Eileen My child, the time has come when people will be transported from one place to another using only mass transit. Hours will be spent in lines to receive food and other survival essentials. No longer will people have the luxury of spending their time and energies to pursue personal interests, as this will become a luxury of few. The main focus of most will be time and energy spent on simply sustaining life itself.

Those who have remained focused on Me will not be distraught. But others will have the opportunity for reflection and regret, yet become ready to savor their strength for a long overdue atonement. Some will perish by their own sword as they stalk the streets preying on the weak, stealing and wrecking havoc.

Go in peace to love and serve the Lord. Continue to pray for your brothers and sisters. Amen

SEPT 26 - LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF GOD

The Queen of Peace speaks of love today:

Dear children, you must understand that a person has to pray. Prayer is no laughing matter, but a conversation with God himself. In every prayer, then, you must listen to the voice of God. Truly, without prayer a person cannot live. Prayer is life. (LJM 9-10-84).

In Luke's gospel, Jesus also urges us to pray:

So I say to you, ask and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. (Luke 11:9-10).

Reflection:

Prayer is by far the most frequent message given in Medjugorje, since from it flows a fountain of graces that are obtainable in no other way. For example:

Peace: "In prayer, you will find peace." (WM 7-5-84)

Joy: "By means of prayer...you will obtain joy. (MM 8-25-89)

Love: "Pray, because in prayer each one of you will be able to achieve complete love."

Holiness: "By prayer and sacrifice you will begin to live in holiness" (WM-11-13-86)

Grace: "Without prayer, dear children, you cannot experience...the graces which I offer to you." (WM 7-3-86)

Happiness: "Prayer makes one know happiness" (FY 10-20-84) We can see why Our Lady calls us so urgently to prayer, for there are so many gifts she wishes to give us. "Before all, pray," she once told Jelena. "I say it again, pray! Know that in your life the most important thing is prayer."

Application: Today, spend some extra time in prayer, opening your heart to receive the graces of the Holy Spirit.

Patermuthius, I was a 75 years old, Kemetian hermit. I was originally a robber. My follower and converter, (Copri) and I were arraigned by Julian the Apostate. Torture weakened, we were thrown into the furnace with Alexander, a soldier who had converted. 4th century, 9 July, 17 Dec.

I always occupied my cell, unless I attended mass Saturdays and Sundays. Mass was celebrated 5 miles distant. Patriarch Theophilus condemned the theory of Anthropomorphism in a letter, 399 A.D. I was the monastery head—reportedly the only one—who required the paschal document to be read. 20 July

Paphnutius the Great. I was born in the Upper Thebaid, Kemet. I fought vigorously the Arian heresy in Africa. I was tortured, losing one eye to be plucked out, and one leg hamstrung, under Maximinus Thrax. After the year 311 A.D. I followed Saint Anthony; I was made a bishop of a diocese in the Thebaid. Emperor Constantine respected me. I defended Athanasius, at the Synod of Tyre (335 A.D.). I promulgated that priests should not allowed to be married AFTER THEY ARE ORDAINED, at the first Council of Nicea. I died 356 A.D.; 11 Sept Latin Rite. 9 Feb, 1 May, Coptic Calendar.

Paphnutius and 546 companions. Martyrs . I lived as a hermit in the Thebaid, upper Kemet. I went to the prefect wanting to be jailed with other Christians, during the persecutions. In the dungeon, I bolstered the faith of the wavering. I was nailed to a date tree, as others authorities beheaded after torturing, at Tenthyra Kemet. 24 Sept (Latin Rite), 25 Sept. 22 Sept, Coptic Calendar.

Paphnutius with companions. We were martyred in Kemet, under Roman Emperor Diocletian. 4th century. 24 Sept.

Paphnutius, I was an abbot and founded the monastery at Heracleopolis Magna, in the Thebaid. I covered the prostitute, Thais at Alexandria. I died around 380 A.D. 29 Nov. Coptic Calendar, also 3 March.

Dear Friends,

"Now there was a man full of leprosy in one of the towns where Jesus was; and when he saw Jesus, he fell prostrate, pleaded with him, and said, 'Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean.' Jesus stretched out his hand, touched him, and said, 'I do will it. Be made clean.' And the leprosy left him immediately." Luke 5: 12 - 13

Here is another message from the Lord given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him in these words, "Many sick people came to Me during My public life. They came to ask for a healing. They suffered from all kinds of sicknesses. Many who came suffered from leprosy, a terrible sickness, which destroys human bodies.

Those who believed in Me would come to Me, prostrate themselves and ask to be healed. They knew I had the power to heal and they had heard of various people who had received a healing. I always had compassion on all the sick and I would touch them and say a word and the sickness would go away. This is what I did with this leper and he was very happy to be well.

I gave this power to heal to all the Apostles and I sent them into the towns and villages and when they came back they shared with Me all the healings that took place when they prayed with people.

Many people today who believe in Me have this power to heal, a gift from Me. I am healing today many people through them in the same way as I did when I was on earth. They have power to heal every kind of sickness either in body or in spirit.

There are many kinds of sicknesses today in the world even more than during My life on earth. This is due to so much toxic food you eat and the chemicals in the water you drink. So much of the food has been poisoned by all kinds of chemicals and the water is polluted by all the things they put in it. When you are sick come to Me and I will help you. Go with great faith to those who have the gift of healing and let them pray with you.

All this pain and suffering due to all kinds of illnesses entered the world because of sin. Before the first sin there was no sickness and no death. Sin is the cause of all these things. I came to pay the price for sin and to wash you clean of all sins if you repent. Remain close to Me and I will protect you."

SEPT 26 - LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF GOD

The Queen of Peace speaks of love today:

Dear children, you must understand that a person has to pray. Prayer is no laughing matter, but a conversation with God himself. In every prayer, then, you must listen to the voice of God. Truly, without prayer a person cannot live. Prayer is life. (LJM 9-10-84).

In Luke's gospel, Jesus also urges us to pray:

So I say to you, ask and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. (Luke 11:9-10).

Reflection:

Prayer is by far the most frequent message given in Medjugorje, since from it flows a fountain of graces that are obtainable in no other way. For example:

Peace: "In prayer, you will find peace." (WM 7-5-84)

Joy: "By means of prayer...you will obtain joy. (MM 8-25-89)

Love: "Pray, because in prayer each one of you will be able to achieve complete love."

Holiness: "By prayer and sacrifice you will begin to live in holiness" (WM-11-13-86)

Grace: "Without prayer, dear children, you cannot experience...the graces which I offer to you." (WM 7-3-86)

Happiness: "Prayer makes one know happiness" (FY 10-20-84)

We can see why Our Lady calls us so urgently to prayer, for there are so many gifts she wishes to give us. "Before all, pray," she once told Jelena. "I say it again, pray! Know that in your life the most important thing is prayer."

Application:

Today, spend some extra time in prayer, opening your heart to receive the graces of the Holy Spirit.

Medjugorje Day By Day Sept 25 - WITH LOVE OVERCOME EVERY SIN

"The tender love of God for the world infused into my soul a need for adoration, respect and love towards the Blessed Sacrament" (Mother Mary of Jesus, Foundress of the Sisters of Marie Reparatrice).

Meditations by Padre Pio - May God be pleased to see that these poor creatures truly repent and return to Him. One must truly be a mother towards all those people and, for this reason, have great care for them, because Jesus tells us that there is more festivity in Heaven for the sinner who repents than for the perseverance of 99 just people.

These words of the Redeemer are truly comforting to many souls who unfortunately sin, and who then want to repent and return to Jesus.

Archbishop Fulton Sheen - God demands full restitution from all

" We once received a plain, brown envelope in which there was stuffed $4,600 in bills, and to which was attached an anonymous note to the effect that the sender was making reparation for his dishonesty to an insurance company, the name and address of which was given. We sent the money to the insurance company and told them of the unjust claim that had been made against them, but the name of the one who had made the restitution remained unknown.

Regardless of how much one may have taken, and regardless of how secretly it may have been done, and regardless of how one may have justified it in his own false conscience, the Divine words still stand: `Believe Me, you will not be released until you have paid the last penny.'"

SEPT 25 - WITH LOVE OVERCOME EVERY SIN

Dear children, today I call you to holiness. Without holiness you cannot live. Therefore, with love overcome every sin and difficulty which comes to you. Dear children, beseech you to live love in your lives. (WM 7-10-86)

In Luke's gospel, Zacchaeus is converted through Christ's love:

When Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, Zacchaeus, hurry and come down; for I must stay at your house today." So he hurried down and was happy to welcome him. All who saw it began to grumble and said, "He has gone to be the guest of one who is a sinner."

Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, "Look, half my possessions, Lord, I will give to the poor; and if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I will pay back four times as much." Then Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because he too is a son of Abraham. For the Son of Man came to seek out and to save the lost." (Luke 19:5-10).

Reflection:

To finance their great world empire, the Romans levied heavy taxes against all nations under their control. The Jews opposed these taxes because they supported a secular government and its pagan gods, but they were still forced to pay.

The tax collectors -- Jews by birth who chose to work for Rome -- were considered traitors among the people of Israel. Further, it was common knowledge that they enriched themselves by gouging their fellow Jews of extra tax money which they kept for themselves.

No wonder the crowds were displeased when Jesus went home with the tax collector Zacchaeus. But despite the fact that Zacchaeus was a turncoat, Christ loved him. In response, the little tax collector was converted.

In every society certain groups of people are considered `untouchable' because of their politics, their immoral behavior, or their lifestyle. It is important not to give in to social pressure to avoid these people, for they are still loved by Christ and his Mother.

Like Jesus, we are called to reach out to them and convey a love and concern that will help them on the road to conversion. As Our Lady says today, "With love, overcome every sin and every difficulty that confronts you."

Application:

Today, pray for the tolerance and love to help the sinners and outcasts of your own community.

Dear Friends,

“On another Sabbath Jesus went into the synagogue and taught, and there was a man there whose right hand was withered… He realized their intentions and said to the man with the withered hand, ‘Come up and stand before us.’

And he rose and stood there. Then Jesus said to them, ‘I ask you, is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath rather than to do evil, to save life rather than to destroy it?’ Looking around at them all, he then said to him, ‘Stretch out your hand.’ He did so and his hand was restored. But the Pharisees became enraged and discussed together what they might do to Jesus.” Luke 6: 6, 8 – 11

I will write now the message of the Lord received by Joseph. Jesus spoke to Joseph in these words, “Every Sabbath I was at the synagogue to pray. From the age of twelve I went to the Sabbath as is the custom of the Jews. It was always a great joy for Me to listen to the word of God and to hear what was said. As I grew older I often was called to give a talk in the synagogue to explain the readings.

One Sabbath day there was a man present who had a withered hand. I notice this and I wanted to heal him. The Pharisees taught that it was not lawful even to heal on the Sabbath.

They thought it would go against the no work command. I wanted to show them that their ideas were erroneous, so I asked this man to come and stand before Me. He did and I told him these words, ‘Stretch out your hand.’ He did so and he was healed. Of course the people present were amazed but the Pharisees were furious.

My teaching on that day was that we could always do good on the Sabbath. There is no limitation on what we can do to help another. I did not do anything wrong but healed the hand of a friend. All those who follow Me today go to church on Sunday. It is a fact that they are not to work on this day of the Lord but they can always do good. You can always go and visit the sick, help the poor or the elderly.

You can visit your relatives and your neighbors and celebrate any special day such as a birthday or a marriage anniversary even if it falls on Sunday. You can always serve others every day of the week including Sunday. However, keep holy the day of the Lord.”

Dear Friends,

In those days Jesus departed to the mountain to pray, and he spent the night in prayer to God. When day came, he called his disciples to himself, and from them he chose twelve, whom he also named apostles. Luke 6: 12 13.

I am giving you today another message of Our Lord addressed to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words, Prayer is very important in the life of a Christian. If one says that he or she is My follower and that person does not pray, this person is a liar. You cannot be My follower if you do not have a personal relationship with Me and with the Father and with the Holy Spirit.

As the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, I spent time in prayer every day. Sometimes I spent the whole night in prayer with My Father. I loved to get up early in the morning and go to a quiet place to be with My Father.

I am both human and divine and as a human I had to spend time in prayer. In our close relationship, the Father would show Me what I had to do that day or in the night-long prayer He would help Me to make the right decision for My Mission. When I had to select the 12 Apostles, I spent the night before on the mountain with My Heavenly Father. He showed Me those I had to choose and what I had to do to make them the Apostles they became. They are all saints except one, Judas Iscariot who betrayed Me.

As one who believes in Me and wants to follow Me, you must spend time with Me in prayer. It is important that you develop a close and intimate relationship with Me, Your Lord and Savior. It is through prayer that you communicate with heaven and therefore with Me. I call you to prayer every day, to go to the celebration of the Holy Eucharist every day if it is possible and to take part in Eucharistic Adoration regularly. I ask every family to pray the rosary every day and you will receive all the graces you need to live as a loving and united family. Prayer is what keeps you alive as My follower.

St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina (1887-1968), Priest, Stigmatist, Mystic, Italy —Sept. 23 The patron of Eucharistic adorers, St. Padre Pio was passionately in love with the Holy Eucharist. He wrote: "Let me recognize you as your disciples did at the breaking of the bread, so that the eucharistic Communion [may] be the light which disperses the darkness, the force which sustains me, the unique joy of my heart." "In the most holy sacrament of the Eucharist, in this sacrament of love, we have true life, a blessed life, and true happiness."

Mother Teresa - Our ideal is no one but Jesus. We must think as He thinks, love as He loves, wish as He wishes; we must permit Him to use us to the full.

Padre Pio - There is one thing I absolutely cannot stand and it is this: if I have to rebuke someone, I am always ready; but I cannot bear to see someone else do it. To see someone humiliated or mortified like this is unbearable for me.

The Second Council of Nicea, which began on this date in 787, is the seventh of the twenty-one ecumenical councils that have been held by the Church. This council's eight sessions, called by Pope Adrian I and influenced by Empress Irene, spanned from September 24, 784 until October 23, 784 and was attended by 300 bishops. This council condemned Iconoclasm, which held that the use of images was idolatry and Adoptionism, which claimed that Christ was not the Son of God by nature but by adoption. This was the last council regarded as ecumenical by Orthodox Churches.

SEPT 24 - I ESPECIALLY THANK THE YOUNG

The Blessed Virgin commends the young today:

Dear children, today I thank you for all of your prayers. Continue to pray all the more so that Satan will remain far from here. Dear children, Satan's plan has failed. Pray for the fulfillment of God's plans for the parish. I especially thank the young people for the sacrifices they have offered. (WM 9-5-85).

And in the Book of Proverbs, the author addresses the young:

My child, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them escape your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh. (Proverbs 4:20-22).

Reflection: A fifteen year-old girl pulled a driver from his burning truck recently near Washington, D.C., saving his life. The girl had been riding in a car with her mother when the 13-ton truck passed by. Moments later it overturned and burst into flames when its steering wheel broke.

Seeing the driver unconscious, the young lady leaped out of her car, dragged the driver through the truck window, and quickly beat out the flames, which were rapidly spreading over his body.

An emergency such as this provides eloquent proof of the love and courage that God has instilled in our youth. Today Our Lady thanks them for the sacrifices they have made in living her messages, and asks us to continue to encourage and pray for her young people. Application:

This week, make a special effort to befriend and encourage any young people who cross your path. If the occasion permits, share with them the story of Medjugorje.

We moved to Diolchus, when my brother Anub died, I became abbot of the community. The Scete life started to become lax. I renewed it. I died in 451 A.D. 27 Aug, Roman Rite,

Dear Friends,

"Great crowds were traveling with Jesus, and he turned and addressed them, 'If anyone comes to me without hating his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple. Whoever does not carry his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple.'" Luke 14: 25 - 27

There was no procession because of the wet weather. In the evening Father Nicholas left to go and sleep at my cousin's who will take him to the airport early this morning. He has to be at the airport in Charlottetown for 5:30 a.m. He stayed with me for two months. He is a fine priest who has great love for Jesus and for Our Blessed Mother. I will celebrate Holy Mass this evening at 7:00 p.m.

I will now give you the message Our Lord addressed to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words, "I often spoke to the people about the conditions of discipleship. The first condition for you to be My disciple is to place Me first in your life. You cannot place your parents, your children, your brothers or sisters or your own life before Me.

To express in a very forceful way what I wanted to teach them, I used the word 'hate.' In fact what is meant by that word is that you have to prefer Me above everybody else. No one else is to be placed higher in your life than Me. The second condition I stressed was that if you want to be My disciple, you must carry your own cross and follow Me. If you truly follow Me, I will help you every day in carrying your cross.

I want you to always keep your eyes on Me for I am all-powerful to help you. This power I give you is called grace and it is necessary for you if you want to advance but you need faith to be able to receive it. You also need to be humble and come and ask Me for this precious gift. I am ready to give it to all those who ask for it.

If you have rejected Me, you will be unable to face the trials and difficulties in life. You will be very easily discouraged and you will think that suicide is the only way out of your misery. You will also feel empty not knowing why you are on earth and there will be no meaning to your life.

With My grace, you will have the strength to go through any kind of trial or suffering and still there will be peace in your heart. I am your friend who is calling you every day to come to Me. You are weak but I am strong and with My help you too will be strong. Do not follow the foolishness of the world, which leads nowhere, but live in union with Me."

SEPT 10 - LET PRAYER BE LIFE FOR YOU

In this monthly message, Our Lady encourages us to pray:

Dear children, today I wish to call all of you to prayer. Let prayer be life for you. Dear children, devote your time to Jesus and he will give you everything that you are seeking. He will reveal himself to you fully.

Dear Children, Satan is strong and he watches each of you in order to tempt you. Pray, and then he will neither to able to injure you nor block you on the way to holiness. Dear children, grow closer to God day by day through prayer (Monthly Message SEPT 25, 1987).

And in Psalm 61, a prayer for refuge:

Hear my cry, O God; Listen to my prayer. From the end of the earth I call to you, When my heart is faint. Psalm 61:1

Reflection:

The church has a great treasure of prayer, the subject of our reading today. One little known prayer is the Crown of Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin, sometimes called The Little Crown of Mary, referring to the image of Mary in Revelation, the woman clothed with the sun and crowned with twelve stars. It was a favorite prayer of St. Louis de Montfort, the tireless supporter of Marian devotion. It is presented here in three parts, over the next three days:

1. The Crown of Excellence: To honor the divine motherhood of the Blessed Virgin , her ineffable virginity, eternal purity, and perfection in virtue. First star: Our Father….Hail Mary…. Blessed are you, Queen of Peace who bore the Lord, the Creator of the world; you gave birth to him who made you and yet remain a virgin forever. Rejoice, O Virgin Mary, rejoice with us a thousand times!

Second star: Hail Mary…. O holy and immaculate Virgin, I know not with What praise to extol thee, since you bore in your Womb the One whom even the heavens cannot Contain. Rejoice, O Virgin Mary, rejoice with us a thousand times!

Third star: Hail Mary…. You are beautiful, O Mother of God, with no stain upon you. Rejoice, O Virgin Mary, rejoice with us a thousand times!

Medjugorje Day By Day Sept 09 - SURRENDER ALL YOUR PROBLEMS

"[Jesus] the same Redeemer is present in the sacrament of the Eucharist. In the stable at Bethlehem He allowed himself to be worshipped under the humble outward appearances of a newborn baby, by Mary, by Joseph and by the shepherds; in the consecrated Host we adore Him sacramentally present in his body, blood, soul and godhead" (Pope John Paul II, Message for World Youth Day 1995).

St. Faustina's diary http://www.marian.org/directory_flash.html - God embraces with His incomprehensible love the soul who lives by His will. I understood how much God loves us, how simple He is, though incomprehensible, and how easy it is to commune with Him, despite His great majesty.

With no one do I feel as free and as much at ease as with Him. Even a mother and her truly loving child do not understand each other so well as God and I do.

When I was in that state of communion with God, I saw two particular persons, and their sad interior condition was revealed to me. They were in a sorrowful state, but I trust that they, too, will glorify the mercy of God. (603)

SEPT 9 - SURRENDER ALL YOUR PROBLEMS

The Virgin speaks of surrender and prayer today:

Dear children, today I am calling you to renew your heart. Open yourself to God and surrender to him all your problems and crosses, so that God may transform everything into joy.

Little children, you cannot open yourselves to God if you do not pray. From today, then, decide to consecrate a time and a day solely for an encounter with God in silence. In that way, you will be able, with God's help to witness my presence here. Little children, I do not wish to force you; rather, freely give God your time as the children of God (Monthly Message July 15, 1989).

Psalm 125 also urges us to trust in God:

Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion Which cannot be moved, but abides forever.

As the mountains surround Jerusalem,

So the Lord surrounds his people,

Form this time on and forevermore

Psalm 125:1-2

Reflection:

Our Lady of Medjugorje often speaks of trust, of surrendering ourselves completely to the Lord, as an essential step in our spiritual journey. For members of Alcoholics Anonymous, this surrender is a matter of life and death.

Suffering from an incurable addiction that ruthlessly destroys the body, mind, and soul, the only way to arrest the disease is by spiritual means, for simple willpower is useless. The alcoholic must surrender himself and his disease to God, who has the power to do for him what he cannot.

Thus step three of the 12 steps of AA states: "We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him." From Alcoholics Anonymous:

At the third step, many of us said to our Maker, as we understood him: "God, I offer myself to thee to

build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy

will. Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help by Thy Power, They Love, and Thy Way of life. May I do Thy will always!"

With this surrender, a new life opens up for the alcoholic. Our Lady knows that this would also be the case with us, that we too would know a new freedom, peace, and joy in life, if we could but surrender and trust in God.
