"Come and have a loving relationship with Me"

Dear Friends,

Reproaches to Unrepentant towns

Then Jesus began to reproach the towns where most of his mighty deeds had been done, since they had not repented. "Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty deeds done in your midst had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would long ago have repented in sackcloth and ashes. But I tell you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon on the day of judgment than for you. And as for you, Capernaum: 'Will you be exalted to heaven? You will go down to the netherworld.' For if the mighty deeds done in your midst had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I tell you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom on the day of judgment than for you." (Matthew 11:20-24)

"In many places I went in Israel, My country, I was not welcomed by the people. They did not believe in Me or accept Me as their Savior. I often spoke to them about the Father and what their duties should be. I healed many people and even raised the dead to life. They at times said that I was doing these miracles with the power of the evil one. Because the people in these towns did not accept Me, soon after I ascended into heaven their towns and villages were destroyed. Where is Capernaum today? It is a deserted town. Where is Corazin and Bethsaida today? They became ghost towns many years ago.

I call upon you, My brothers and sisters, to believe in Me as your Savior and Redeemer. I am the Son of God and I have all power. Leave your life of sin behind and come and have a loving relationship with Me. It is those who are truly Christian who will be saved."

"Remain faithful to Me"

Dear Friends,

Courage under Persecution

Therefore do not be afraid of them. Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known. What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light; what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father's knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father." (Matthew 10:26-33)

Below you will find Our Lord and Redeemer's message given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him in these words,

"What is the worth of a human being? Is an unborn child of any worth? My dear brothers and sisters, a human person is of greater worth than the whole world, than the sun or the moon. There is nothing in this world that has greater value than a human being. The unborn child has the same value as any other human being. That is why you have to respect every human being from conception to natural death.

If you follow Me, you will be persecuted at times. There are always followers of mine who are persecuted in the world today. They are thrown in prison for no other reason that they believe in Me. They are falsely accused of crimes they have not done just because they are believers. The media today is anti-Christian because you do not agree with the ways of society: you are against the killing of the unborn children, which they call abortion; you are for life but they are for death; you are against euthanasia, the killing of the elderly, the terminally ill, or those who are handicapped; you are also opposed to same-sex marriage for Our Heavenly Father established marriage as a union between a man and a woman. A marriage has to be opened to children, the great gift of God to any couple.

Do not be afraid of those who persecute you but know that they have persecuted Me too when I was on earth. Remain faithful to Me, your Savior, and I will bless you."

"I am the light"

Dear Friends,

The Conditions of Discipleship

Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. Whoever receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and whoever receives a righteous man because he is righteous will receive a righteous man's reward. And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones to drink because he is a disciple-amen, I say to you, he will surely not lose his reward. (Matthew 10:37-42)

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

"I am Your Savior and Your friend and I wish to be first in your life. You cannot put any other person ahead of Me. If there is another person more important than Me, then you will follow the opinion of that person even when it is directly opposite to what I have taught you. For example, if a person tells you that it is not important to go to Holy Mass on Sunday and if you miss Mass on Sunday it is not a sin, if I am number one in your life, you will know that this goes against what I have taught the Apostles and you must follow Me and not the one who is telling you a lie.

You need to submit to Me totally so that your only desire in life is to do the will of Your Father in heaven. In order to be able to achieve that, you need to be humble. The proud ones only want to do their own will and this is why these will fall into sin often. However, if you are a person of prayer and you love Me with all your heart, you will find it easy to follow My will and not your will, which is often darkened by pride. Remember, you can only find the true life in Me. So give Me your life and you will have Me as your great friend. In doing this then you will be completely free and you will be following the right path every day. I am the light that enlightens you on your journey. I love you."

"Prepare well to enter these forty days"

Dear Friends,

 

The temptation of Jesus

Filled with the Holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days, to be tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and when they were over he was hungry. The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.Jesus answered him, “It is written, One does not live by bread alone.Then he took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a single instant. The devil said to him, “I shall give to you all this power and their glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I may give it to whomever I wish. All this will be yours, if you worship me.Jesus said to him in reply, “It is written: You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him alone shall you serve.Then he led him to Jerusalem, made him stand on the parapet of the temple, and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here, for it is written: He will command his angels concerning you, to guard you,and With their hands they will support you, lest you dash your foot against a stone.Jesus said to him in reply, “It also says, You shall not put the Lord, your God, to the test.When the devil had finished every temptation, he departed from him for a time. “As soon as I was filled with the Holy Spirit at My baptism, I was led into the desert for forty days. I spent this time with My Father in prayer and I fasted during all those days from food and water. At the end I was tempted by the devil three times and every time I rejected the temptation. The evil one was very clever to show Me how to win the people without any suffering and without My death on the cross. However, there was always a catch to his temptations, for example I had to worship him and this I could not accept. I pushed him away to follow My Fathers will for that was why I had come into the world.

 

The number forty is important because the Jewish nation spent forty years in the desert on their way to the Promised Land. I call you too to spend forty days every year in union with Me to prepare for Easter. I call you to take this time to repent of all your sins and to transform your life with the grace given to you. Prepare well to enter these forty days of Lent and resolve to pray more and to fast. I bless you and I love you.

"Begin My work"

Dear Friends,

Coming Persecutions

"Behold, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves. But beware of people, for they will hand you over to courts and scourge you in their synagogues, and you will be led before governors and kings for my sake as a witness before them and the pagans. When they hand you over, do not worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say. You will be given at that moment what you are to say. For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. Brother will hand over brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise up against parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by all because of my name, but whoever endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in one town, flee to another. Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes. No disciple is above his teacher, no slave above his master. It is enough for the disciple that he become like his teacher, for the slave that he become like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household!" (Matthew 10:16-25)

"I sent the Apostles to visit the villages and towns of Israel. Some of these welcomed them while others refused to do so and instead insulted them and chased them away. I knew that after My death and resurrection they would be arrested and flogged and some would be killed because they were My followers. They were not to be afraid of suffering but to look to Me as their example, as I was arrested, scourged and killed. However, on the third day I rose from the dead never to die again.

As I sent the Apostles, so now I send you to evangelize the people who live in your area. Some of you will be sent far away in a foreign country to evangelize the people who have hardly heard of Me. Go in the power of the Holy Spirit to work for Me, your Savior, to bring many people to come to know Me and believe in Me. It is not the number that is important but that they receive a deep faith and commit themselves totally to follow Me. Those because of age or sickness are unable to do this work, can stay home and pray for the conversion of the people of the world. Begin My work and I will bless you daily."

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 23 - Pray, pray, pray!

 

"When you see It [the Body of Christ] exposed, say to yourself: Thanks to this body, I am no longer dust and ashes, I am no more a captive but a freeman: hence I hope to obtain heaven and the good things that are there in store for me, eternal life, the heritage of the angels, companionship with Christ; death has not destroyed this body which was pierced by nails and scourged, . . . this is that body which was once covered with blood, pierced by a lance, from which issued saving fountains upon the world, one of blood and the other of water. . . This body He gave to us to keep and eat, as a mark of His intense love" (St. John Chrysostom).

Jesus came to earth to give charity its rightful place in the hearts of men. " By this," He said, " men shall know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another " and this commandment will last for all eternity.

But the reason why you don't succeed in meditating well is this, and I am not mistaken: You approach meditation with a certain, special alteration, coupled with the great anxiety to find some object which can console and content your spirit. And this is sufficient to see to it that you never find what you seek, and do not rest your mind on the truths you meditate upon, or empty your heart of affections. When one seeks something one has lost with great haste and avidity, one can even touch this object with ones hand, and even see it a hundred times without realizing it.

 The Blame Game!

"The self-indulgent always find fault with others. The blame has to be placed somewhere: the boss, the nagging wife, the teachers, the politicians or the nasty man at the next desk. The sense of justice is so rooted in the human heart that responsibility must be laid on some shoulders; if not on self, where it belongs, then on another, where it does not. The self-pity awakens a sorrow which leads to despair and remorse."

St. Faustina's diary Suddenly, when I had consented to the sacrifice with all my heart and all my will, God's presence pervaded me. My soul became immersed in God and was inundated with such happiness that I cannot put in writing even the smallest part of it. I felt that His Majesty was enveloping me. I was extraordinarily fused with God. I saw that God was well pleased with me and, reciprocally, my spirit drowned itself in Him. Aware of this union with God, I felt I was especially loved and, in turn, I loved with all my soul. A great mystery took place during that adoration, a mystery between the Lord and myself. It seemed to me that I would die of love [at the sight of] His glance. I spoke much with the Lord, without uttering a single word. And the Lord said to me, You are the delight of My Heart; from today on, every one of your acts, even the very smallest, will be a delight to My eyes, whatever you do. At that moment I felt transconsecrated. My earthly body was the same, but my soul was different; God was now living in it with the totality of His delight. This is not a feeling, but a conscious reality that nothing can obscure.       (137)

Feb 23  -  PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!

Our Lady's monthly message for October, 1991 (in the midst of the Yugoslavian civil war), was startling in its brevity. It was simply :

"Pray, pray, pray ! "

In St.John's gospel, Jesus weeps out of love for his friend Lazarus :

When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, he was greatly disturbed in spirit and deeply moved. He said, "Where have you laid him? " They said to him, "Lord, come and see. " Jesus began to weep. So the Jews said, "See how he loved him! " (Jan 11 :33-36)

Reflection :

Today we have two brief but powerful messages from Jesus and the Blessed Mother : prayer and love. It is these qualities that mark the following love letter from Jesus (quoted from the Apostleship of Prayer) :

Dear Friend,

How are you? I just had to send a note to tell you how much I love you and care about you.

I saw you yesterday as you were talking with your friends. I waited all day, hoping you would want to talk with me also. As evening drew near, I gave you a sunset to close your day and a cool breeze to rest you—and I waited. You never came. Oh,yes, it hurts me—but I still love you because I am your friend.

I saw you fall asleep last night and longed to touch your brow, so I spilled moonlight upon your pillow and face. Again I waited, wanting to rush down so we could talk. I have so many gifts for you! You awakened late and rushed off to work. My tears were in the rain. Today you looked so sad—so all alone. It makes my heart ache because I understand. My friends let me down and hut me many times, too, but I love you.

Oh, if you would only listen to me. I love you! I try to tell you in the blue sky and in the quiet green grass. I whisper it in the leaves on the trees and breathe it in the colors of flowers. I shout it to you, I mountain streams and give the birds love songs to sing. I clothe you with warm sunshine and perfume the air with nature scents. My love for you is deeper than the ocean and bigger than the biggest want or needing your heard. Oh, if you only knew how much I want to walk and talk with you. We could spend an eternity together in heaven.

I know how hard it is on this earth; I really know!

And I want to help you. I want you to meet my Father. He wants to help you, too. My Father is that way, you know. Just call me ask me, talk with me! Oh, please don't forget me. I have so much to share with you! All right, I won't bother you any further. You are free to choose me. It's your decision. I have chosen you, and because of this I will wait, because I love you!

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 22 - THE CHAIR OF PETER

 

 

September 25, 1995
"Dear Children! Today I invite you to fall in love with the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Adore Him, little children, in your Parishes and in this way you will be united with the entire world. Jesus will become your friend and you will not talk of Him like someone whom you barely know. Unity with Him will be a joy for you and you will become witnesses to the love of Jesus that He has for every creature. Little children, when you adore Jesus you are also close to me. Thank you for having responded to my call."

 

 

Pius XII writes of the importance of spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, "The Divine Redeemer loves to listen to our entreaties, to speak with us familiarly, and to give us a refuge in His Heart which burns with love for us" (Mediator Dei).

 

Mother Teresa -  

We need to be someone for the destitute who not only lack a roof over their heads, but who are deprived of having someone who cares, someone to belong to.

Meditations by Padre Pio -

  I cannot at all believe and therefore dispense you from meditation for the sole reason that you feel you gain nothing from it. The holy gift of prayer, my good daughter, is in the right hand of the Saviour, and to the degree to which you are emptied of yourself, that is, emptied of love of body and your own will, and that you continually become more well-rooted in holy humility, the Lord will communicate this to your heart.

 

Archbishop Fulton Sheen - 

The difference between the penitent and proud

"Take the other case of those who suffer unjustly but with faith and love of God in their hearts. They may have a sadness in their hearts from pain and torture, but never remorse. They end in penitence or a making up for guilt by bearing patiently the trials of others. This is illustrated in the case of Judas and Peter. There is much similarity between the two, up to a point. Our Lord warned both of them that they would fail; He even told them that each would be a devil."

St. Faustina's diary  

 A light from the morning meditation: Whatever You do with me, Jesus, I will always love You, for I am Yours. Little matter whether You leave me here  or put me somewhere else; I am always Yours.

It is with love that I abandon myself to Your most wise decrees, O God, and Your will, O Lord, is my daily nourishment. You, who know the beatings of my heart, know that it beats for You alone, my Jesus. Nothing can quench my longing for You. I am dying for You, Jesus. When will You take me into Your dwelling place [cf. John. 14:1-3]?       (1145)

As long as we live, the love of God grows in us. Until we die, we ought to strive for the love of God. I have learned and experienced that souls living in love are distinguished in this: that they are greatly enlightened concerning the things of God, both in their own souls and in the souls of others. And simple souls, without an education, are outstanding for their knowledge.       (1191)

Today, I have heard these words: My daughter, delight of My Heart, it is with pleasure that I look into your soul. I bestow many graces only because of you. I also withhold My punishments only because of you. You restrain Me, and I cannot vindicate the claims of My justice. You bind My hands with your love.      (1193)

Feb 22   -  THE CHAIR OF PETER

In the first weeks of the apparitions, the Blessed Virgin kissed an image of the Pope and said :

"He is your father, the spiritual father of all. It is necessary to pray for him. " (First Years November 8,1981)

And in March of 1982, smiling at two large pictures of the Pope that had been brought by a woman from Osijek, Our Lady said : "He is your father, my angels. " (First Years March 2, 1982) In Matthew's gospel, Jesus responds to Peter's faith in these words : And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, an the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Mt 16 :18-19)

Reflection :

On the cross, Jesus gave us his mother to be our own. In a like manner, in today's message, Mary in turn points to the Holy Father and gives him to us as "the spiritual father of all. " The Chair of Peter is a gift from God who never leaves us without a shepherd to guide and teach us. It has been the charge of the Popes through the ages to hand down the body of faith which Christ gave to his apostles and followers, to preserve it in its integrity for future generations. Through the calm and turbulence of 2000 years, that legacy of faith has now come down to us and to the present Pope, who in turn will teach and preserve it. No other institution of any kind has so survived the ages, a sign of the Spirit's presence with the church , once called "Mother " to signify its mission of nourishing God's children. As Christians and Catholics, we give thanks today for this priceless legacy and for the successor of Peter who is "father of all. "

Application :

Our Lady says of the Pope in her message, "He is your father…it is necessary to pray for him. " Let us then offer a rosary for the Holy Father today, and remember him in prayer for the rest of the week. Today, simply speak to the Lord with your heart.

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 21 - IT IS UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE

 

St. Peter Damian, Bishop and Cardinal (Italy) 1007-1072, Feast, February 21

He wrote, "Your heart should beat with confidence in God's love."  "Christ cannot be accused of forgetfulness: Christ does not enjoin things contrary to His commands.  He is the Bread that came down from heaven, which is daily brought to the table of the Church, as a heavenly food, which is broken for the forgiveness of sins,

 

At the Visitation [Our Lady] was greeted by St. Elizabeth who recognized the
presence of Jesus veiled in His first tabernacle.  Is it any wonder that Mary
said: 'For he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his
name' (Lk 1:49)?  The Lord Himself has come to us.  He is here!  (Excerpts from the book Bread of Life)

We need to be someone for the naked who not only lack clothing but mercy.

Meditations by Padre Pio -

 Be patient in persevering in this holy exercize of meditation and be content with taking small steps, until you have the legs to run, or better still, wings to fly. Be content with obedience which is never an easy matter for a soul which has chosen God as its portion, and resign yourself for now, to being a little bee in a hive, that will soon become a big bee capable of making honey.

Always humble yourself lovingly before God and men, because God speaks to those who truly have a humble heart before Him, and He enriches it with His gifts.

Archbishop Fulton Sheen -

Burnout comes fast for those who are not sincere

"When, after multiplying the bread, the multitude wished to make Christ a bread king, Our Lord fled into the mountains alone. Economic kingships last only while the bread is plentiful and the circuses are in the playgrounds. It is always a good policy never to choose the most enthusiastic person in a gathering as a leader. Wait to see how much wood there is for the flame."

St. Faustina's diary 

I will enclose myself in the chalice of Jesus so that I may comfort Him continually. I will do everything within my power to save souls, and I will do it through prayer and suffering.

I try always to be a Bethany for Jesus, so that He may rest here after all His labors. In Holy Communion, my union with Jesus is so intimate and incomprehensible that even if I wanted to describe it in writing I could not do so, because I lack the words.       (735)

During Mass today, I saw the Lord Jesus, who said to me, Be at peace, My daughter; I see your efforts, which are very pleasing to Me. And the Lord disappeared, and it was time for Holy Communion. After I received Holy Communion, I suddenly saw the Cenacle and in it Jesus and the Apostles. I saw the institution of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Jesus allowed me to penetrate His interior, and I came to know the greatness of His majesty and, at the same time, His great humbling of Himself. The extraordinary light that allowed me to see His majesty revealed to me, at the same time, what was in my own soul.       (757)

Feb 21 - IT IS UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE

In answer to a question by the visionaries about their futures, the Blessed Virgin responded :

I would like all of you to become priest and religious, but only if you desire it. You are free. It is up to you to choose… (First Years December 8, 1981).

Vocations are also the theme from this passage from Matthew's gospel :

When he saw crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, " The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send our laborers into his harvest " (Mt 9 :36-38).

Reflection :

There are two conditions on which vocations to the priesthood and religious life hinge. The first, as Christ tells us today, is prayer. Through prayer an individual discerns the call of God, and through prayer God's people help to plant the seeds of vocations.

Second, the environment and support of a Christian family nourishes these budding vocations. I have a friend from a farming family who was working in a field one day with his father. In the course of their conversation on Ken's future, his father said, "Have you ever thought of the priesthood? " That's all it took. These seven words contained approval and encouragement for such a career, which is what Ken needed to think seriously about it. Today he is a pastor of a parish in his home state of Iowa. I believe my own vocation was inspired by my parent's example of faith as well as a large measure of God's grace. I was also blessed to have as role models several fine Benedictine friars from my home parish. Prayer, family, example, and grace; the essentials needed to bring in the workers of the harvest.

Application :

How can you encourage a vocation within your own family? Have you ever broached the subject with a friend or acquaintance who might be a promising candidate? The following Prayer for Vocations is response to Christ's request that we pray for more laborers. Try to pray it often :

"Lord, you told us that, "The harvest is great but the laborers are few. Pray, therefore, that the Lord of the harvest send laborers to his field. " WE ask you to strengthen us as we follow the vocation to which you have called us. We pray particularly for those called to serve as priests. sisters, brothers and deacons : those whom you have called, those you are calling now, those you will call in the future. Grant them the grace to be open and responsive to your urgent call. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Amen. the most we can do is open ourselves radically to God-but are pure gifts from the Holy Spirit. Pope Leo XIII wrote, "Whatever we are, that we are by the divine goodness; and this goodness is especially attributed to the Holy Spirit. " But because our God possesses infinite generosity and love, he will fill with the Spirit any emptiness within us, if it has been emptied for him.

Application :

St. Joan of Arc, patroness of soldiers and her country France, fought valiantly to defend her Faith and her country.  Joan drew her courage from the Eucharist.  Fr. Stephano Manelli writes, 'Christ in the Eucharist is the true Bread to make them [us] strong ... the nourishment to make men heroic, to sustain martyrs, and to bring strength and peace."

Feb 20 - OPEN YOURSELVES TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Regarding the Holy Spirit, Our Lady once said :

Dear children, this is a time of grace. Open yourselves to the Holy Spirit that he may make you strong. Your Mother, dear children, calls you especially to prayer and sacrifice during this time (Visionary Prayer Group June 1, 1990).

In Galatians, Paul speaks of the fruits of the Holy Spirit :

By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit (Gal 5 :22-25).

Reflection :

Isaac Hecker, the founder of the Paulists, once wrote : "The whole future of the human race depends on bringing the individual soul more completely and perfectly under the sway of the Holy Spirit." This Spirit is always at work within us, gently transforming us into the likeness of Christ and imbuing us with the gifts of peace, kindness, faithfulness, and the other virtues of which Paul speaks today.

These traits are not the reward of our own spiritual achievements-the most we can do is open ourselves radically to God-but are pure gifts from the Holy Spirit. Pope Leo XIII wrote, "Whatever we are, that we are by the divine goodness; and this goodness is especially attributed to the Holy Spirit." But because our God possesses infinite generosity and love, he will fill with the Spirit any emptiness within us, if it has been emptied for him.

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 19 - I FORGIVE EASILY

 

    Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who said "let us be all for Jesus through Mary," was one of the greatest instruments of peace in our time.  She wrote,  "What will convert America and save the world?  My answer is prayer.  What we need is for every Parish to come before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in Holy Hours of prayer."  "Perpetual adoration is the most beautiful thing you could ever think of doing.  People are hungry for God."    

 

As Mother Teresa wrote, "The time you spend with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament . . . will help bring about everlasting peace on earth."  "I beg the Blessed Mother to touch the hearts of all parish priests that they may have Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration in their parishes, and that it may spread throughout the entire world."

Feb 19 - I FORGIVE EASILY

Of prayer and forgiveness, the Blessed Mother said:

Dear children, I , your Mother, love you, and so I urge you to pray. I am tireless, dear children, and I call you even when you are far from my heart. I am a Mother, and although I feel pain for each one who goes astray, I forgive easily and am happy for every child who returns to me (Weekly Message 11-14-85).

As Our Lady forgives with joy, so her Son enjoins each of us to do the same:

Then Peter came and said to him, "Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?" Jesus said to him, "Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy-seven times" (Matthew 18:21-22).

Reflection:

Once, the Duke of Wellington was about to pronounce the death sentence on a confirmed deserter. Deeply moved, the great general said, "I am extremely sorry to pass this severe sentence, but we have tried everything, and all the discipline and penalties have failed to improve this man, who is otherwise a brave and good soldier."

Then he gave the man's comrades an opportunity to speak for him. "Please, your Excellency," said one of the men, "there is one thing you have never tried. You have not tried forgiving him." Surprisingly, the general did forgive him, and it worked. The soldier never again deserted.

It might be added here that the other benefit of forgiveness is that, once we have experienced it ourselves, we seem to naturally turn around and forgive others. The effect is, as Our Lady knows so well, peace.

Application:

Pray for forgiveness today and for the grace to forgive another for some hurt in your heart.

What they tell the soul about God is but a pale shadow in comparison to its own experience of Him; and it is often surprised how other people can be struck with admiration at what someone else says about God when, for this soul, it is nothing special, as it knows that what can be put into words is not yet that great. Feb 18 - ON THE WAY TO HOLINESS

Speaking of holiness, the Blessed Mother says:

Dear children, you know that I wish to lead you on the way of holiness, but I cannot compel you to be saints by force. I wish that each of you help me, and yourself, by your small sacrifices. Then I will be able to guide and help you to grow in holiness day by day (Weekly Message 10-9-86).

St. Peter speaks of holiness as well:

Like obedient children, do not be conformed to the desires that you formerly had in ignorance. Instead, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct; for it is written, "You shall be holy, for I am holy" (1 Peter 1:14-16).

 

Reflection:

Holiness means to be devoted or dedicated to God, to be set aside fro his special purpose, and set apart from sin and its influence. We are set apart and different, not blending in with the crowd, yet not being different just for the sake of being different. What distinguishes us are the qualities of God in our lives; our focus and priorities are his.

Growth in these qualities and priorities usually occurs a bit at a time, for holiness is a process. Patience as well as commitment is called for. In the words of Andrew Bonar:

A holy Christian life is made up of a number of small things:

Little words, not eloquent sermons;

Little deeds, not miracles of battle

Or one great, heroic deed of martyrdom;

The little constant sunbeam,

not the lightning.

The avoidance of little evils,

Little inconsistencies, little weaknesses,

Little follies and indiscretions,

And little indulgences of the flesh make up

The beauty of a holy life.

 

Application:

Reflect today on the following:

"The greatest thing for us is the perfection of our own soul; and the saints teach us that this perfection consists in doing our ordinary actions well" (Archbishop Ullathorne).

Vicka then offered him a rosary saying: "I guess you have many rosaries already, but this one is special as it was blessed by the Gospa during an apparition." She is like a queen; she knows no slavish compulsion; she sets about everything with great freedom of soul, because the love which dwells in her incites her to action. Everything that surrounds her makes her know that only God Himself is worthy of her love. A soul in love with God and immersed in Him approaches her duties with the same dispositions as she does Holy Communion and carries out the simplest tasks with great care, under the loving gaze of God. She is not troubled if, after some time, something turns out to be less successful. She remains calm, because at the time of the action she had done what was in her power. When it happens that the living presence of God, which she enjoys almost constantly, leaves her, she then tries to continue living in lively faith. Her soul understands that there are periods of rest and periods of battle. Through her will, she is always with God. Her soul, like a knight, is well trained in battle; from afar it sees where the foe is hiding and is ready for battle. She knows she is not alone-God is her strength.       (890)

Feb 17  -   MASS IS THE GREATEST PRAYER TO GOD

 

Today Our Lady emphasizes the importance of preparing for Mass:

The Mass is the greatest prayer to God. You will never be able to comprehend its importance. That is why you must be perfect and humble at Mass, and should prepare yourselves beforehand (First Years 1983).

The word "eucharist" translates into "thanksgiving," which is the spirit of Psalm 116:

What shall I return to the Lord

for all his bounty to me?

I will lift up the cup of salvation

and call on the name of the Lord. --Psalm 116:12-13

 

Reflection:

In reflecting on the eucharist today, as the readings indicate, it would be appropriate to hear as well from one of the visionaries on its importance to our spiritual lives. Several years ago, Vicka said:

"Before going to holy Mass, focus intently on who you will be receiving. During Mass, open your heart to Jesus. See him with the "eyes" of your heart. We see and experience and live with Jesus through faith. That's why, during Mass, our faith must be very strong. The stronger our faith, the better prepared we are to welcome him in the Holy Eucharist.

We must not only listen during Mass, we must really experience all the holy words of the Mass with love. That's why, toward the end of Mass when you are receiving Jesus alive, if your heart is open, he is truly with you. When the Mass ends and you leave the church, you will be filled with unspeakable joy!"

 

Application:

When attending your next Mass, arrive early so you can prepare. Think of Christ, as Vicka recommends, and give him any worries or problems that might distract you from the eucharist. Review the day's readings from the Sunday missalette, or if attending a daily Mass, use a weekday missal for this purpose (available at religious goods stores). 

 

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 16 - HOW STRONG MY LOVE IS

 

 "Every Catholic devotion, when stripped down to its bare elements, is directly or indirectly aimed at finding the Child with Mary his mother (cf. Lk 2:12).  These two are inseparable, the two hearts are intimately allied. 
This explains why Our Lord, as Lucia of Fatima was instructed to tell us, wishes his own Eucharistic Heart and that of his mother to be placed alongside each other and jointly honoured.
    "In this way it comes about that we meet the alliance of hearts in all Marian sanctuaries.  There, along with God's mother, we offer our homage and adoration to him who was the fruit of her shining faith as much as of her womb.  For she is called blessed because she believed (Lk. 1:45).  And now in
turn Mary helps pilgrims to believe ever more strongly—especially in the sacrament of her Son's loving presence" (Mary and The Eucharist, Fr. Richard Foley, S.J.).

St. John Bosco had a dream in which he saw a vision of the Church, represented by a huge ship, being attacked by enemies of the faith.  A great Pope was raised up by God to lead the Church to triumph with the "Twin Pillars of Victory," The Holy Eucharist and Our Lady.  Beneath the statue of Our Lady, in St. John Bosco's dream, was the inscription "Help of Christians." 

"Trust all things to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and to Mary Help of Christians and you will see what miracles are" (St. John Bosco).

Feb 16 - HOW STRONG MY LOVE IS

Today Our Lady speaks of our need to recognize her love:

Dear children, today I wish to give you my love. You do not realize, dear children, how strong my love is or how to accept it. I wish to show it to you in many ways, dear children, but you do not recognize it. You do not listen to my words with your hearts, and thus you do not comprehend my love. Dear children, accept me into your life and then you will be able to accept all that I tell you and all that I am calling you to (Weekly Message 5-22-86).

In Psalm 19, the author sees creation as an expression of God's love:

The heavens are telling the glory of God;

and the firmament proclaims his handiwork.

Day to day pours forth speech,

and night to night declares knowledge.

There is no speech, nor are there words;

their voice is not heard;

Yet their voices go out to all the earth,

and their words to the end of the world. Psalm 19:1-4

 

Reflection:

Today the Blessed Mother says that she attempts to show us her love in various ways, but often we do not recognize it. The same is true of God's love; we seem to need "new eyes" to look about and see his gifts around us. One of the ways he shows us this love is in creation, as our psalm reveals: "The heavens declare the glory of God." Indeed, some people have actually come to faith by seeing the Lord in nature, in the beauty of the created world. The following verses speak of this insight:

Who sees his lord

Within every creature

Deathlessly dwelling

Amidst the mortal:

That man sees truly...

Application:

This week, try to spend some time outdoors, perhaps taking a walk in the park, or just around the neighborhood. Try to be conscious of God's presence in his creation, aware that this also is prayer.

"Lent this year, according to the Holy Father's invitation, emphasizes our essential rapport with the Eucharist. ... I would like to summarize in three points our Lenten commitment: 1.The liturgy of the Church ... is the first instrument of authentic evangelization; 2. On Sundays we rediscover the Eucharist; and 3. With the Eucharist we rediscover the rapport between liturgy and life" [which demands] "resolute witnessing to true values: the family, personal honesty, commitments deriving from marriage, priestly celibacy and religious life ... without which there is no true spirit of poverty" (Cardinal James Francis Stafford, Feb. 9, 2005).

        Fr. Rawley Myers of Colorado Springs writes:  The greatest thing
that has happened to me was the discovery of the daily Holy Hour.  This
has been my salvation.  I go to the church worried, but once there,
before the Tabernacle, I find peace. Before the Tabernacle nothing
matters except Jesus. I sometimes feel like the Apostles before
Pentecost, cowardly and confused, but Jesus in the Eucharist has taught
me not to be overly concerned but to put all my trust in God. And a great

Jesus, my Love, today gave me to understand how much He loves me, although there is such an enormous gap between us, the Creator and the creature; and yet, in a way, there is something like equality: love fills up the gap. He Himself descends to me and makes me capable of communing with Him. I immerse myself in Him, losing myself as it were; and yet, under His loving gaze, my soul gains strength and power and an awareness that it loves and is especially loved. It knows that the Mighty One protects it. Such prayer, though short, benefits the soul greatly, and whole hours of ordinary prayer do not give the soul that light which is given by a brief moment of this higher form of prayer.       (815)

I have come to understand today that even if I did not accomplish any of the things the Lord is demanding of me, I know that I shall be rewarded as if I had fulfilled everything, because He sees the intention with which I begin, and even if He called me to himself today, the work would not suffer at all by that, because He himself is the Lord of both the work and the worker. My part is to love Him to folly; all works are nothing more than a tiny drop before Him. It is love that has meaning and power and merit. He has opened up great horizons in my soul-love compensates for the chasms.       (822)

Feb 13 - DEVOTE YOUR PRAYERS TO ME

 

From a monthly message in 1988:

Dear children, again I call you to prayer and complete surrender to God. You know that I love you, and have come here out of love so that I could show you the way to peace -- and to salvation for your souls. Do not let Satan corrupt you -- obey me in this. Satan is very strong and therefore I ask you to devote your prayers to me, so that those who are under his influence may be saved. Witness by your lives. Sacrifice your lives for the salvation of the world. Know that I am with you and am grateful to you' in heaven you will receive the Father's reward, as he has promised. And so, dear children, do not be afraid. If you pray, Satan cannot harm you in the least, for you are God's children and he watches over you. Pray, and let the rosary always be in your hands as a sign to Satan that you belong to me (Monthly Message 3-25-88).

 

In Matthew's gospel, Jesus also calls us to prayer. Note that the Our Father contains a prayer against Satan as well: "and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." In Matthew, this petition is expressed in these words: "And do not bring us to the time of trial, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13).

 

Reflection:

At times we may notice that our prayer has become too self-centered. This is an opportunity to again focus on others, on "we" rather than "I", which is the spirit of the Lord's Prayer. In this vein, Charles Thompson writes:

You can not pray the Lord's Prayer and even once say "I."

You can not pray the Lord's Prayer and even once say "My." Nor can you pray the Lord's Prayer, and not pray for another; for when you ask for daily bread, you must include your brother.

For others are included in each and every plea: from the beginning to the end of it, it does not once say "Me."

 

Application:

Review the focus of your prayer today. Is it weighted more to yourself or to others? How can you correct the imbalance?

 A gigantic missile has been sighted aimed directly towards Washington, D.C.  Man cannot shoot it down or an enormous tsnaumi will wash away coastal cities along the ocean.  This missile will kill thousands of people- - -government leaders, people from other countries,- - - Senate, Congress, House and average citizens.

Feb 19 fri 6 am sorrowful mysteries

 

I was recalling when I lived in the states (20 yrs ago)
and how little time if any, I had with developing
any spiritual life. In my latter years there, my
sunday mass attendance started to lessen as I
even felt the need to rest from mass. My thought was
sunday is the only day I can veg out so sleep late
and stay in bed - as my days were filled with work
and chores from monday to saturday.

Jesus: I led you to recall those times to show
you the ploy of the enemy. He uses
your time against you. He likes to fill it with
many activities so you will get drained and
your energy too dissipated for prayer, for
coming to me.

After John baptized me, I went to
desert for 40 days with no food and water.
While you tried to fast the whole day ash wed and
only ate a little around 3 pm, you could not
last because you are not used to denying yourself.
Weakened, you could not realize yet that as
you cut yourself off from your physical
bondage, you become free to deepen your
spiritual life. I often while walking the earth
withdrew from crowds, from distractions in
order to pray and listen better to the Father.

    Offer a fast as a sign of obedience
    Offer a fast as a sign of trust
    Offer a fast to lighten my load
    Offer a fast to strengthen your souls
    Offer a fast to SAVE SOULS

Few fast. Too few see or feel the need. For them
it is enough to believe and pray.

     Fasting is prayer in action
                 is obedience in action
                 is following my WILL
                 is for your own good
                 is needed most NOW
You are approaching unprecedented times.
So many voices/professional/doctoral opinions
given to you from all sides telling you the
world will go this way or that. Opposing
each other, each trying to convince the other.

         I AM one voice
                  a still voice
                  PEACE amidst turmoil.
                  SECURITY amidst so many fears
                  LOVE amidst all the hatred
                  RESPECT amidst the nakedness of the times
                  SILENCE amidst all these noises

The hour is late, do not delay all you wish
to do in your spiritual life for a later time.
Begin NOW. Even if the hour is late I will
not leave you because I am here to call my
lost sheep. I will not rest until I have each
of you back among my fold.

You will need these lost sheep to draw
greater strength from as a community.

In the movie Lord of the Rings, the
middle kingdom must unite to defeat the
huge enemy. In the greatest battles, you saw
how men and children held swords they
knew not how to use against an awfully
large powerful, hate filled enemy clearly
outnumbering them, attacking them at night
in the cover of darkness.

I call everyone to take up their
swords, fortify the fort, wear their armor
of goodness, faithfulness, a life of virtues
and brandish their swords. Pray and I
shall be with you at the height of the battle.

Even the king, the leader of one of the last
earthly kingdoms said, when he saw how large
and powerful the enemy was, (my own words) " who can stand
before them"  he fell into desperation and
felt defeat was inevitable. "who can stand against such
wickedness"

But the king was an earthly king who
did not trust in the Divine Plan. So it is with you
today. I gather my flock from all ends of the
earth and I will unite you all for the
great battle. 'the light will come from the east! The night
is darkest just before the dawn.' recall these words. They
are for your time.

The enemy cannot see the plan of my Father.
The hatred, greed for money/power have kept their
souls locked in darkness.

From all over the world, I gather my own.
They will stand together inspite of the fractured
Church that is clearly coming soon.

DO not fear my daughter, that the darkness is
so vast. I said that the darkness cannot
drown out my LIGHT.

Horns are blowing, stand firm. Pray, fast,
love, repent, convert, bow down, do not delay your
offering. Offer now when it is needed.
I WILL provide all you need.

My dear ones, I am your Mother once again, Mary the Holy One of God.  I come to greet you on this special day in your lives, in this country, to tell you that you are My Valentines, My children.  Be delighted with this little gift of Mine, as I am delighted with you, My children.  There is so much serious occurrence in the world; and, so, I bring a light touch to My initial greeting today. 

How I love you, My dear ones!  I pray for all of your loved ones, all of your children every day; and all over the world every person in the world is My child.  How I love all My children, even those who are errant in their ways or who are actual enemies of the Father, of His plans, of the Church, of His holy ones.  My children, we have such a battle to fight.  Remember that I am with you with all of My power as Mother of God, as Queen of angels and saints, as Queen of all people who will accept Me, as Queen of the world.  I come to you this day to encourage you to continue whatever you are doing for the world, for the Fathers plan, and for the Fathers will in the greatest love and joy you can find in your hearts.  Let joy permeate every word you say.  Let your love pour forth on all you meet, not in a gushing way; but in an interested, loving and sincere way, truly happy to see each other.  You will be telling this to those who come to you, how happy you are to see them; and you will need to mean this, and they will feel welcome and comforted immediately.  They will be in such need, My children.  Comfort will be on top of their list and on top of the gifts you bring to them. 

 You see the world boiling with trouble, new challenges everywhere.  You see the enemies of the Father and of yourself, the enemies of love.  Pray for them this special day of love and about love, about the heart.  Their hearts are cold, My children, hard, only about destruction, many of them never knowing love.  It is the reason for mercy.  You are Gods mercy to the world, My children, in union with Jesus Who is the mercy of the Father.  My children, as you are rejoicing and celebrating today, think especially about those who live in darkness and with cold hearts with no one to love them, bent on destruction, bent on removing love from the world, removing any unity that exists, any comfort that is found anywhere.  It is a dreadful plot; and, of course, it is the plan of Satan himself.  I speak to you in serious words these days because it is a time before great eruption of events in the world.  You are all waiting, as it were with baited breath, as the saying goes; and so I encourage you to remember that I am with you, that I wait with you.  You are enclosed in My arms and in My heart as well as My mantle. 

All is well for you, My dear ones.  All is well with your prayers.  All is well with your fidelity, and with your love for each other, and for Me and your Triune God.  Let us give thanks today for our Beloved One, Jesus in all of your prayers and your celebrations.  Thank you, My children for being here.  Your numbers are greater today which speaks of the love in your hearts for all things Heavenly and for prayer.  Thank you, My dear ones.  You are My beloved, as well. Praise be to Jesus for Jesus is Lord, Saviour, Redeemer, Reconcilar of
all nations.

 Jesus, please your simple servant is listening.  I plead
your most precious blood over the following words..

Welcome my beloved
little one.  Thank you for opening your heart to My Words.  It is not
easy to follow the Teacher, and yes, my child,  you are the student
striving to surrender each day to your Master and Teacher, your Jesus
of Mercy.  Your trials are very difficult yet I have told you many
times you only need to call out to Me for I AM always with you and I
will carry you through each trial, each tribulation.  My Beloved Saint
Theresa of Avila knew that each trial, each tribulation, was a step
towards eternal salvation and that there would be many steps necessary
in this life to attain the Grace of Eternal Life with Me, your Jesus of
Mercy.  St. Theresa knew well the life of spiritual dryness and
spiritual darkness as she speaks of these many times over in her
written words.  It is My Grace given to the world, the meditations on
My Stations, which I have titled His Cross, His Mercy.   (I plead your
most precious blood over the words you give me, My Lord Jesus for I
only want to do your Holy Will)

 For many years now you have walked
this journey with Me, My little one.  This journey which has been in
your words, staying at the bottom of a tall mountain and climbing two steps
but falling three steps, never quite getting past  the second step of
the many thousands of steps up that steep mountain, yet you continue to
persevere though you feel you never seem to climb, only to fall.

 Oh, My beloved little one, if only each child would try to continue their
journey with Me I would gladly carry them daily securing an entrance
into eternal joy.  But it saddens Me that they desire instead the
worldly pleasures.  This is why I have given these very special graces
of  My Meditations of My Stations,  so that when those of you My
children will pray them devoutly, allowing graces through your
sacrifice and prayer of these My stations,  meditations which may open
hearts of those many that are on the brink of eternal damanation to receive the grace to turn from sin and souls saved. You my little one, question the gift that I am willing to give but when you give these words to  my beloved sons, my priests, who give you spiritual guidance and direction, will know in their hearts that as your Jesus of Mercy desires that this message is to be given.

As you have done, as I invited, to have My Meditations recorded, and
each one touched to My Relic of My True Cross receiving an anointing
for those opening their hearts to My Desire  to reach many of My
children.  Also, as I have promised each child obtaining this
meditation recorded will receive the same Graces as if they were having
a novena done in their home each time they pray devoutly with this
recording of My Stations.  If My children only knew the many souls that will be saved in answering My Call, My Desire for this special time in praying along with My Cross My Mercy (His Cross His Mercy)  I love you My little one and I thank you and all My children, your Jesus of Mercy

Open to Chronicles Ch 24 Vs17- After Jehoiadas death the officials of
Judah came to pay court to the king, and the king listened to their
advice, and they abandoned the Temple of Yahweh, God of their
ancestors, for the worship of sacred poles and idols.  Judah and
Jerusalem incurred wrath because of this guilt of theirs.  He sent
their prophets to lead them back to Yahweh;  these put the case against
them, but they would not listen.  The spirit of God then invested
Zechariah son of Jehoiada, the priest.  He stood up before the people
and said, “God says this, “Why transgress Yahwehs commands to your
certain ruin?  For if you abandon Yahweh, He will abandon you.

Vs 23 - At the turn of the year, the Aramaean army made war on Joash,.
When they reached Judah and Jerusalem, they massacred all the nations
government officials and sent all their booty to the king of Damascus.
Although the invading Aramean army was only a small body of men, Yahweh
allowed them to defeat a very large army because they had abandoned
Yahweh, God of their ancestors;  thus they executed judgement on Joash.

As OUR LADY held her SON, OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, in her arms HER HEART WAS TORN BY GREAT SORROW AND SUFFERING.

Then came the RESURRECTION WHICH MADE ALL THE SORROW AND SUFFERING WORTH IT.

In the final years of this era there will be GREAT SORROW AND SUFFERING but it all will be WORTH IT as the NEW ERA WILL BE PARADISE ON EARTH.

Feb 12 Fri 7:30 am sorrowful mysteries

Me: Guide me O lord, in how I pray, what I ask for. Give me the right frame of mind so I ask without pride, without hidden impure motives other than that all I ask is within your  Divine Will.

(I had been wondering as I used the Padre Pio Novena for healing of a critically sick relative if a physical healing is within His will or if it the person's destiny to meet his death  and so I kept thinking how to pray over this person. Still, I asked for physical healing/recovery)

Jesus: Recall my beloved Lazarus. How I resurrected him from the dead. You have always in the past tried to answer the question I posed rhetorically : which is easier to do, to raise a man from the dead
or forgive him his sins but that you do not doubt I shall do both.

Man cannot answer this question because it is not within man's grasp.
Either to breathe life back into man or to forgive man his
sins. But both are only possible by the  will of the Father.

I performed both not for show, or pride
or to call attention to myself. But that
generations after may know I AM
the One true Son of the Father. I brought
Lazarus back from the dead. I reversed the
process of death already happening so that the
Father may be glorified. When i brought Lazarus
back to life he was made whole in all
aspects - physical, mental, emotional and
lastly spiritual. I heal completely.

When you pray for healing pray for
complete healing, so that should it be the
Father's will not to honor physical healing and
recovery, He may grant spiritual healing to
the soul through your intercession.

The higher of the two tasks is the latter -
to forgive man his sins. I was sent by the
Father for this task. And in obedience I
completed this task so that all generations
hence may obtain forgiveness from the Father.
Anything you ask the Father in My name,
shall be given you. The healing of the soul is
the greatest task/goal of each of my children.
Ask for mercy, for grace, for healing of the soul.
When you ask and put all your TRUST in ME
and in MY FATHER, This shall be granted you
and all other blessings,fruits besides this
become yours for the taking.
Continue to TRUST IN ME.

Note: I read in my bible afterwards there are two healings
incorporated in this message. Healing of paralytic where his sins were first forgiven, then he was commanded to rise (Mark 2: 1-12)
and raising of Lazarus from the dead - where Jesus, to glorify God,
cried to Lazarus to come out of his tomb after being dead for
4 days (John 11:1-44) .

There seems to be a 'fusion' of the two distinct
miracles but it is the message
that I was directed to write hence I only
confirmed in the bible after message that there are
two separate distinct miracles.

Yea Though I walk Through The Valley Of Darkness

     Today we attended our usual 8:00 AM Mass at our parish, Our Lady Of Sorrows where I made small offerings to Jesus and Mary and prayed for all those with special needs and intentions.

   Before receiving the most sacred Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the sacrament of Holy Communion, I made an Act of Contrition. After receiving the most sacred Host, I knelt in silent prayer with Jesus and gave thanks and praise to Him. Then I asked, “Speak Lord (always and only if it be His will, of course), Your servant listens.

  With both hands covering my face in order to be perfectly alone with Jesus and remove all distraction, I focused only on Him. I began to see two colors. A background of black that was completely speckled with blue flecks. Almost resembling a woven fabric.

     Then Jesus answered my prayer saying: “My child Eileen, While there is much darkness in the world and My people are often blue because of this darkness, as AM I, continue to walk through the darkness focusing on Me with faith and trust. My children know that I will never leave you.

    Go in peace to love and serve the Lord. Continue to pray for your brothers and sisters. Amen.

I visited Purgatory with the Holy Angel Certain Souls approached me a group of men. They were grateful for my prayers. They said, "Valentina, why did God make us of the flesh? We wish that we were made of something different so we wouldnt have these desires."

One man approached me and said, "Most sin that we commit is due to the way some women dress in such a shameful way. They are destroying the world because of the way they expose themselves.

Whatever wrong a person does, it is on their own conscience.

Our lord Himself told me, For all the shameful things they do here on earth, one day, in My Holy presence they will be exposed shamefully in front of all My Holy Angels and Saints. I will not clothe them in a beautiful garment unless they repent.

A vision of a Holy Soul came to me she said, "Valentina, I have to come to tell you about the secrets that our Lord revealed to us little by little."

"When we first died, we were confused and unhappy. We learned that we had to be purified and that for penance we had to do what we were told."

"Sometimes, it was very hard and painful with the help of prayers and Mass offerings, gave us great relief."

"Little by little, we were raised higher. Our only desire was to be with god as quickly as we could."

"Valentina, thankyou for your help and prayers. They helped me to reach where I am now."

"I cannot describe to you the joy I am experiencing now."

"Our Lord showed me why we become sick and die prematurely. It is all for a good reason. Gradually, he explains things to us until we reach perfection. We are now with God. We do not miss our families anymore all this has been taken away from us. We think of them but not yearning for them."

The Soul was so joyous and happy as she explained how a person progresses in Holy Purgatory until finally the ultimate day of deliverance, Heaven, Home.

Jesus spoke this morning, His expression was sad.

"Peace be with you, My child, let us be united as one so you can give me great consolation. Look at My Sacred Heart, broken. It will tell you that I am not happy I have been scourged and wounded all over again. My Holy Cross bothers them all over the world. They keep removing it from all places, even in some Catholic churches. They are afraid My Holy Cross offends people of different religions. Shamefully, they betray Me like Judas. Over and over again, in places like Italy which was the most Catholic country. Priests and Bishops keep silent. They are afraid they may be threatened by society and scandalised.

Tell them, My child, be truthful, dont be afraid and speak out and defend Me.

Do you know, My Holy Cross is the salvation of men. Without My Holy Cross, there is no salvation at all.

Go ahead, remove My Holy Cross you hypocrites. The more you deny God, the more troubles will befall you and your countries.

"You already experience disasters all over the world. They will continue to be your fate."

"It will bring you on your knees."

For your time now is repentance."

"Your lives will become harder and harder and you will see your brothers dying of hunger and thirst. Disasters will fall on all humanity, sickness and wars, persecutions. Humanity torn apart because of these disasters and violence."

"You men of power and pride, see how far you can go without My mercy.!"

"I Tell you, I don’t keep silent. I speak out through My prophets and they will tell you My Holy Cross will never be removed."

 Message Thru Marie- February 14 -15

Feb 14 Heart's Day 7:30 am, my altar, Glorious Mysteries'

Yesterday I was overcome with self pity as my
day was so full of chores: attending confirmation
seminar of my son, going to grocery, attending to
lunch of my kids, travelling over 3 hours to get to
our summer house to pay for renovation/repair works,
checked accomplishment/ supplies etc, settled bills,
paid the caretaker, brought plants for planting and
rushing to plant before dark,hurried home so left by 6 pm.
All this without my husband. Got caught in traffic and arrived
home around 9:30 pm. Back was aching and self pity attack -
I prayed on trip home and the feeling went away.

This morning, I was directed to open book on
Blessed Anna Maria Taigi : wife, mother and mystic by
Albert Bessieres, S.J. This book is normally in my library upstairs.

Anna was married to Domenico who had a temper, easily
flared up at slightest imperfection, they had 6 kids or so and lived in
a tight servant's room with her children, her difficult mother in law and
later on, even her children's spouses.

Jesus told Anna when at times Anna was spiritually
attacked that "when I speak to you
I I produce in you tenderness, peace, compunction,
above all, HUMILITY. Know well, my daughter,
that no matte how much he desires to love me, if
a man enter not the straight path of humility he
will keep on stumbling. Man has within himself
a dust that settles around his heart: it is called
self love. Man is full of pride and I have nothing
to do with the proud."

"Only the humble find favor in my sight."

and again, "Daughter, when the soul is fervent
it ought to humble itself and not be so self sure for
otherwise, it makes hasty promises and then, when coolness
returns, it becomes timid and full of fears."

Later on when Anna was criticized for her devotions,
she got upset and Jesus said " You are in
too much of a hurry, My daughter! Repress
this natural impetuosity of yours, live in peace and roll
the world under your feet. Remember that if a soul tries
to fly from the cross I have given him I promptly load
him with a much heavier one. What, My daughter,
you who are so thirsty for suffering let yourself be so
quickly overwhelmed with sadness. But you know
well and understand that you shall suffer unto the end"

And this part I really could connect when Jesus said
as more trouble brewed between her
husband and mother and this made her sadness grow:
"Ah, I have given you a wealth of good
instruction and you do not take the trouble to recall it to mind
you allow yourself to be overcome by sadness and
discouragement. A wise and prudent person in whatever
distressing set of circumstances he finds himself,
always says: "I have thoroughly deserved it, in fact it is
nothing to what I deserve. He does not become
anxious interiorly."

"I have told you many, many times that to
become possessed of my peace and calm one must
lay aside one's own judgment, bow the head, and be
filled with my Holy Humility."

Yesterday as I was travelling home, I was told,
"my daughter, why the self pity. Why think yourself
so highly? deserving this consideration or that? Instead
empty yourself, humble yourself. Be grateful. Be grateful
for your many blessings. Be thankful too for your cross.

Offer it." Immediately I became so ashamed
of all my complaining and offered my tiredness,
my chores and afterwards, after various prayers, was not anymore
bothered by sad, self pitying thoughts. Afterwards,
I grew calm and started thanking the Lord
for my husband, that he is a good and considerate
husband and father and I started to see again
his good points. Before the offering I could only
think, 'oh everything is on my shoulders.
Poor me, poor me, tired me. And I could only
see my husband in a very negative/resentful light!
In other words, Self pride was rearing its ugly head! I
could only see and value myself so highly and this
clouded my mind and my heart into not seeing or valuing
my spouse! Very dangerous...

Feb 15 Monday 7:10 am Joyful Mysteries

Jesus: write about your dream

Me: In the dream, I was in mass and it was time for communion
I was in the front of the line to receive communion. Then a woman
lay minister (she was not dressed like a woman but had short hair
and dressed like most lay male ministers) came to distribute the
consecrated hosts but she did not distribute them. Three times or
more she hesitated/was frozen, she left her place and
came back after a time then stopped short of giving me the host.

Finally I had grown impatient since
she did not want to distribute and maybe
15 mins had passed and we were all waiting
for her. She left and just did not distribute hosts.
I was so angry with her that in the end I
followed her and she still held on to the chalice and did not
give it to me. Like she turned away from me.
So I grabbed a handful of hosts -( this was a
dream so i've never done this and there are no lay female ministers
where i attend mass who distribute hosts- we always have enough
lay male ministers to do this). Anyway, in dream still, I
got one for myself then quickly the rest of host in my palm
 the crowd scrambled to get hold of. But so many the crowd was
and what little i grabbed was gone soon. I woke up disturbed.

My thought was a woman lay minister! Also it was like she had a
certain air of masculinity. Like she was gay or something.
 What does this mean?

Jesus: Already many of my chosen sons
have left the priesthood, but time is near when
there will be no more masses.

Me: My lord, all churches we go to here in
Philippines is full of people, all going to mass.
I cannot imagine it  yet my Lord.

Jesus: The priests will soon be gone from your
midst and many of you will be left shepherdless.

Me: Oh lord, spare us this event. We need your
sustenance as we live in dark times.

Jesus: My child, most who attend mass attend it
out of show. Most will not miss the mass
when a revolution in the Church occurs.
Many come because it is a habit, a ritual
they have become accustomed to doing.

So few, so few (pause here - very sad I felt Jesus)
even bother to truly repent of their sins -
where are the lines to confession? Observe, observe
many, almost majority always
receive me in a grave state of sin!!! Few
wash their stains by confession.
They do not really see the state of their
souls. It is soon time to show them -
for they know not what pain they cause me.

Feb 18 Thus 4 am Luminous Mysteries

I woke up so early, around 3, couldn't sleep and went downstairs to pray instead. After an hour
I felt drowsy so went back up to get some more sleep. Left house early for early appointment.
No time to write yet plus I was struggling with the 'task' of sending messages.

11 pm: kids already asleep since nine. Finished a movie and had urging to go down to my altar

Me: Lord, it was different before - Mama Mary and you both would enlighten me about many
things, lessons of the spirit. But just us.

Now I feel the pressure of the responsibility
of sending these messages out. You know I worry
that I might be misleading or get misdirected
by a voice other than yours. Yet i feel grateful if I could be
of service in this way.

Jesus: Worry not my child. People can discern
through the help of the Holy Spirit. If the words
are not of ME then they will not have a
response deep in their souls. I am interested
in reaching all my lost sheep.

In your desire to be led by ME, your words
will act upon each soul that desires to know
ME. Know that it is not your words that cause
the change rather the Spirit moves you first
then the flow occurs and the Spirit moves them.
Even if your choice of words
is insufficient, worry not for the Spirit does not
change, It is the same yesterday, today and
tomorrow. The Spirit will direct you to the
right words.

Whatever you write, know that I will act
upon each soul on the level that they can
open up to ME. So in one, the response will
be tremendous and bear bountiful harvest. In
another, filled with the attachments of this word,
hardly any change takes place.

When you feel overwhelmed, let my Spirit calm
you. It is enough that you are willing in this task.

LONG PAUSE

It is lent. I have a request from all - pray and fast.
Pray in silence and fast in silence.
Fast from pleasures of this world. These will
not only strengthen you but cause many positive
graces and healings to take place. So few truly
offer any sacrifice to atone for their sins.
So few believe they sin and so feel no need to
sacrifice.

When you sacrifice you receive many spiritual
gifts. If you follow my request, you shall see
immediately the results. Your prayers will have
greater power. Prayers with your
offerings (fasts) are needed most now.

 My dear little children, praised be Jesus!
 
 Thank you, children, for praying, for coming here to pray with us.  My Son is so pleased.  The Holy Spirit is here to give you abundant enlightenment.  I am here to give you abundant graces.  Thanks be to God the Father!
 
 Little ones, the world is in tremendous turmoil; and every place, every country and every area that you can imagine is being dissected and is in turmoil.  Pray with all your heart that God will spare you from the events to unfold due to the lack of commitment, the lack of charitable love and the lack of faithfulness to Him. 
 
 Know that you are special, but even in your specialness there is weakness.  

You must give to God all of who you are and ask Him to heal you, to guide you,
to give you knowledge and wisdom and prudence, and to cleanse you.  You are to
lead, and to lead you have to be pure in all areas.  God knows the areas in
which you need to be purified.
 
 
I’m here to guide you, to love you, to protect you, to comfort you and to draw you into my most Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, so that you will never, never be led astray again!

 
Children, know that this is true:  There is no time for doubt and no time for
fear, but there is time for change. There is time for love, and no time for
hate.  There is time to give, but no time to be selfish.  There is time to
detach, but no time to be enticed by the things of the world.  Please, you who have eyes to see and ears to hear, look around and see what you see and hear what you hear, and you will be enlightened to see and hear all that is about to afflict the world. 

 
The entire world is in danger, not one country, nor two, nor three, but all
continents.  You are all family, and you are all about to be afflicted with
pain, not from God because He desires it, but because of your poor choices and your own desires to do what you desire instead of what God desires for you. 
 
 
However, remember:   God is merciful and kind, compassionate and forgiving.  He can mitigate and change all.  He can change anything He desires.  Only He knows the time and the place.  If but you as humble servants bow in gratefulness to Him, you can change the tide.  The waves crashing in can be softened. 
 
 
Look, look into my Heart and thrive in the most glorious Presence of being in Jesus, my Son, in the Eucharist.  There is all hope!  Your whole renewal is there!  Your healing, the Truth, the Light!  Look He is here, and He desires to be with you. 
 
 Never forget:  You can make a difference!  Many would like to tell you that you are not worthy, but you are.  As your Mother I see and I can tell you:  Be strong, courageous and move valiantly ahead.
 
 I love you.  You belong to me.   God created you, and in thanksgiving to Him I will make you new, whole and most perfect, so that when you see Him face to face, you will be there with Him radiant, glorious and free.

"Become My friends"

Dear Friends,

 

The Commissioning of the Twelve

Jesus sent out these twelve after instructing them thus, “Do not go into pagan territory or enter a Samaritan town. Go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. As you go, make this proclamation: ‘The Kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, drive out demons. Without cost you have received, without cost you are to give.

 

Do not take gold or silver or copper for your belts; no sack for the journey, or a second tunic, or sandals, or walking stick. The laborer deserves his keep. Whatever town or village you enter, look for a worthy person in it, and stay there until you leave. As you enter a house, wish it peace. If the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it; if not, let your peace return to you.

 

Whoever will not receive you or listen to your words—go outside that house or town and shake the dust from your feet. Amen, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.” (Matthew 10:5–15)

 

 

Here below is the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“After I taught the Apostles, I sent them out to the villages and towns of the Jewish people. It was not yet time for them to go to the pagan places or to the Samaritan towns.

 

I sent them to proclaim that the Kingdom of heaven was near. I gave them power to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers and drive out demons. If they were welcomed in the village or town they visited, then they were to stay there and do their work. If they were not welcomed, they were to go outside the place and shake the dust from their feet. I will bring judgment upon that place.

 

As I sent out the Apostles, I also send you out to the various roads and villages and towns where you live. I want you to visit them and announce to them that I am their Savior and all should believe in Me. If they believe, encourage them to pray every day and to go to church regularly and to live as followers of mine. If they do not believe, pray with them that they may receive the gift of faith and invite them to go to Church on Sunday. In this way you will win many people who will become My friends and My followers. If you work like the Apostles, you will win a great reward in heaven. I bless you.”

"If you love Me, you will love My Church"

Dear Friends,

 

The Mission of the Twelve

Then Jesus summoned his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits to drive them out and to cure every disease and every illness. The names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon called Peter, and his brother Andrew; James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John; Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James, the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddeus; Simon the Cananean, and Judas Iscariot who betrayed him. (Matthew 10:1–4)

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Soon after I started My public life, I selected My twelve Apostles. These twelve men were to play an important role in establishing My Church. At the beginning I gave them authority to drive out the evil spirits and to cure the sick. As the Son of God, I had the power to do these things and I passed it on to the twelve I called to be Apostles.

 

These lived with Me during the three years of My public life. They listened to My teachings, they saw the miracles I performed such as raising Lazarus to life and how I chased evil spirits from the people and how I cured the sick.

It was at Pentecost that the Church was born when Peter went out and preached to the people who had gathered in front of the building where the Holy Spirit came down on the Apostles and those gathered with them. That day about three thousand people were baptized and became My followers. My chosen ones worked very well to begin My Church and many people joined it.

 

So My Church is the one built upon the Apostles with Peter as the head. Peter will remain the head of the Church until the end of the world through his successor, the Bishop of Rome. The successors of the other Apostles are the Bishops who are in union with the Bishop of Rome. The priests are also successors of the Apostles.

 

All the Apostles except John are martyrs who died for their faith. They are to be honored in My Church for they are great examples of holiness and dedication. One Apostle, Judas Iscariot, betrayed Me and it would have been better if he had not been born. If you love Me, you will love My Church and be an active member. I love you.”

"The Church nourishes the Life of God in you"

Dear Friends,

The Compassion of Jesus

Jesus went around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and curing every disease and illness. At the sight of the crowds, his heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd.

 

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few, so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” (Matthew 9:35–38)

Below is the message of Our Lady given to Joseph. Our Blessed Mother spoke to him these words,

“During His public life, My Son Jesus worked very hard going through every village or town throughout the country proclaiming the Kingdom of God. He had come to inaugurate the Kingdom and He wants that all the peoples of the world enter His Kingdom.

I was part of His Kingdom from the beginning and I pray always for all the members that they will grow in holiness every day. I also pray for those who are not yet part of the Kingdom that they will come to believe in their Savior and be baptized and so be part of the Kingdom.

 

All those who are in the Kingdom and follow what Jesus, My Son, has taught them will receive eternal life and be in heaven one day. You are all called to pray with great love and with the heart and you will receive the graces and strength you need.

 

Prayer is essential for you as a member of the Kingdom for it waters the life of God in you. Be an active member of the Church founded by My Son for the Church is the door of the Kingdom. The Church nourishes the Life of God in you and brings you great gifts. I love you all.”

"Have faith in Me today and every day"

Dear Friends,

 

The Healing of a Paralytic

Jesus entered a boat, made the crossing, and came into his own town. And there people brought to him a paralytic lying on a stretcher. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Courage, child, your sins are forgiven.” At that, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man is blaspheming.”

 

Jesus knew what they were thinking, and said, “Why do you harbor evil thoughts? Which is easier, to say, ‘Yours sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he then said to the paralytic, “Rise, pick up your stretcher, and go home.”

 

He rose and went home. When the crowds saw this they were struck with awe and glorified God who has given such authority to human beings. (Matthew 9:1–8)

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“At times I used certain healings to teach the people a certain truth. The words I said to the paralytic man were these, ‘Courage, child, your sins are forgiven.’ This shows that I have the power to forgive sins. The scribes knew that only God has the power to do such a thing. If I forgive people, then I must have divine power.

 

To show them that I had this power, I then told the paralytic, ‘Rise, pick up your stretcher, and go home.’ Immediately he got up, took his stretcher and went home. Through this miracle the people believed that indeed I had power greater than any human being.

This power of healing I can give to any person. I gave this power to the Apostles whom I sent out two by two to visit the villages and heal the sick. Indeed many sick were healed through this power. Today there are many in every country who are channels of My healing power.

 

This shows that I continue My healing ministry although nobody sees Me. Through these healings, you can come to believe that I am the Son of God with all the power of God. Indeed I am truly human but I am also divine. Have faith in Me today and every day.”

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 13 - DEVOTE YOUR PRAYERS TO ME

"Lent this year, according to the Holy Father's invitation, emphasizes our essential rapport with the Eucharist. ... I would like to summarize in three points our Lenten commitment:

1.The liturgy of the Church ... is the first instrument of authentic evangelization;

 

2. On Sundays we rediscover the Eucharist; and

 

3. With the Eucharist we rediscover the rapport between liturgy and life" [which demands] "resolute witnessing to true values: the family, personal honesty, commitments deriving from marriage, priestly celibacy and religious life ... without which there is no true spirit of poverty" (Cardinal James Francis Stafford, Feb. 9, 2005).

Jesus, my Love, today gave me to understand how much He loves me, although there is such an enormous gap between us, the Creator and the creature; and yet, in a way, there is something like equality: love fills up the gap. He Himself descends to me and makes me capable of communing with Him.

 

I immerse myself in Him, losing myself as it were; and yet, under His loving gaze, my soul gains strength and power and an awareness that it loves and is especially loved. It knows that the Mighty One protects it. Such prayer, though short, benefits the soul greatly, and whole hours of ordinary prayer do not give the soul that light which is given by a brief moment of this higher form of prayer.       (815)

I have come to understand today that even if I did not accomplish any of the things the Lord is demanding of me, I know that I shall be rewarded as if I had fulfilled everything, because He sees the intention with which I begin, and even if He called me to himself today, the work would not suffer at all by that, because He himself is the Lord of both the work and the worker.

 

My part is to love Him to folly; all works are nothing more than a tiny drop before Him. It is love that has meaning and power and merit. He has opened up great horizons in my soul-love compensates for the chasms.       (822)

Feb 13 - DEVOTE YOUR PRAYERS TO ME
 
From a monthly message in 1988:

Dear children, again I call you to prayer and complete surrender to God. You know that I love you, and have come here out of love so that I could show you the way to peace -- and to salvation for your souls. Do not let Satan corrupt you -- obey me in this. Satan is very strong and therefore I ask you to devote your prayers to me, so that those who are under his influence may be saved. Witness by your lives.

 

Sacrifice your lives for the salvation of the world. Know that I am with you and am grateful to you' in heaven you will receive the Father's reward, as he has promised. And so, dear children, do not be afraid. If you pray, Satan cannot harm you in the least, for you are God's children and he watches over you. Pray, and let the rosary always be in your hands as a sign to Satan that you belong to me (Monthly Message 3-25-88).
 
 
In Matthew's gospel, Jesus also calls us to prayer. Note that the Our Father contains a prayer against Satan as well: "and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." In Matthew, this petition is expressed in these words: "And do not bring us to the time of trial, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13).
 
 
Reflection:
At times we may notice that our prayer has become too self-centered. This is an opportunity to again focus on others, on "we" rather than "I", which is the spirit of the Lord's Prayer. In this vein, Charles Thompson writes:

You can not pray the Lord's Prayer and even once say "I."
You can not pray the Lord's Prayer and even once say "My." Nor can you pray the Lord's Prayer, and not pray for another; for when you ask for daily bread, you must include your brother.

For others are included in each and every plea: from the beginning to the end of it, it does not once say "Me."
 
 
Application:
Review the focus of your prayer today. Is it weighted more to yourself or to others? How can you correct the imbalance?
 

 

 

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 15 - A YEAR FOR YOUTH - Sr Lucia dies at 97

 "The prayer of the Rosary, or five decades of it, after the Sacred Liturgy of the Eucharist, is what most unites us to God by the richness of the prayers . . . we see that it is indeed a Trinitarian and a Eucharistic prayer, even more than a Marian one.  I do not know if we can find prayers more sublime or more appropriate to recite before the Blessed Sacrament" (Sr. Lucia of Fatima).

 

"It is from this fruit that other generation of this Immaculate Heart is to be fed, as Jesus said: 'I am the bread of life. He who eats my flesh and
drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. As [...] I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me' (Jn 6:48, 56-57). And to live thus because of Christ is also to live because of Mary, since Jesus had received his body and blood from Mary.

 

 It was in this Heart that the Father placed his Son, as if in the first Tabernacle. Mary was the first pyx that held him, and it was the blood of her Immaculate Heart which communicated to the Son of God his life and his human nature from which we all, in turn, receive 'grace upon grace'" (Jn 1:16). Jesus and your soul must cultivate the vineyard together. It is for you to pick up and carry away the stones, to pull out the thorn bushes. It is the task of Jesus to sow, plant, cultivate, to water.

I would like to prepare all nations for the coming of the Word Incarnate. O Jesus, make the fount of Your mercy gush forth more abundantly, for humankind is seriously ill and thus has more need than ever of Your compassion. You are a bottomless sea of mercy for us sinners; and the greater the misery, the more right we have to Your mercy. You are a fount which makes all creatures happy by Your infinite mercy.       (793)

 

During Holy Mass, the little Infant Jesus brings joy to my soul. Often, distance does not exist-I see a certain priest who brings Him down. I am awaiting Christmas with great yearning; I am living in expectation together with the Most Holy Mother.       (829)

 

December 23, 1936. I am spending this time with the Mother of God and preparing myself for the solemn moment of the coming of the Lord Jesus. The Mother of God is instructing me in the interior life of the soul with Jesus, especially in Holy Communion. It is only in eternity that we shall know the great mystery effected in us by Holy Communion. O most precious moments of my life!       (840)

Feb 15 - A YEAR FOR YOUTH

 

The Blessed Mother speaks of youth today:

Dear children, from today I would like you to begin a special "year for youth." Pray for young people during this year; talk with them. Today our young people find themselves in a very difficult situation, and so I ask you to help each other....Pray, dear children (Visionary Prayer Group 8-15-88).

 

In his first letter to Timothy, St. Paul encourages his young friend:

Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity (Tim 4:12).

 

Reflection:

 

Both Our Lady and St. Paul emphasize the special role of young people in the church. Paul's friend Timothy was a young leader in the early church at Ephesus, of whom the apostle wrote: "I have no one like him who will be genuinely concerned for your welfare. All of them are seeking their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ."

 

In Timothy's assignment at Ephesus, Paul knew that it would be easy for older Christians to question his leadership because of his youth, but he earned their respect by setting an example in his teaching, life, love and faith. Regardless of age, the Lord uses us in his great plan of salvation. Clearly the zeal and enthusiasm of youth are not only treasures of the church, but also its bright future.

 

Application:

 

Let us simply heed the Madonna's advice today: "Pray for young people, talk with them."

 

Medjugorje Day By Day Feb 14 - ST. VALENTINES DAY

 

 "Our Lord finished His work, but we have not finished ours.  He pointed the way we must follow.  He laid down the Cross at the finish, but we must take it up.  He finished Redemption in His physical Body, but we have not finished it in His Mystical Body.  He has finished salvation, we have not yet applied it to our souls.  He has finished the Temple, but we must live in it.  He has finished the model Cross, we must fashion ours to its pattern. 

 

He has finished sowing the seed, we must reap the harvest.  He has finished filling the chalice, but we have not finished drinking its refreshing draughts.  He has planted the wheat field; we must gather it into our barns.  He has finished the sacrifice of Calvary; we must finish the Mass. 

 

The Crucifixion was not meant to be an inspirational drama, but a pattern act on which to model our lives.  We are not meant to sit and watch the Cross as something done and ended . . . What was done on Calvary avails for us only in the degree that we repeat it in our own lives" (Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, Calvary and the Mass).

A kind person is one of a kind!

"Because kindness is related to love, it follows that the kind person loves another not for the pleasure the other person gives, nor because the other person can do us a kindness in return, but because the other person is loveable in himself. The basic reason why everyone is lovable is because God made him."

 

St. Faustina's diary -

 In the evening, a great longing took possession of my soul. I took the pamphlet with the Image of the Merciful Jesus on it and pressed it to my heart, and the following words burst forth from my soul: "Jesus, Eternal Love, I live for You, I die for You, and I want to become united with You."

 

Suddenly I saw the Lord in His inexpressible beauty. He looked at me graciously and said, My daughter, I too came down from heaven out of love for you; I lived for you, I died for you, and I created the heavens for you.

 

And Jesus pressed me to His Heart and said to me, Very soon now; be at peace, My daughter. When I was alone, my soul was set afire with the desire to suffer until the moment when the Lord would say, "Enough." And even if I were to live for thousands of years, I see in the light of God that is but one moment. Souls...[unfinished thought].       (853)

 
 During the morning meditation, I felt an aversion and a repugnance for all created things. Everything pales before my eyes; my spirit is detached from all things. I desire only God himself, and yet I must live. This is a martyrdom beyond description. God imparts himself to the soul in a loving way and draws it into the infinite depths of His divinity, but at the same time He leaves it here on earth for the sole purpose that it might suffer and die of longing for Him.

 

And this strong love is so pure that God himself finds pleasure in it; and self-love has no access to its deeds, for here everything is totally saturated with bitterness, and thus is totally pure.

 

Life is a continuous dying, painful and terrible, and at the same time it is the depth of true life and of inconceivable happiness and the strength of the soul; and because of this, [the soul] is capable of great deeds for the sake of God.       (856)

Feb 14 - ST. VALENTINE'S DAY

On this Valentine's Day, the Blessed Mother asks for our hearts:

Dear children, today I invite you to offer me your hearts so that I can change them to be like my own. You ask yourselves why you are not able to satisfy my requests? You are not able to because you have not entrusted your hearts to me, so that I can change them. You give me words, but you do not act. So then, do all that I tell you. Only in that way can I be with you (Weekly Message 5-15-86).

Reflection:

On this feast of St. Valentine, Our Lady asks for our hearts, "so I can change them to be like my own." Once we give them, they are filled with God's own life and love; indeed, they are made eternal:

See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God's children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is (1 Jn 3:1-2).

This is the great inheritance of love, a gift beyond imagining -- to share in the very life of God.

This is also the reason Our Lady asks for our hearts today, that she can begin to transform them into the image of her Son's. We can then begin to live the life of heaven while on earth, embracing others with the divine love that has been given to us. As St. Teresa of Avila wrote:

O soul in God hidden from sin,
What more desires for thee remain,
Save but to love, and love again,
And all on flame with love within,
Love on, and turn to love again?
 
 
 
Application:
In prayer today, simply ask the Lord to deepen his love within your heart.

 "He is your great friend"

Dear Friends,

 The True Family of Jesus

While Jesus was still speaking to the crowds, his mother and his brothers appeared outside, wishing to speak with him. Someone told him, Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, asking to speak with you.But he said in reply to the one who told him, Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my heavenly Father is my brother, and sister, and mother. (Matthew 12:46–50)

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Joseph. She spoke to him in these words,

My dear brother, I bless you and I bless all My children living in every country in the world. I was chosen as the Mother of Jesus, the Son of God, who is the Savior of the world. As a mother, I love Him wholeheartedly and I wanted to be with Him at all times.

I knew He was chosen to establish His Kingdom and to found His Church and at the end He offered Himself in sacrifice on the cross for the salvation of all the people of the world. It was on the cross before He died that He chose Me to be your Mother. It was also at the cross that the sword pierced My heart because of the terrible suffering I underwent in seeing My dear Son dying in such horrible pain.

At times when My Son Jesus was traveling in different parts of Israel I would go and meet Him. It was the great longing of My heart to see Him again. I also came to know the Apostles He had chosen who would be the leaders in His Church. I would travel with Jesus’ brothers whom you would call cousins, as they were the sons of Joseph’s brothers.

I call you, My sons and daughters, to renew your love for My Son Jesus. Read the Bible especially the Gospels where you have the very words of Jesus. He came to teach you the truth and what you are to do to be His disciples.

 Obey Him in all things and you will be blessed. My mission is to bring each one of you to Him, that you believe in Him with all your heart and be men and women of prayer. He is always ready to listen to you if you come to Him with great faith and full of love. He is your great friend.

Dear Friends,

 The Answer to Prayers

Jesus said, Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Which one of you would hand his son a stone when he asks for a loaf of bread, or a snake when he asks for a fish? If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him. Do to others whatever you would have them do to you. This is the law and the prophets.(Matthew 7:7:12)

If you believe in Me, My friends, you will ask Me for what you need in prayer. I always listen to every prayer and I answer them but not always in the same way you ask. Sometimes I will delay My answer to see if you have perseverance but when you do, then I will give you what you need if it is according to the Father’s will.

The Father is always ready to give you the graces you need if you open your heart to Him. Before you come to ask for what you need, it is good that you repent of all your sins and desire to follow the Ten Commandments given to you by the Father. The Father blesses you if you are humble and if you repent of all your sins.

When I was on earth many people came to Me to ask for a healing. I would place My hand on each one’s head and simply say be healed and the person was healed. I have given to some the gift of healing and I want you to go to these people and ask them for what you need.

They will lay their hands on you and pray for whatever healing you need. I listen to such prayers and I grant to many an important healing. You know that these have the gift of healing when people with whom they pray are healed. Respect such people and come to ask them for their prayers. Through these healers I am working all over the world to cure those in need. Through them I show you My love.

Me: This morning i was shown a very Huge wave,
nothing like ache. Then I got the number
9 (nine), 9 stories high? 9 buildings high?
Since I was dreaming I didn't question yet
so it was 9 buildings high !

It was when I woke up that I said to
myself impossible - that's ridiculous, that's too
high, too much water. Since I wasn't shown
where this took place - what coast, I just shrugged it off.

Anyway, they say prayers can mitigate, delay,
reduce, severity of pending events. I urge
everyone to pray to reduce if not totally

Jesus said: My people, a church will succeed where the priests and the bishops are inspired enough to make it work. You have two major problems in a shortage of priests, and a dropping attendance from the laity. There are plenty of vocations that I send to each diocese. If you are lacking in vocations, then you need to examine those who are operating your priest formation and those who are choosing your candidates.

There also needs to be a proper fertile ground of holiness with prayer and Adoration of My Blessed Sacrament to encourage vocations. If you can inspire more vocations, then that part of your problem would help keep more lay people coming to church. When you do not have a pastor, then your people will leave to go to a church that has one. General attendance at Sunday Mass has been dropping because of the evil age that you are living in and because of the many distractions that are taking people into other faiths. My people need to be encouraged in their prayer life and their sacramental life. You have Me in Holy Communion and in My forgiveness in Confession.

Use My graces and sacramentals to protect yourself from your daily temptations. It is spiritual laziness that is affecting your vocations, and your attendance at Mass. Pray for the lukewarm to be re-converted and for conversions of your young people who are leaving your churches. Pray for your priests and for vocations to stop the shortage of priests.

Jesus said: My people, it is one thing to complain and sit idly by watching life go by you. It is another thing to stand up to your persecutors and still proclaim the Gospel by fighting in peaceful demonstrations against your abortion court decision. When the people rise up against their evil-minded leaders, you can see how the pro-death candidates can be defeated.

This latest Health Plan in all of its backroom deals has infuriated the people, and they are taking action against the current administration’s plans to force a bad bill through the Congress. Even as David defeated Goliath, so the death culture people have lost a crucial Senate seat, halting their 60 vote majority.

Now you are seeing that the will of the people can still override the one world people if you take action as a group over their power. Call on My power in prayer and you can even move political mountains.

Jesus said: My people, to create a need for a National Emergency, the one world people could use various terrorist plots to either destroy some major buildings, spread a deadly Swine Flu virus, or poison your water. These attacks on your air, water, or your electric grid are your most vulnerable targets. This is why the elite have their underground bunkers so they can protect themselves from any means of cutting down the population.

 The death culture people are planning to reduce the population dramatically, and the quickest way is through a highly contagious and deadly pandemic virus. This could be spread by release through chemtrails or spreading the disease by putting live virus in the flu shots.

The evil ones already have an antidote vaccine to protect themselves. This is why I have told you, when you see many people dying from a new virus, it is time to go to your refuges by calling on Me to lead you with your guardian angels. You will be healed by looking on My luminous cross at My refuges. Trust in My protection when martial law will be declared.

Jesus said: My people, the people of America are speaking loud and clear to their elected officials through the ballet box that they are opposed to your government’s favoritism in the latest Health bill. Pushing through major Stimulus and Bailout spending has only bailed out the banks and the rich who stole the money from the people in the stock market. These central bankers are not loaning enough money to small businesses, and their low interest rates are hurting your savers.

The corporations have sent many jobs overseas that will not return at the expense of your own workers. While the rich are getting huge bonuses for failing, the everyday worker’s wages and benefits are dropping, in addition to high unemployment. It is no wonder that the people are backlashing the overspending and the increasing National Debt which is out of control.

One thing is clear that the voice of the people is even making the one world people give pause for their agenda that is ruining your country. If your people do not take back your country from the evils that are going on, then America will fall very quickly into the one world people’s control. Pray for your people in government to change their ways, and pray for the poor and unemployed who are suffering to survive.

Jesus said: My people, in the early days of your nation’s founding, freedom had a different meaning from today. Most of the people who came to America were fleeing persecution, and they wanted to be free of any English tyranny. Your people here have been free of big government to some extent.

Now freedom means more about freedom from the threat of big government and chips controlling your lives. Chips in the body will take away your free will, so your people are fighting to keep your freedoms instead of someone taking them away. Pray for spiritual freedom from the evil ways of your earthly society.

Jesus said: My people, some people have had visions of angels and souls traveling up holy stairways to heaven. I have shown you how each day is another step toward heaven as you perfect your spiritual life. This working on your perfection over the course of your life can be a struggle to keep climbing every day to meet your goal to be with Me. But once you reach heaven, you will be thankful that you strived to keep on track to follow Me. Continue on your path, and work to bring souls with you on your way to heaven.

Jesus said: My people, a few weeks ago you were enjoying a time without much testing from world disasters. Now your heart goes out to help the poor and hungry people who are suffering from the earthquakes in Haiti. People in California and elsewhere are suffering from severe flooding and mud slides. When your homes and survival are threatened, you start to realize what is most important in your life, and that is your faith and trust in Me. Call on My help in prayer, and give your donations to help these people through their trials.

Jesus said: My people, when you were suffering blizzard snow and some had no power, it was very difficult to manage a normal life. Once the snow has melted, you are getting a respite from your winter weather. No matter where you live, there can always be some kind of trial or disaster that you will have to bear. It is comforting to know that other people will come to your aid when you have to endure hard times. Even some are having bad financial times with high unemployment and a recession. Pray for My help and reach out to help others when you have the opportunity.

Jesus said: My people, it is one thing to have your physical life threatened by natural disasters. It is another thing to prepare for a time when your spiritual life will be in danger as well. During the coming tribulation you will experience an evil that you have yet to see. Demons will be testing you all over, and you will need to seek My protection at My refuges where My angels will do battle for you against the evil ones.

Be thankful that you will have safe havens to go to as the evil of this world brings about the reign of the Antichrist. Have trust in Me and patience until I will defeat the Antichrist and cast the evil ones into hell. I will prepare a place for you both in My Era of Peace and in heaven for all those who remain faithful to Me.

Jesus said: My people, when you read or see such tribal people offering up their infants as sacrifices, you think that they are very brutal and inhumane to do such things. Yet, when you kill your babies in the womb, you are no better when you offer their lives up to your gods of pleasure, lust, and convenience. Tomorrow is the anniversary of your court decision that legalized abortion in America. I tell you that you may have evil laws as this, but you still are committing a grave sin of murder against My Fifth Commandment for every abortion. It is this blood on your hands that is condemning your country to your coming destruction. Pray to stop abortion both in America and in other countries as well.

Jesus said: My people, there are some couples, that are childless, and they are praying to have a successful pregnancy. Yet, other mothers are discarding the miracles of conception that some would love to have. Even if these mothers gave up their babies for adoption, it would be far better than taking a life against God’s plan. Encourage mothers to avoid abortion and teach them how valuable every life is and how precious each life is to Me who created that soul and life.

 Friday, January 22, 2010: (Row vs. Wade Anniversary)

Jesus said: My people, in the Early Christian era you were sought out and killed if you practiced your Christian faith. Even today in some communist countries you risk jail or martyrdom for being a Christian. Many of these early martyrs became saints and were canonized by My Church. Also today, you have new martyrs in all of the babies being killed by abortion.

Your society, by its laws, has little respect for life in the womb and even life at the end in old age. Any kind of killing is not acceptable behavior in My eyes. Self-defense and just war situations may be justified in self-preservation, but any other killing is against My Fifth Commandment.

When you are allowed to kill by abortion or euthanasia, your society does not appreciate how precious life is to be honored. Your marches for life on this day of the court decision bring to mind every year how brutal and inhumane your people are in killing their own children. You have read studies of the increased abuse of your children, but killing them is the ultimate abuse.

If people can be tried for murder in killing their born children, why should they not be tried for murder for killing their unborn children? Your laws in this area are not consistent, and they are against My laws which is more important. Work to stop abortion in your prayers and actions. Even if people persecute you for being outspoken about murdering My babies, be willing to stand up for a greater good against your evil society.

Jesus said: My people, as adults you are already alive and you see some mothers having abortions that you are praying would have their babies. Too often abortions are performed to hide affairs outside of marriage or when married people do not want to have any more children.

If you were the soul in a forming baby that was at risk of being killed, you would be praying for loving parents who would not even consider having an abortion. If you were a forming baby who was being aborted, it would seem like an unexpected terror to be killed by your own mother. Mothers need to think of life as precious, and babies are too valuable to be slaughtered like an animal that you would use for meat.

These little ones are defenseless and vulnerable in needing care for their survival. You should only have the marriage act if you are married and are willing to bear any children that result from your relations. Adultery and fornication are mortal sins requiring Confession, but abortion compounds these sins with a worse sin of murder.

All unborn babies are human beings and not just flesh only. Each unborn baby has a soul and a body that the parents are responsible for. When you think about abortion from the baby’s point of view, abortion becomes a much more serious crime. This is why your society is very evil when it thinks that these lives are expendable. Pray for all mothers to avoid abortion at all costs, even if having a baby may be embarrassing to the parents.

Jesus said: My people, when I was on the earth in human form, I took many liberties to do My mission, and My life is an example to all Christians not to be afraid to step out in faith. When you were baptized, you were given the grace to carry out your own mission and help save souls.

When people are paralyzed with fear to fight the political correctness of your society, then they will refuse to fight against abortion. Many times even in My own efforts, I did things to show the hypocrisy of many of the actions of the religious authorities.

It takes spiritual courage to stand up for the morally right decisions. Taking a correct stand by My laws will gain you a reward in heaven, even if you will suffer in this world. Whenever you are faced with making decisions, always take the morally high road, despite any repercussions.

Jesus said: My people, I have given you several messages on the Swine Flu shots with an emphasis on not to take it. Every time another wave of disease comes out, the authorities start offering free Swine Flu shots. They are not truly free because your government pays the drug companies to distribute the shots. Many of these diseases are man-made, but the vaccine shots can damage your immune system and cause other problems for years.

Some develop Gulf War type reactions to the shots, while others do not see any immediate effects. The mercury preservative and the squalene in some shots are the most damaging to your health. These diseases and viruses, that are being spread, are meant to reduce the population as part of the death culture plan to make an easier takeover of your country.

The Health Plan is part of their grab for power to control your medications and operations. This plan will now have a harder time to pass through the Senate without enough votes to by-pass the Republicans. The people are waking up to the threat against their freedoms. They are finally taking some action to block your president’s plan to push an unfavorable bill through by backroom trickery. Pray to protect your health and freedoms from the one world people who want to control you.

Jesus said: My people, you have read in the Gospel of Luke (Luke 4:18-19) The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me; to bring good news to the poor He has sent Me, to proclaim to the captives release, and sight to the blind; to set at liberty the oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of recompense. After reading this passage from Isaiah, I sat down and said: (Luke 4:21)

Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing. The people of Nazareth at first did not realize that I was declaring Myself the Messiah. Later, they understood when I made it clear that I was sent from God, but they could not stand hearing what I proclaimed, and they tried to kill Me. I walked through their midst because it was not My hour. This is another acknowledgment that a prophet is not accepted in his own town because they have little faith. Trust in My words and imitate My actions in your own life.

 Monday, January 25, 2010: (Conversion of St. Paul)

Jesus said: My people, what you are seeing in this vision is a spring time experience with blooming flowers. Sometimes your life is like the winter weather where all the plant life seems dull and dead. This is when you need a retreat or a spiritual awakening to put some spirit back into your life.

If you truly believe in your Christian faith, then you should look forward to every day as a new opportunity to do something for Me and your neighbor out of love. If you do everything only for yourself, then your life will be dull. Conversion, as with St. Paul, can wake you up to your real purpose on earth to know, love and serve Me. Wake up out of your complacency, and you truly will feel alive in the Spirit.

Jesus said: My people, you would be amazed to see the process of how your money is created through bonds and Federal Notes. The documents are all debt instruments that make up a part of your trillions of dollars of the National Debt. People from here and various countries buy these notes and bonds, expecting to be paid back interest in more debt notes.

As long as people accept these notes as backed by the taxpayer and your net worth, these notes have value. The larger your National Debt is as a percentage of your GDP, then the value of your money decreases. The more the Federal Reserve monetizes your debt, the more chance that they are going to inflate your dollar. In days past you had real money in gold and silver as a currency. Once you accepted Federal Notes, there is no intrinsic value to your paper money.

This has allowed your central bankers to control you by the loans you are making to the Federal Reserve, which is not a part of your government. Once people stop buying your Treasury Notes, you will go into bankruptcy with no market to sell your debt and interest. This is why gold and silver will always be more valuable than your paper promises to pay. This bankruptcy could happen any time, and everything denominated in dollars will become worthless as the one world people will use ameros to replace your dollars.

Do not put faith and trust in your money or your possessions because they can be stolen, devalued, or lost. Put your faith and trust in Me because I can always be trusted to treat you fairly and protect your souls. Keep close to Me in your prayers and your obedience to My Commandments.

 Tuesday, January 26, 2010: (St. Timothy and St. Titus)

Jesus said: My people, this vision of a great divide in the rock of the mountains is a sign of the coming division in My Church. Even as you are seeing the early structure in My Church in the readings, there were problems that caused divisions in My Church before. Wherever you see division and confusion, you know that Satan is there trying to destroy My Church.

Because of My promises, I will always defend My Church from the gates of hell. The coming division I have given you many times in My messages, and there will be such a division between a schismatic church and My faithful remnant. The schismatic church will be teaching New Age which is not about God, and that the sexual sins are no longer serious sins.

My angels and the Holy Spirit will be guiding My faithful remnant, even when you may need to celebrate Mass in the homes and later at My refuges. Trust in My leading you even throughout the coming tribulation.

Jesus said: My people, after the earthquake in Haiti, there were massive problems with dead bodies and looting. The American military has helped a lot in aid distribution and keeping order. Some countries are concerned that America could be an occupying army in a takeover of Haiti.

Seeing the military in a disaster situation brings back memories of the military in keeping order in New Orleans. You can see how a natural disaster or a man-made disaster could precipitate a larger takeover in America, under the pretense of a national emergency or martial law.

The military could easily be called in to manage such a crisis. This is the opportunity that the one world people are looking for to bring about their North American Union. All of these events will be leading up to the Antichrist taking over these unions. Trust in My protection and My providing for your needs at My refuges.

Jesus said: My people, My parable about the sower of seed is all about how people receive Me in My Word. When I was on the earth, the people only heard the parables without the explanations that I gave My apostles. But today My Word in the Bible is available to everyone who wishes to read it in various languages. The seed in the parable is the Word of God, and how it is received, will determine how everyone will bear fruit.

Those, who do not have deep roots of faith, or those, who are choked by the cares of the world, will not bear much fruit because Satan steals the will to believe out of their hearts. But those, who listen and act on My Word, are the ones who bear fruit thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold.

Those, who truly love Me and desire to be with Me, are the ones who receive Me in Holy Communion often and visit Me in My Blessed Sacrament in Adoration. This alternating vision of Me and My Sacred Host is to emphasize My Real Presence in every consecrated Host.

This gift of My Presence with you is how I strengthen you with My graces so you can resist the temptations of the devil. You have Confession when you fail, so you always have an opportunity to be with Me. Go forward and share My Gospel of love with all those that you meet so they can have the same experience of My loving Presence.

Jesus said: My people, it was the rich hedge funds and Wall Street derivatives that really were the culprits of your latest bank system failure. Then when they lost money on speculative home loans that had more risk than was made public, the rich had the government and AIG bailout their losses as too big to fail.

There was little or no regulation of these derivatives or risky home loans. A combination of bank and stimulus spending, along with near zero interest loans from the taxpayer have bailed out the banks on their bad debts. This was a created economic crisis to cause a recession and high unemployment as a means to bankrupt your economy.

Even though many lost money, it was the man in the street who saw his investments stolen, his job taken, and his house devalued. But the rich were allowed to regain their losses at the taxpayer’s expense. These are the injustices that I will hold the cheaters and swindlers on Wall Street accountable for at their judgment.

The one world people will reign over you for a short time with the Antichrist, but I will come and cast this whole evil lot into hell for all of their greed and killing. Then I will renew the earth and bring about My Era of Peace. Have patience for now as you go to My refuges of protection, because you will be happy with Me, but the evil ones will languish in hell with the devil tormenting them.

Jesus said: My people, I have invited My faithful to take time to visit Me in My Blessed Sacrament in contemplative prayer. After you receive Me in Holy Communion at Mass, you usually do not have a lot of quiet time to hear My words to your heart. That is why at Adoration you have more time for meditation and listening to what I want you to do.

Also, your time in Adoration of My Blessed Sacrament is a preparation for what it will be like in heaven as My saints and angels are always praising Me in song and adoration. Give thanks to Me for My two great gifts of My salvation in My death on the cross, and My Real Presence in My Blessed Sacrament. My sacraments are the fullness of the faith that are missing in other religions. So enjoy this intimate closeness with Me that you have in My Blessed Sacrament.

Prayer Group:

Jesus said: My people, it has been a tragedy in Haiti where many have lost their lives in the rubble from the earthquake. Another tragedy is how many young children, who were fortunate to survive, are now orphans because their parents have either died or they have been separated from each other. Some orphans have been adopted in America, but the rest will need help to continue surviving. Pray for these people and continue your donations for their basic needs.

Jesus said: My people, driving in blizzard snow is very risky, and you have seen some major pileups in your recent storms. Sometimes it may be better to avoid driving in real bad weather if it can be put off. Pray for the safety of your workers who have to battle the storms to make a living. Living in the North has its trials in dealing with the snow, ice, and windy cold.

Jesus said: My people, at times wearing gold jewelry may be tempting someone to steal any valuable jewelry. You have seen such theft in Venezuela on one of your trips to Betania. In certain places it is prudent not to wear such an expensive necklace. You have noticed how many are turning in their gold things because they are more valuable now.

The gold maintains its buying power, but it is your dollar that is losing its value. When commodities such as gold increase in price rapidly, then you can see how quickly your dollar’s value is deteriorating due to your rising deficits. Trust in Me more than any of your valuables.

Jesus said: My people, it is this time of year that many start taking vacations in warmer climates. Older people or retirees have more opportunity to live down in the Southern states in the winter. Those, who endure the winter cold and snow are hearty and may not have the time or money to travel to the South.

Every area of your country has its risks to live in. The South must bear hot summers and possible hurricanes. The North has its cold, and the West endures fires, mud slides, and earthquakes. Pray that you live in as safe an area as possible. Offer up your pain and suffering for souls, as everyone is tested by trials in this life.

Jesus said: My people, at times in history you are blessed with some gifted doctors of the Church in their writings. St. Thomas has left you with many valuable books and even some beautiful hymns to honor My Blessed Sacrament. You sing these hymns often at Adoration, as St. Thomas had a great love for Me in My Divinity. When you come to heaven, you will hear all kinds of beautiful music that gives honor and glory to Me.

Jesus said: My people, your business people are always using various holidays and occasions to sell their goods to those who prepare for these special days. Earthly love is part of your St. Valentine celebration. Marital love is a needed cornerstone for your families which are under attack in your society.

Many enjoy a good love story and it is good to see couples in love getting married. There is also a spiritual love for Me and your neighbor. Think of sharing valentines of love with Me as I show My love for you as well.

Jesus said: My people, think of how the world glorifies earthly things in this world with all of your high profile advertising. Your businesses try to entice you to buy many things that you do not need, and these things do not make you happy just to own them.

The real valuable things are those gifts from heaven as life itself and your faith. Desiring to lead good lives in preparation for heaven is a lot more rewarding than buying the latest things being advertised. Helping your neighbor with food, clothing, and shelter is again more rewarding than keeping your wealth just for yourself. Loving and sharing is what you should be doing instead of focusing on just your earthly desires.

Jesus said: My people, in the everyday course of doing your mission, some people have offered to help you. It is part of having a generous spirit to be able to welcome help from others, even when you could have done something yourself. I have asked people to be charitable in helping others in their needs, but when you have a need, then others might be willing to step forward in assisting you. So there is a twofold response to charity. One is being open to help others when the opportunity arises, and the other is being generous in accepting another’s offer to help.

By helping one another, then all of your missions can be fulfilled and people will feel satisfied that they could contribute to another’s needs. This is the spiritual reward that you receive from your charity, even when there was no physical reward. You would much rather store up heavenly treasure than be paid in earthly treasure.

Jesus said: My people, it is hard for people of faith to understand what would make a mother want to kill her own child by abortion. The numbers of abortions in America are staggering in even its effect on your population.

The repercussions of these killings are leading America down a path to your own destruction. I have asked you repeatedly to pray to stop your abortions, but your people seem to have no pity in their hearts for all the unborn babies who are being killed. Just because you do not see the dead babies, some may think it is easier to put them out of your mind.

This vision of hundreds of dead babies is real, and the disposal of these little lives does not even honor their deaths. They are many times treated as human garbage where some have to be incinerated to avoid an evil smell of dead bodies. If Americans do not heed My words to stop your abortions, then you are bringing your own destruction upon yourselves. Do whatever you can to close the abortion clinics without violence, and encourage your mothers to have their babies.

Jesus said: My people, you are celebrating the life of Loretta as a very loving woman of faith who helped many people in her many activities. She was always doing all that she could do for her family and her friends. She was also a faithful daily Mass person and she spent many hours at Adoration. I have mentioned in other messages how My adorers are My special lovers, and they have a special place in My Heart.

The reward that I have for My adorers in heaven is a special place that I have prepared for them. Know that she is with Me in that place right now. Her life is a great model to imitate both in her physical and spiritual life. She is happy to be with Me and her husband.

Jesus said: My people, at the Mass you have the bread and wine that are later consecrated by the priest into My Body and Blood. I have told you many times that if you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you cannot have eternal life. Those, who partake of Communion every day, are that much closer to Me in My Blessed Sacrament. A time of persecution is coming when you may have to defend My Blessed Sacrament from the evil ones by carrying Me to a safe place. You may also have to take care of a priest and make a place for him to stay so you can have the Mass and My sacraments. Trust in My angel protection at My refuges and you will have no worries.

Jesus said: My people, many times your path to improving your spiritual life has been blocked by your complacency to take any action to improve it. The idea of this vision of a door blocking your way is a challenge to decide how to act and when to act. Until you open the door from the inside of your heart to Me, I cannot enter. So the first step to improving your life is to be open to My grace and change in your life.

The second step is to have enough belief in your faith that you are willing to reach out and try to understand your faith better with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. A third step to improving your spiritual life is to learn how to love Me and your neighbor more as you love yourself. You should have the intention in your heart to do everything out of love for Me without worry about the cost of how you will be viewed by the world.

 I am love itself, and you were created out of love. So love should be in your make-up by the life I give you as your inheritance. In order to accomplish any improvement in your spiritual life, you need a good prayer life and be humble in all that you succeed in doing. You are to give glory to Me for all of your accomplishments, and not just give all the credit to yourself.

When I ask you to love everyone, I want you to love even your enemies and your persecutors because My Light of grace shines on the good and the bad. See Me in every person so that it is this part of loving Me in them that will help your faith grow.

Listen to My words and let them touch your heart so you can truly grow and improve your spiritual life. It is this searching for perfection that will lead you on your path to sainthood. Remember that only saints can enter heaven, so ask Me to give you the grace to achieve your crown in heaven.

Jesus said: My people, all of these skulls represent how many babies are dying from abortion every year. The avalanche is a sign of how many abortions are being done in America which is in the thousands. If man cannot hold back all of these abortions from being performed, then I cannot hold back My arm of justice that will strike your country. All of these slain babies are martyrs who are having their reward in heaven. All of My faithful need to struggle to save your brothers and sisters from being murdered. Unless you do everything that you can to stop these abortions, then they will continue to condemn your land. If you truly love Me, then you will fight to save these lives from being killed. I love all of My people so much, but you must wake up your country to all the horrors going on in your abortion clinics.

Jesus said: My people, you have been blessed with having My Mass present to you, even daily for those who desire to come. The rain on the Mass represents the devil’s attempts to take you away from Me with sin and the world’s distractions. But his temptations only last a while and My sun comes out to protect you.

The other vision of a galaxy of souls circling around My Host in the monstrance represents how I will draw My faithful remnant to My places of refuge. It also is a little like heaven where everything revolves around Me, and is focused on Me. Many people do not fully believe that I created the universe and that I control all of the movements of the stars and the planets.

 For those, who do believe, you are the ones that also see My hand in all of your lives and how you are dependent on Me for everything. Give praise and glory to your Lord and continue to accept Me as Master of your life in following My mission for you.

Give thanks to Me for all that I do for you and My unconditional love for you. I only ask that you love Me and share My love with your neighbor as well. By keeping focused on Me in daily prayer, you can see how your life revolves around Me in all that you do.

"If a soul is unable to see the ways that Satan attacks him, he is weak and vulnerable to evil suggestions. The more the soul recognizes this, the stronger he becomes spiritually. To know your spiritual weaknesses is to increase your spiritual strength."

Dear Friends,

 The Cleansing of a Leper

When Jesus came down from the mountain, great crowds followed him. And then a leper approached, did him homage, and said, Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean. He stretched out his hand, touched him, and said, I will do it. Be made clean. His leprosy was cleansed immediately. Then Jesus said to him, See that you tell no one, but go show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses prescribed; that will be proof for them.(Matthew 8:1:4)

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

When I was on earth and after I began My public life, many sick people came to Me to ask for a healing. Many were suffering very much especially those who had the sickness called leprosy. This disease attacks the nervous system and causes great pain throughout the body. I had great pity for those who suffered this horrible sickness and it was My joy to heal them completely.

There is such a thing as spiritual leprosy, which is a sickness of the soul. Those who sin grievously bring about this spiritual leprosy upon themselves. Their soul is in darkness and is dying and they cannot do anything for themselves. There is a great heaviness, which they feel all the time.

This is why I instituted the Sacrament of Reconciliation or Confession so that people such as these could have their sins forgiven and be healed of their spiritual leprosy. They will feel very light and their hearts will be filled with joy.

My brothers and sisters, do not forget that the Sacrament of Reconciliation is the sacrament of the Mercy of God. You should never be afraid to receive this sacrament and you should go to receive it at least once a month. All I need from you is that you be truly sorry for all your sins and you promise with My grace never to sin again. I bless you all.

Here below is the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words,

My dear brothers and sisters, I have given My whole life for you in sacrifice because I love you. I have won for you the forgiveness of your sins and all the graces you need to follow Me. I am ready to give you all the gifts that you need if you open your heart to Me. If you say â “yes” to My call and invite Me to come into your heart, then you will become My beloved and a very special relationship will begin between us. I will guide you every day so you may grow in holiness in the power of the Holy Spirit.

However, if you say “no” to My call you will not be able to receive what I have for you. You will remain in your sins and live in darkness. You will not succeed in your life; in fact you will be a failure. There are so many everywhere today who have rejected Me and they are to be pitied.

There is no joy in their hearts; they are often depressed and so many do not wish to live anymore. How many today commit suicide because they cannot cope with life on their own. There is still time for them to turn around and to believe in Me and say yesto My call. Today is the day for you who are far from Me to accept Me as your Savior and to begin this New Life I am offering you. Give Me your “yes” now.

THIS INDIFFERENCE WILL BRING MANY INTO A DEEP SORROW, BUT OTHERS WILL REFUSE TO RELINQUISH THEIR PRIDE AND WILL THEREFORE BE SEPARATED FROM THE FAITHFUL. A visionary from the Philippines, Duke Puntalangit,  warns that the Fatima chastisements will begin this year 2010.  According to the visionary, the Middle East crisis will eventually result into an all out war in that region, afterwhich,  a revolution originating from Russia, will engulf Europe. 

This series of events will cause chaos and bloodshed in all major cities in Europe, the global economy will plunge deeper, consequently giving the window of opportunity for Russia and China to execute militarily against Europe and the US. 

Puntalangit warns that mankind has entered a point of no return and that the chastisements are now non-conditional.  He however emphasis that the Virgin Mary's prophesied victory will definitely happen but will be realized only after the annihilation of several nations and the election of a new pope  who will accomplished the request of the Virgin Mary for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart.

The visionary gives the following which he said are the immediate signs prior to an unexpected revolution in Europe which will usher in World War III:

1. A papal visit to Russia.

2. The signing of an agreement, military in nature, between US and Russia.

The above events, Puntalangit states, are the immediate signs of the looming human catastrophe.  In addition to the above, Mr. Puntalangit advices everyone to focus on current events directly associated with the Catholic Church, the Middle East, and US-Russia arms negotiations, as awareness of these may help the faithful to become vigilant and prayerful. 

The visionary further warned that only one-third of mankind will survive the war and out of this one-third only one-fourth will survive the three days of darkness which will occur a few years after the World War.  Hence, he claims, we can expect only five hundred million will be alive to witness the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

you go to confession to remove the stains of

Feb 2 tue 7:30 am, after sorrowful mysteries

Yesterday while waiting for a business friend,
I had more than half an hour to wait so I
said a rosary. I'm asked to talk about that now.

I was told that when Jesus was 12 yrs old, he
already had the wisdom, maturity of a 30 year old man.
He could already start his ministry
but GOd the Father had appointed a later time.
Had he started to make his sacrifice then
he would be little understood. So Jesus stayed
hidden. He obeyed perfectly the will of the
Father to continue to grow his physical form
until adulthood. When he reached his
prime (30) he was then given the signal to
begin his public life.
Since he came to save men, He conformed
to our laws and thus at 30,
he was now considered an adult by men.
When he laid down his life at 33, it was
done in complete obedience and
out of a burning desire to save men's souls. He offered
himself at his ripe, mature, perfectly strong phase
of his life - and most men's.
Had he done so at 50 or 60, there would be
some who would say, well, he is already
past his prime so offering his life is not
really worth much, He has already lived out
the best part of it...

Today....
Jesus: I gave you a lesson yesterday so you
would understand better my crucifixion.
I was ready to offer myself at 12 yrs of age
but my Father had not yet approved the
time. I was already burning with desire to
save men's souls but obeyed and patiently
waited for the time of my Father's choosing.

Because I took on flesh understand
that I too understand the desires of the flesh.
I too understand the impatience that grips
you when you want to attain something now,
this moment, instead of patiently waiting for
the right time.

Hence, when you pray for something, whether a healing of body,
of a relationship, of a soul etc, remember that
I too subjected myself to that
long wait until my Father's appointed time.
Patience is a virtue, it is as your spiritual retreat leader
said, "Patience is the willingness to suffer. You shall be given
the grace to act more wisely and surrender to my
Father's perfect will."

Patience is the willingness to continue to
suffer until all is readied by the Father.
The Father knows what is best for you so
trust Him.

And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my heavenly Father is my brother, and sister, and mother." Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Joseph. She spoke to him in these words, "My dear brother, I bless you and I bless all My children living in every country in the world. I was chosen as the Mother of Jesus, the Son of God, who is the Savior of the world.

As a mother, I love Him wholeheartedly and I wanted to be with Him at all times. I knew He was chosen to establish His Kingdom and to found His Church and at the end He offered Himself in sacrifice on the cross for the salvation of all the people of the world. It was on the cross before He died that He chose Me to be your Mother. It was also at the cross that the sword pierced My heart because of the terrible suffering I underwent in seeing My dear Son dying in such horrible pain. At times when My Son Jesus was traveling in different parts of Israel I would go and meet Him. It was the great longing of My heart to see Him again. I also came to know the Apostles He had chosen who would be the leaders in His Church.

I would travel with Jesus' brothers whom you would call cousins, as they were the sons of Joseph's brothers. I call you, My sons and daughters, to renew your love for My Son Jesus. Read the Bible especially the Gospels where you have the very words of Jesus.

He came to teach you the truth and what you are to do to be His disciples. Obey Him in all things and you will be blessed. My mission is to bring each one of you to Him, that you believe in Him with all your heart and be men and women of prayer. He is always ready to listen to you if you come to Him with great faith and full of love.

For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Which one of you would hand his son a stone when he asks for a loaf of bread, or a snake when he asks for a fish?

If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him. Do to others whatever you would have them do to you.

Jesus spoke to him these words, "If you believe in Me, My friends, you will ask Me for what you need in prayer. I always listen to every prayer and I answer them but not always in the same way you ask. Sometimes I will delay My answer to see if you have perseverance but when you do, then I will give you what you need if it is according to the Father's will. The Father is always ready to give you the graces you need if you open your heart to Him. Before you come to ask for what you need, it is good that you repent of all your sins and desire to follow the Ten Commandments given to you by the Father. The Father blesses you if you are humble and if you repent of all your sins. When I was on earth many people came to Me to ask for a healing.

I would place My hand on each one's head and simply say 'be healed' and the person was healed. I have given to some the gift of healing and I want you to go to these people and ask them for what you need. They will lay their hands on you and pray for whatever healing you need. I listen to such prayers and I grant to many an important healing.

You know that these have the gift of healing when people with whom they pray are healed. Respect such people and come to ask them for their prayers. Through these healers I am working all over the world to cure those in need. Through them I show you My love." Father Melvin

Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Look at the birds in the sky, they do not sow or reap, they gather nothing into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you more important than they? Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to your life-span? Why are you anxious about clothes? Learn from the way the wild flowers grow.

They do not work or spin. But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was clothed like one of them. If God so clothes the grass of the field, which grows today and is thrown into the oven tomorrow, will he not much more provide for you, O you of little faith? So do not worry and say, 'What are we to eat?' or 'What are we to drink?' or 'What are we to wear?'

All these things the pagans seek. Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides. Do not worry about tomorrow, tomorrow will take care of itself.

Sufficient for a day is its own evil." (Matthew 6:25-34) Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Joseph. Jesus spoke to him these words, "My dear brothers and sisters, Our Heavenly Father created each one of you and He also created everything that exists in the world. You were created in His image and likeness with an immortal soul. You are the summit of His creation on earth. Everything in the world was created for you and you are to use it in a fitting way.

If the Father has created you, this means that He will take care of you. He will never abandon you and you are before Him at all times of the day or night. Why do you worry about all kinds of things? Put everything into His hands and He will take care of you. Your main occupation in this world is to worship the Father, to enter the Kingdom I established among you, be a member of My Church and follow the commandments of the Father.

I gave you one commandment: Love one another as I have loved you. You know that you cannot succeed without My help, My grace. Remain united with Me and do what I have told you and your life will be a great success in the world. The success that is important is the success that counts with the Father. "I will fill you with My strength" Dear Friends, Teaching about Fasting Jesus said, "When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites.

They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear to others to be fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you may not appear to be fasting, except to your Father who is hidden. And your Father who sees what is hidden will repay you." (Matthew 6:16-18) Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Joseph. Jesus,

Our Friend, spoke to him in these words, "If you are My friends, you will practice discipline; you will discipline yourselves with regard to food and drink. The best way to control these appetites is by fasting. The Church used to ask all her members to fast during Lent but of course she would be happy if you took a day or two every week and fasted by cutting down especially on your food.

Fasting means just eating bread and drinking water three times a day. In fasting this way, you will become more spiritual and less materialistic. You will also have more control over your body. It is written in the Bible that I went to the desert and while I was there I did not eat nor drink anything for forty days.

It was after this fasting that the evil one came to tempt Me three times but he did not succeed to get Me to fall. I withstood every one of his temptations. If you are in the habit of fasting, you too will have the power to reject the temptations of the evil one. I will fill you with My strength so that you can resist everything that is wrong. Lent is very near so I call on you all who are between the years of 21 and 65 to fast two days a week during that period.

Offer this sacrifice with My sacrifice on the cross to the Father so that all may come to believe in Me and repent of all their sins. Through this exercise our friendship will grow and you will be filled with peace." Father Melvin

L. began to receive words from our Blessed Mother and said, "Jesus, please cover me with Your Most Precious Blood." (and other numerous prayers of testing) Then Mother Mary spoke, "Dear children, you do not realize all the catastrophes that could be lessened or completely done away with IF you'd love, honor and obey your Lord, God and Savior.

Prayer is your powerful weapon against satan and all evil. If you push God out of your life He will soon remove His Divine Mercy. His Mercy endures forever to those who love Him and daily seek to do His Will. His Love too is everlasting to those who love Him. Return to my Son Jesus and return to your Father God.

Praise Them! Thank Them! Give Them all your love- - -your fiat. God has given humanity extra time to repent and to return to Him yet, humankind seek only monetary, sinful pleasure- -pleasures of the body, wealth, prestige. Very few people are humble. End time signs are all around you yet you refuse to see them.

Open your eyes children. Change your lives, your desires, your thoughts. Repent! Time is extremely short before God ends His Hour of Mercy. Hear His loving call. Don't be one of those left out of the 'final roll call'! Return while there is yet life within you. Call to me, His mother, and I will assist you by leading you on the road - -narrow road- -to sanctity.

Message to Carol Ameche Jan.31, 2010 External Locution through Carol at Ameche Prayer Group, January 31, 2010 “My very dear ones, I am your Mother of Sorrows.

I come in great sorrow this day, My children, My beloved children, because of the state of the world. O My dear ones, please listen to the needs of others.

Please be aware that you are part of a group, that you are a weapon as one and must be of one mind, and one heart, and one action.

It is a coming out of your comfort zone to think of the needs of others, to pray as one, to think as one, to be aware outside yourself of what is going on; because the people who are coming to you will be so needy, you cannot imagine it. The people who will need will be so helpless you cannot imagine. Everything that occurs will be an act of thoughtfulness on your part; and when you practice your prayers now, listen as you pray, practice listening for others because they will break down. They will weep.

They will be sorrowful and so frightened for a long time; and so if you pray while listening, if you serve while suffering yourself, you will be raised to that new listening level that they will need.

I put these in very simple words, because it is so important for you to practice and to understand: helpless, frightened, hopeless, needy people, who can only be focused on themselves in their great need; and so you must not be focused on yourself and the way you would like to do things, but with that listening ear turned to Me.

I know you understand Me, My children; and you know I come to you as a Mother who teaches her children how to serve in an environment and a situation you have never faced before. These are serious words, My dear ones. Be aware of others. Be aware of what is going on around you at every moment, all the while still speaking your prayers to God, Our Father, to Jesus, My beloved Son, to My Spouse, the Spirit of God and to Me.

It is bringing you to a new level of preparedness to do this. You are all wounded healers, and so you realize that each of you needs patience; but this is beyond what you realize now, My dear ones, (not to make you scared or frightened, to back off or back out) but to rise to the occasion of need.

My children, we are very close to more events that will be occurring on a grand scale of destruction. My dear ones, again this is not to frighten you, but to alert you, to raise your awareness of what it will be like to be caring for helpless people. You can do this, My children. You have been trained. You are ready.

Now a new alertness is what is required, a thoughtfulness, a putting the needs of others first; and you practice that by LISTENING. I love you, My dear ones. I count on you, My army, My warriors, My precious ones. Thank you for listening now, children, and for making that decision in your hearts to be more, to be aware and wanting to serve by listening now.
