Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cans chili beans
1 can whole corn
1 can hominy
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 package taco season mix
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can cream corn
Preparation:
In a large pot or dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions. Drain.
Adding one at a time, mix in chili beans, whole corn, hominy, rotel
tomatoes, taco season, ranch dressing mix.
Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
Add cream corn and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve over Tortillas. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and
sour cream.
