Tuna and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. butter or margarine
7 Tbsp. condensed cream of celery soup (or mushroom soup)
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup tuna drained and flaked
1 cup cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or Mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except the cheese.
Turn into a buttered casserole dish for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
