Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers (optional)
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preparation:

Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and crushed red peppers in a plastic zip-lock bag.  Add shrimp.   Seal bag, turning until shrimp are coated. Let marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Heat frying pan over medium heat.  Add shrimp and soy sauce mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque all the way through.
