Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 diced onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. condensed milk
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. oatmeal or 1 tsp. wheat germ
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together except for both soups. Shape into meatball
size of your choice. Cook until brown on all sides.
Use the drippings for the gravy and add both of the soups.
