Peanut Butter Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup soft butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 package (10 oz.) Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 package (4 serving size) INSTANT Chocolate Pudding & pie filling

Preparation:

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs; gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
