Ingredients:
8 to 10 medium potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives, freeze dried
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation:
Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
Mix cream cheese until soft with mixer. Add potatoes and all other ingredients
except paprika.
Spoon into a buttered quart-size casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
