Ingredients:
1 package strawberry Jell-O
1 pint cream
6 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 package Hydrox Cookies (or Oreos)
Preparation:
Make Jell-O according to package and cut into squares when ready.
Whip Cream and egg whites. Add sugar and vanilla.
Crush cookies and place half on the bottom of pan.
Place cream layer on top of cookies.
Place Jell-O on top of cream layer.
Add remaining cookie crumbs.
Chill, cut and serve.
