Ingredients:
1 can small shrimp, drained
1 can crab meat, cleaned and drained
1 jar Kraft Old English Cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (or similar seafood seasoning)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6-8 English muffins
Preparation:
Cream together butter, seasoning and cheese. Gently stir in shrimp and crab.
Spread generously on English muffin halves. Cut into quarters.
Put on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or
until bubbly.
