Chocolate Ribbon Pie

Ingredients:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6oz. or 9 in)
2 cups cold milk
1 package (8 serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

Preparation:

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk in a large bowl smooth. Gently stir 1/2 of the whipping topping.  Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 2 cups cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until mixture is thick. Pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.  Garnish with shaved chocolate.
Makes 8 servings.
