Carolina Crock Pot Pork Barbeque

Note: Can be served on an onion roll with coleslaw or with potato salad and french fries.

Ingredients:

3 - 4 pound pork roast
NOTE:  Cheaper cuts can be used since the crockpot will make the pork extremely tender.
1 tsp. roasted garlic (more if you love garlic)
1 cup cider vinegar
2-3 cups of water
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in crock pot.

Cook on low for a minimum of twelve hours; however, the longer pork is cooked, the better it will be flavored.
