Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1/4 can of water (use the soup can)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
10 oz. frozen or fresh broccoli - cooked
2- 4 pieces of cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of crushed pork rinds (optional)
Preparation:
Drain cooked broccoli and place in baking dish.
Arrange chicken meat on top.
Mix together the first five ingredients and pour over the chicken
and sprinkle with the pork rinds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and let melt.
