Ingredients:
1 package of yeast
6 cups flour
1-1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
1-1/2 cup milk
Preparation:
Add yeast to warm 1/4 cup milk and allow it to soften and set
aside.
Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and 1-1/2 cup milk. Add
softened yeast mix and knead dough with hands. Let it rise in
a warm place for 30 minutes.
When ready, pinch a 4" ball, flatten with fingers, and stretch
it out so it's thinner in the middle. Place in heated frying
pan, brown on both sides.
