Ingredients:
Crust:
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
Filling:
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter, cooled
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350
To make the crust:
Combine until crumbly and press into a 9-inch square pan.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
To make the filling:
Beat together first 6 ingredients of filling.
Cover raisins with boiling water. Soak 10 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Add raisins and walnuts to the filling mixture.
Pour mixture over partially baked base and return to oven 25 to 30 minutes
or until golden brown.
Cut bars when cooled.
