Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 small chopped onion
6 chicken bouillon cubes
7 cups very warm water
6 cups milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 8oz. package egg noodles
2 box chopped broccoli
Preparation:
Before starting soup, melt bouillon cubes in 1 cup of very hot water.
In large pot melt butter and sauté onions. Add bouillon cube mixture.
Add water and milk. Heat slowly- do not boil.
Blend in Velveeta cheese, egg noodles and broccoli.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 20-25 minutes.
