Busy People's Breakfast

Note: Here is a great recipe you can make once and have it for the rest of the week.
For a lighter version, use egg whites and turkey sausage.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1/2 pound browned sausage crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 jalapenos (optional)
salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven at 150 degrees.
In a square 9" glass baking dish layer frozen hash browns. Next, add the sausage.
Mix eggs and milk together with your favorite morning spices (salt, pepper, etc.) and pour over hash browns and sausage. Place jalapenos on top.
Put in oven and bake until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes). Remove from oven and layer with cheddar cheese.
Cool and cut into squares. Serve or put in refrigerator to be eaten later. Can be later heated in microwave or eaten cold.
