Ingredients:
1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained/rinsed
1 whole ripe avocado, diced
1 whole ripe tomato, diced
1 tsp. cilantro, either dried or snipped fresh
juice of 1/2 medium-sized lime
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients.
Serve over greens with pita bread or tortilla chips.
